Sa Sa Singapore is running a Mix & Match "Buy 2 Free 3" on boxed sheet masks from 26 to 31 August 2026. Five boxes leave the shop, two get scanned. On boxes of equal price that is a 60% discount, which is a better rate than the 2 @ 50% off that Sa Sa is running on skin care and hair care in the very same week.

What the poster actually says
Sa Sa's own campaign artwork is short and specific. It reads 26 - 31 AUG 2026, MIX & MATCH, BUY 2 FREE 3, and under that, in its own pill, BOXED SHEET MASKS. The brand logos printed along the bottom are Cyber Colors, Cell Fusion C, Eleanor, Eoyunggam, La Estephe, Neogence, sasatinnie, SNP, Soo Beauté and Suisse Programme, followed by "AND MORE...". The footer line is the one to read twice: "TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY. VALID ON SELECTED SHEET MASK BOXES ONLY. WHILE STOCK LASTS."
Two words in there do real work. Boxed rules out the single-sheet masks that Sa Sa sells at $2.50 apiece, of which it stocks dozens (the Skinlite Energy Mask range, the Hello Quret Friends range). Selected means not every box in a listed brand is in, so the till is the final authority.
The arithmetic, and why it beats the other Sa Sa deal running this week
Buy 2 Free 3 means you pay for two of five, so you pay 40% of the sticker and save 60%, but only when all five boxes carry the same price. Sa Sa is simultaneously running 2 @ 50% OFF on skin care and hair care to 31 August, confirmed on its own Facebook artwork, across Christian Laurent, Cyber Colors, Cell Fusion C, Eleanor, Eoyunggam, KAINE, Neogence and Suisse Programme.
Put the two side by side on a box with a $25 usual price:
- Buy 2 Free 3: five boxes, $50 paid, $10 a box.
- 2 @ 50% off: two boxes, $25 paid, $12.50 a box.
So the mask deal is the better rate, and the 2-for-50% is the smaller bill. If you genuinely go through sheet masks, take the five. If you want two boxes and nothing more, the 50% offer costs you half as much money.
The best-value pairings, priced off Sa Sa's own store
These are usual prices listed on sasa.sg on 27 August, for boxes from brands named on the poster:
- SNP Skin Re:Turn Essence Mask 10's, $25 a box, and it comes in three variants (Lifting, Soothing, Water). Five boxes is $50 for 50 sheets, about $1 a sheet. This is the strongest play here because the three variants let you genuinely mix and match at one price point.
- Soo Beauté Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing 5pcs and Vitamin C Brightening 5pcs, $15 a box. Five boxes is $30, the cheapest way in.
- SNP Real Active Ampoule Mask 5's in Brightening, Firming and Hydrating, $20 a box. Five boxes is $40 and again there are three variants to spread across.
- Cell Fusion C First Cooling Mask 5's and Cica Cooling Mask 5's, $25 a box, so $50 for five.
- SNP Bird's Nest Barrier, Diamond Brightening and Gold Collagen Ampoule Mask 10's, $35 a box, three different boxes at one price: $70 for 50 sheets.
Sa Sa's online store separately marks many of these down on its own (the Skin Re:Turn boxes show $12, the Soo Beauté boxes $12, the Cell Fusion C coolers $15). The poster does not say whether Buy 2 Free 3 counts off the usual price or off an already-reduced one, so ask before you queue.
The mix-and-match trap
The poster says mix and match, and it does not say which three of the five are free. On promotions built this way the free items are usually the lowest-priced ones, so the pairing decides how much you actually save.
The worst version of this: Suisse Programme's Caviar Pre Lift Face Mask 5's has a $235 usual price. Put it in a basket with four Soo Beauté $15 boxes and, if the three cheapest come off, you pay $235 plus $15 and save $45 on a $295 basket. That is a 15% discount on a deal advertised at 60%. Five boxes at or near the same price is the whole game.
Where, and the outlet problem
Sa Sa's own store-locator data lists five shops in Singapore, all open 10am to 10pm:

There is no city-centre or Orchard store. Sa Sa closed its Singapore shops in 2019 and has rebuilt to these five, so if you work in town this is a trip out, not a lunchtime errand.
One honest caveat about buying it online
Several deal sites list this promotion as running "in-store or online" and point at Sa Sa's Weekend Special page. On 27 August that page carried a different set of offers (a Cell Fusion C tone-up cream at $20, a Soo Beauté peel-off mask at $19 and so on), and we could not find Buy 2 Free 3 badged anywhere on sasa.sg: not on the homepage, not on Special Offers, not on the sheet-mask category. Treat the five stores as the reliable route and check the website cart before assuming it applies online.
Two more things worth knowing
- This format repeats. Sa Sa ran the same Buy 2 Free 3 on boxed masks from 21 to 25 August, immediately before this one, with a slightly different brand list (NEUE Professional was in that one; Eleanor and La Estephe are in this one). It is a recurring Sa Sa mechanic rather than a once-a-year event, so there is no need to panic-buy.
- There is a bigger campaign around it. Sa Sa's Facebook cover advertises Unity Beauty Fest, up to 60% off, 3 August to 22 September 2026, and a separate poster runs up to 50% off skincare, makeup and fragrance from 26 to 31 August across A'pieu, ARTDECO, Calvin Klein, Cyber Colors, Eleanor and Eoyunggam. Nothing on any of the posters says these stack with each other.
