The offer

Most destinations have three to five separate windows, so the first one is not the only chance. Seoul, for example, also runs 15 February to 4 March and 14 June to 31 August 2027.
The catch is the calendar
The sale says "Terms and travel periods apply", and the travel periods do most of the work.
- Christmas week is out everywhere. Across every destination on Scoot's travel-period list, nothing has a promo window between 18 and 25 December 2026. The latest pre-Christmas dates are 17 December (Medan, Kertajati, Padang, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak), and the earliest restarts are 26 December for the 15 listed China cities and 29 December for Bali.
- The short-haul routes stop before the school holidays. Malaysia and Thailand end on 19 November, Vietnam on 17 November, Manila on 19 November and the China cities on 19 November. The year-end school holidays begin on 21 November.
- North Asia mostly waits for January. Seoul (4 January), Jeju (3 January), Osaka (11 January), Narita (18 January) and Okinawa (4 January) have no 2026 dates at all. Tokyo Haneda is the exception, 29 September to 15 November.
- Two cities have no published dates. Hangzhou (from S$165) and Nanjing (from S$190) are priced on the page but missing from its travel-period list, so check them in the booking flow before committing.
- More blackouts can apply. Scoot adds that "additional blackout periods may apply over the school holidays and event periods".
What the fare includes
The headline price is Economy Basic. Scoot's fares and fees page lays out the bundles:
| Basic | Value | ScootPlus | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cabin baggage | 10kg (up to 2 pieces) | 10kg (up to 2 pieces) | 15kg (up to 2 pieces) |
| Checked baggage | None | 20kg | 30kg |
| Meal | None | None | Complimentary, with non-alcoholic drink |
| Seat selection | With a fee | Included | Complimentary |
| Wi-Fi and in-seat power | With a fee | With a fee | 200MB and power included |
The sale page does not publish Value bundle prices, so compare it against Basic plus a bag at checkout. On the longer routes, the ScootPlus fare is roughly double the Economy fare (S$240 against S$530 to Sydney) but already carries the checked bag and meal.
Fine print
- Official channels only. flyscoot.com or the Scoot mobile app, on selected Scoot-operated flights originating in Singapore.
- Fees on top. Payment processing fees per booking are not included, and taxes can change with currency fluctuations.
- Full payment at booking. Bookings are not refundable except as provided in Scoot's Conditions of Carriage.
- Limited seats. The fares are subject to availability and may not be on every flight or date.
- Terms can change. Scoot reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion without notice.
Tips
- Pick the window, then the city. Check the route's travel periods first. A S$105 Bali fare is easy to use in November; a S$169 Seoul fare only works from January.
- Book the return in the same search. The advertised fares are one-way, and the return leg carries its own price and taxes.
- For a KL trip, compare Firefly. Firefly's 9.9 Deals fly Seletar to Subang from SGD 128 with a 10kg checked bag, booked by 21 September. Scoot's S$82 is from Changi with no checked bag, so the cheaper option depends on your luggage.
- The SAF levy does not touch these tickets. Singapore's new levy applies to tickets sold from 1 October 2026 for flights from 1 January 2027, and this sale closes on 20 September.
- Book before Sunday night. The sale ends at 11.59pm on 20 September, Singapore time.
