The grip socks are the easy win. Studios that run reformer classes usually require grip socks, and a single pair normally costs close to $30. At $9.90 you can buy three pairs for the price of one.
The eKO Travel Mat is Manduka's thin 1.5mm natural-rubber mat that folds into a bag, so it suits anyone who carries a mat to class or on holiday. Half price makes it $52.50. The eKO Round Mat is a large circular mat for stretching and meditation, cut from $229 to $99.
The fine print
- In-store only. Every poster names one place: Key Power Sports at Marina Square, #02-169/170 (the main poster also lists #02-176). We checked keypowersports.sg on 25 October and its grip socks were still full price.
- Limited quantity. Each slide carries a "limited quantity only" stamp, so the cheapest colours and sizes will go first.
- Selected models and colours. The $9.90 sock price and the $52.50 travel mat are for selected models and colours only, not the whole range.
- Opening hours. 11am to 8.30pm daily, so the store shuts before a late dinner in the mall ends.
- Dates. Some deal-listing sites say the sale ends on 31 October. Key Power Sports' own posters and Instagram caption say 2 November, and we have gone with the brand.
Tips
- Go on a weekday afternoon. The store is small and the sale draws studio regulars at weekends.
- Stock up on socks. If your studio requires grip socks, the $9.90 pairs are the best value in the sale. Check the size chart, because toe-socks fit differently from regular socks.
- Visit Marina Square while you can. The mall closes on 31 March 2027 for redevelopment, so this may be one of the store's last big sales at this address.
