> Quick view: SaSa Singapore's 9.9 Beauty Specials run Tuesday 8 to Friday 11 September 2026. Two coupons: $4 off a $50 spend with code 99SAVE4, and $8 off an $80 spend with code 99SAVE8. The ribbon under each coupon on SaSa's own artwork says USE PROMO CODE ON MOBILE APP, not "online", and neither code appears anywhere on sasa.sg. Terms and conditions apply, while stocks last.
Sa Sa's Singapore arm has put its 9.9 campaign on a four-day timer, and the whole thing is two promo codes. The artwork is plain enough: a $4 coupon that needs a $50 basket, an $8 coupon that needs an $80 one, and the dates 8 to 11 September 2026 in a rounded box between them.
What the write-ups repeating it have missed is the ribbon printed across the bottom of each coupon. It reads USE PROMO CODE ON MOBILE APP. This is not a website promotion that also happens to work in the app. We searched sasa.sg on 8 September and found neither 99SAVE4 nor 99SAVE8 anywhere in the page source, no 9.9 banner on the homepage, and no 9.9 entry on the retailer's own Promotions page. That page lists exactly one live campaign, Unity Beauty Fest, dated 03 Aug 2026 till 23 Sep 2026, and clicking through to it returns a page carrying the title and the date range and nothing else.
So if you were planning to open sasa.sg in a browser and type the code at checkout, that is the one route the poster does not promise.

The two coupons, and where they actually bite
| Code | Minimum spend | You save | Discount rate at the minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| 99SAVE4 | $50 | $4 | 8.0% |
| 99SAVE8 | $80 | $8 | 10.0% |
Read down the right-hand column and the $8 coupon is the better instrument, which is the ordinary way these ladders work. The useful part is what happens between the two rungs.
The $4 coupon is a flat amount, so its value decays the moment you go past $50. At a $50 basket it is 8%. At a $79 basket it is 5.06%. Meanwhile the $8 coupon sits waiting one dollar away.
Anything you add between $76 and $80 is free. A $76.00 cart with 99SAVE4 costs you $72.00. An $80.00 cart with 99SAVE8 also costs you $72.00. Every dollar in that band is paid for entirely by the bigger coupon.
Here is the same thing with real prices off SaSa's own listings on 8 September. The Hydro Recovery Cleansing Gel 125ml at $39.00 (U.P. $79.00), the Brightening Skin Serum 30ml at $15.00 (U.P. $39.00), the Amino Hair Shampoo 500ml at $12.90 (U.P. $35.00) and an Avocado Lip Balm 3.6g at $9.90 (U.P. $15.00) come to $76.80, which 99SAVE4 takes to $72.80. Add the $4.00 pack of 80 cotton pads and the cart is $80.80, which 99SAVE8 also takes to $72.80. The cotton pads cost nothing.
The other edge is the floor. Below $50 the campaign pays nothing at all, so a $49 cart costs $49 and a $50 cart costs $46. The last dollar up to $50 is worth $3.
The number that beats both coupons: $10
SaSa Singapore's own Delivery Information page states it without qualification: "The delivery fee is a flat rate of $10, applicable to any order amount, parcel size, or weight."
There is no free-shipping threshold at any spend. Not at $50, not at $80, not at $200. Which means:
- A $50 basket with 99SAVE4 is $46 plus $10, so $56 delivered.
- An $80 basket with 99SAVE8 is $72 plus $10, so $82 delivered.
The delivery fee is larger than either coupon. If you can reach a Sa Sa store, the same goods at the same shelf prices cost you less than the discounted online order, because you are not paying the $10.
That is a real "if", though, and it is the second catch.
There are five Sa Sa stores, and none of them are in town
We pulled the full list from Sa Sa Singapore's own store locator on 8 September. It is five shops:
| Store | Address | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Tampines 1 | 10 Tampines Central 1, #01-32, S529536 | 10am to 10pm |
| Jewel Changi Airport | 78 Airport Boulevard, #B1-293/294, S819666 | 10am to 10pm |
| Northpoint City | 930 Yishun Ave 2, #01-33, S769098 | 10am to 10pm |
| Jurong Point | 1 Jurong West Central 2, JP1 #01-07/08 | 10am to 10pm |
| Westgate | 3 Gateway Drive, #02-22, S608532 | 10am to 10pm |
The locator's region filter offers three options: East, North and West. There is no Central. Two of the five sit in the east, one in the north, two in the west, and if you live anywhere in the middle or the south of the island the store route is a deliberate trip rather than a detour, which is exactly when the $10 starts to look reasonable again.
If this is your first Sa Sa order, use the other offer
The header of sasa.sg carries a standing line: sign up as a new member and get $5 off your first online purchase above $50.
Promo codes on this kind of storefront are normally one per order, and the 9.9 artwork carries a blanket "terms and conditions apply". Assuming they do not stack, the arithmetic for a first-time buyer is simple:
- Spending $50 to $79: the new-member $5 beats 99SAVE4's $4.
- Spending $80 or more: 99SAVE8's $8 wins.
So the $4 code has a narrower job than it looks. If you have never ordered from Sa Sa before, there is no basket size at which 99SAVE4 is your best option.
Timing, and what will not arrive this week
Delivery is quoted at 5 to 7 working days, and the page notes there is no delivery on weekends or on Malaysian and Singapore public holidays. Every contact number on the Singapore site is a Malaysian +60 line. Nothing you order under this promotion is landing before the campaign ends on Friday.
That matters only if you were buying for something dated. For a restock it is irrelevant.
The short version
Use 99SAVE8 and get the cart to $80, in the app. If your cart is sitting between $76 and $80, top it up, because that stretch is free. If it is under $50, the campaign gives you nothing, so either build it up or wait. And if you can get to Tampines, Jewel, Northpoint, Jurong Point or Westgate this week, buying in person still beats both coupons, because $10 is more than $8.
