Singapore's Thai food scene runs from a $10.90++ weekday hotpot set lunch to white-tablecloth Bangkok cooking, and all five restaurants here have promotions you can verify on their own websites. We re-checked every one on 15 October 2026. The OCBC 1-for-1 on rice and noodle mains at Bangkok Jam and Siam Kitchen ended on 30 September and was not extended, and the September school-holiday deals closed with it. What is new: Suki-Suki Hot Pot now runs a weekday set lunch from $10.90++, the cheapest plate on this list, and gives Khatib residents up to 30% off the whole bill till 30 November, and Bali Thai has brought back weekday value sets from $11.90++ till 15 December. Three of the five do a Thai buffet, from Bangkok Jam's 19-dish spread at $19.90++ to Sarai's standing 2-for-$60++ weekend lunch. Bangkok Jam and Sarai both run BYOB with the first bottle corkage-free per two diners till 31 October. One outlet correction: Siam Kitchen is down to a single restaurant at HomeTeamNS Khatib, with SAFRA Toa Payoh gone from its own site. Three of the five are halal-certified, and most deals are weekday, dine-in only.

The dependable all-rounder, now down to a single restaurant. Bangkok Jam has been doing casual modern Thai here for close to two decades, with mains in the $12-20 range and the greatest-hits menu you would want: pad thai, green curry, tom yum, basil chicken. Its own contact page and ordering site both list one outlet now, Great World (1 Kim Seng Promenade #02-127, daily 11.30am to 10pm, last order 9.30pm, Great World MRT Exit 6), so plan the trip rather than assuming there is one near you. The OCBC 1-for-1 on selected rice and noodle mains that headlined this entry ran 1 July to 30 September 2026 and has ended; its page still shows the 30 September end date, and nothing on the promotions page replaces it. The main event now is the 19th-anniversary buffet: 19 Thai dishes at $19.90++ an adult (U.P. $22.90++) and $15.90++ for children aged 5 to 10, or $26.90++ for the premium tier (U.P. $29.90++, children $18.90++) that adds steamed seabass with chilli and lime, Thai black pepper beef, moo ping and a drink. Children under 5 eat free. It runs Monday to Friday, lunch 11.30am to 3pm and dinner from 5pm, with an 80-minute table limit and last seating at 2pm and 8pm; the premium tier needs two diners, the classic one does not, buffet items cannot be taken away, and a $5-per-100g food wastage fee applies. Bangkok Jam also runs BYOB (first bottle free per two diners, further bottles 1-for-1 or $20++ corkage, down from $40++) Mondays to Thursdays till 31 October 2026, the same offer that runs at Sarai but which excludes Siam Kitchen and Suki-Suki by name. The September kids' waffle and the August $6.10 National Day add-on have both ended. For lunch at your desk there is a $16.90 Thai bento set with a complimentary drink, takeaway or delivery only, and orders of 20 or more bentos take 20% off the bill. Two things run all year: the Bucket & Chill beer deal at 3 bottles for $20 or 6 for $30, all day every day, with a free plate of mid-joint wings (worth $14.90++) on a bucket of 6 from Monday to Thursday; and a complimentary green curry for OCBC cardholders on a minimum spend of $50 (Mon to Thu) or $60 (Fri to Sun) to 31 January 2027, with Citi cardholders getting a complimentary tom yum soup on the same spend tiers to 31 December 2026.BEST FOR: the cheapest sit-down Thai buffet on this list, or a weeknight dinner where you bring the wine.

The halal pick at a clubhouse. Siam Kitchen is halal-certified, but it no longer fills the heartland malls it used to, and it has shrunk again since our last check: its About Us, reservations and contact pages now list one restaurant, HomeTeamNS Khatib (2 Yishun Walk, #01-01), under the heading "Our Outlet". SAFRA Toa Payoh has gone from all three pages, and halal directory WhereHalal now marks that branch closed, following Causeway Point, Lot One and Henderson. Treat any older list of Siam Kitchen outlets, including the two-outlet one we ran until this update, as out of date. Its OCBC 1-for-1 on rice and noodle mains ran 1 July to 30 September 2026 and has ended, and so has the September Kaprao Challenge. The everyday value play is unchanged: the weekday set lunch at $11.90++, one main plus a drink (Thai milk tea, iced lemon tea, roselle or iced lemongrass tea), dine-in at Khatib, 11.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and their eves. For a group, the newer idea is the Build Your Own Thai Ambeng, a sharing platter for four to five people from $79.90++ (before GST and delivery charges), now available for dine-in: the choices start with two appetisers, a soup or curry, a main, a chicken dish and a vegetable, with black pepper beef at +$2. If you are eating at your desk, Siam Kitchen bento sets are $14.90 nett with a packet drink, for takeaway and selected delivery platforms only, with a takeaway surcharge on top. Card holders still have a separate OCBC perk to 31 January 2027: a complimentary Gai Yang half butterfly chicken worth $12.90 on a minimum spend of $60 (Mon to Thu) or $70 (Fri to Sun), which does not combine with the set lunch.BEST FOR: halal Thai for a family table up north, and a proper weekday lunch for one at Khatib.

