The Underground Sale has been running in the basement of COURTS Nojima The Heeren since 28 August, and it has eight days left: the last day is Monday 21 September 2026. Deal sites picked it up this week as a Hitachi promotion, but Hitachi is one of 22 brands on COURTS' poster, and the headline number on that poster needs reading closely.

The offer
COURTS' sale page gives the basics: up to 90% off clearance deals, at COURTS Nojima The Heeren, B1, 28 Aug to 21 Sept 2026, daily 11am to 10pm. The poster and COURTS' three-page terms PDF for the sale break it down by category:

The participating brands printed on the poster are Bosch, Braun, Dreame, Electrolux, Harman Kardon, Hitachi, Intero, JBL, KDK, La Gourmet, Lenovo, LG, Mistral, MUZE, Panasonic, Roborock, Samsung, Shark, Sony, Tiger, Toshiba and Zojirushi, "and many more".
Where the 90% actually is
Nowhere you can point to. The terms PDF never mentions 90%, and no priced item on the poster reaches it. The deepest are:
- Hillcrest Summer Blanket from $18, tagged 89% off a $145 RRP. Its regular offer price is $49, so against what it normally sells for it is 63% off.
- MUZE Bridget 3-seater fabric sofa at $299 (RRP $999, usual offer $699), 70% off RRP, display set, while stocks last.
- MUZE Tammi armless fabric sofa at $399 (RRP $1,199, usual offer $799), 67% off RRP, display set.
- Emilio 5-piece dining set at $399 (RRP $1,299, usual offer $899), display set.
If it is furniture you want, those display sets are the real bargains, and display sets sell out, so go early.
The Climate Voucher prices
The biggest-looking numbers are all labelled "price after Climate Voucher":

A household's Climate Vouchers total $400, and every one of those prices assumes you have not spent any of it. Take the Shark fan to $0 and you have used $239; the Electrolux washer then costs $397. So pick the one big item that needs the voucher most, and pay the smaller things in cash or card.
The struck-through prices are not a mistake. On this poster a crossed-out number with "check in-store for special price" nearby means COURTS will quote you something lower at the counter, but it has not published the figure.
The Hitachi part
Hitachi ran its own poster for the event, "Score exclusive Hitachi deals at COURTS Nojima!", dated 28 Aug to 21 Sep 2026 at The Heeren B1. It shows a multi-door fridge, a front-load washer, a microwave oven, a rice cooker and a stick vacuum, and prints no prices at all. The only priced Hitachi item on COURTS' poster is the 485L R-HV490WSXW fridge above: $3,359 before voucher against a $4,199 RRP, or $124 a month over 24 months.
For a benchmark before you go, COURTS' own online store listed these Hitachi prices on 13 September:

If the basement price is not below the website, ask the staff to match or add the in-store bundle.

Fine print
- Valid 28 August to 21 September 2026, while stocks last unless stated otherwise.
- All prices include 9% GST. RRP is the recommended retail price, not what the item usually sells for.
- Bundle deals are not valid at the COURTS online store.
- Traders may not buy advertised items.
- Limited set deals may be issued as coupons, first come first served, one set per customer.
- Advertised items may be on display at select stores, but you can order them at any COURTS store.
- 24-month 0% instalments are for DBS, UOB, OCBC and DCS credit cardholders only.
- Climate Vouchers are scanned in person only and give no change.
- COURTS may substitute gifts of similar value and change the terms without notice.
Tips
- Go on a weekday morning if you want a display-set sofa or dining set. Display-set stock is limited and they are the only items near the 90% headline.
- Spend the voucher on the item where it matters most. $400 off a $558 washer is 72% off; $79 on a table fan is money you cannot use on a fridge later.
- Check the online price on your phone. The in-store tag is not automatically lower, and COURTS lets you order advertised items at any branch.
- Ask for the struck-through prices. The Hitachi, Samsung and LG fridges and the LG WashTower all have an unpublished lower figure.
- Old appliance? For washing machines, fridges and aircon, the delivering retailer must take back your old one of the same type free if you ask.
