CapitaLand has a Deepavali reward code this year. Key in RANGOLI26 in the CapitaStar app and you can collect up to $15 in eCapitaVoucher at 17 CapitaLand malls from Fri 30 Oct to Mon 9 Nov 2026, including a $5 that needs no spending at all.

The three rewards
CapitaLand calls it the Happy Deepavali Mini Shopping Festival. The code unlocks three separate $5 eCapitaVouchers:

Eligible payment methods for the $80 reward are eCapitaVoucher, a Mastercard linked in the CapitaStar app, DBS/POSB cards or DBS PayLah! (with your CapitaStar account linked in PayLah!), Kris+ and ShopBack Pay. Each one has to be linked before you pay.
The useful detail is in the limit column. The headline says "up to $15", but the two spend rewards reset per mall and per day. Shop at Tampines Mall on Saturday and Bedok Mall on Sunday, and you can qualify again, as long as that mall's quota has not run out.
The 17 participating malls
Aperia Mall, Bedok Mall, Bugis Junction, Bugis+, CQ @ Clarke Quay, Funan, IMM, Junction 8, Kallang Wave Mall, Lot One Shoppers' Mall, Plaza Singapura and The Atrium@Orchard (counted as one), Raffles City Singapore, Sengkang Grand Mall, SingPost Centre, Tampines Mall, Tekka Place and Westgate.
Tekka Place sits in Little India, a short walk from the Deepavali light-up, but it also has the smallest quota for the $80 reward (130 in total).
The fine print
- Mastercard is required for the free $5. Only members with a Mastercard credit or debit card linked in the CapitaStar app get it. Redeem the code first and you receive an eligibility eVoucher; link a Mastercard by 9 November to convert it.
- First come, first served. All three rewards are capped, and CapitaLand publishes a live availability page for each mall.
- Combine receipts, but only at one mall. Transactions of $20 or more at the same mall on the same day add up towards the $50 or $80. A $15 coffee will not count.
- One receipt, one reward. A transaction used for one reward cannot be used for another, or for a different CapitaLand promotion running at the same time.
- Nothing before 10am. Spends registered on the app before 10am do not qualify.
- Excluded spends: supermarkets (Cold Storage, CS Fresh, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra and Giant, except for a few named stores such as FairPrice Finest at Sengkang Grand Mall and Scarlett Supermarket), cinema tickets and snacks, SingPost, parking coupons, gift cards and vouchers, AXS and bill payments, clinics, pawnshops and money changers, roadshow stalls, deposits, table-ordering platforms, and UOB Mastercard paid through Apple Pay.
- Short expiry. Rewards are credited within 7 working days. The free $5 expires 10 days after it is issued; the spend rewards last 30 days.
Tips
- Link a Mastercard before you key in the code. It saves a step and the 2,000 free vouchers will not last the full 11 days.
- Pay with DBS PayLah! or a linked Mastercard to make sure the $80 is captured; a card that is not linked to CapitaStar does not count.
- Shop after 10am and keep each receipt at $20 or more.
- Check the availability page first. Smaller malls run out sooner, so look before you plan a trip around the reward.
- Spend the free $5 quickly. Ten days is short; put it towards lunch at any CapitaLand mall that accepts eCapitaVoucher.
- Stack mall-level deals. Bedok Mall and Lot One run their own eCapitaVoucher promotions in November; read each one's terms, because a receipt can only count once.