Thai hotpot, which is its own thing: tom yum and herbal broths rather than the Sichuan mala default, with the sweet-savoury Thai suki dipping sauce that makes the whole format work. Suki-Suki is MUIS halal-certified and runs an all-you-can-eat buffet out of a single outlet at HomeTeamNS Khatib. The standing deal to know about, and the one we had missed until this update, is the best of the lot for a pair: pick Mala as one of your soup bases and the second diner gets 20% off, all day Monday to Friday, dine-in, regular buffet only with no premium top-ups and no stacking with card privileges. Cheaper still at lunch, students and seniors aged 60 and above get the regular lunch buffet at $18.90++, and a fourth diner eats free with three paying adults, both Monday to Thursday (Friday +$3), 60-minute seating, regular buffet only, valid ID required. New this week, and now the cheapest plate on this list: a weekday hotpot set lunch at $10.90++ for chicken, $12.90++ for beef or seafood and $14.90++ for a chicken, beef and seafood combo, each with a choice of soup, staples and free-flow selected drinks, Monday to Thursday 11.30am to 3pm (last order 2.30pm), dine-in. Khatib residents get the biggest discount here: show an NRIC or Singpass with a 760xxx, 762xxx or 768xxx address and the whole bill is 30% off Monday to Thursday or 20% off Friday to Sunday, regular or premium buffet, till 30 November 2026, excluding public holidays and their eves and tables over 10. The longer-running card offer is OCBC's, in two halves depending on when you go: 30% off the premium buffet top-up from Monday to Thursday, or $25 off when you order four premium buffets from Friday to Sunday, valid 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027. Read one line in its terms before you count on it, because every diner at the table has to order the premium top-up for the discount to apply, so a mixed table of regular and premium buffets does not qualify. The September $1.88++ wagyu has ended. Two standing offers we had missed are worth planning around as well. The birthday diner eats free for the whole of their birthday month, Monday to Thursday all day, with a minimum of two diners (the birthday person plus one paying adult), a 60-minute seating, regular buffet only, valid ID shown at the table, no bill splitting, and it cannot be combined with the $10 birthday voucher. And $2 comes off two drinks with a dessert, Monday to Thursday, dine-in. The occasion pick. Sarai Fine Thai at Tanglin Mall is where you go when the meal is the point: refined Thai cooking, a proper dining room, and prices to match. The one to plan a dinner around is BYOB. Bring your own wine, champagne, sake or spirits and the first bottle is free of corkage for every two diners, with further bottles at 1-for-1 or $20++ each, down from the usual $40++, and no minimum spend, Monday to Thursday till 31 October 2026. At a restaurant in this bracket that is the single biggest saving on the table. The weekend buffet is worth doing the maths on. Walk-up a la carte rates are $39++ an adult and $19++ a child aged 5 to 11 at lunch (11.30am to 3pm), $49++ and $29++ at dinner (from 5.30pm), or $69++ and $79++ an adult with the free-flow beverage package. Against that, the standing 2-for-$60++ a la carte lunch buffet works out at $30++ a head, so book that rather than paying the rack rate. Both versions need a minimum of two diners, cap the table at ten, and require every diner to buy a drink, with still and sparkling water excluded. The OCBC offer is a complimentary pandan-wrapped fried chicken (gai hor bai toey, one of the great Thai starters) with a minimum spend of $80++ from Monday to Thursday or $90++ from Friday to Sunday, 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027. It excludes eves of and public holidays plus restaurant-set blackout dates, covers dine-in and takeaway but not delivery, and cannot be stacked with other promotions or set menus, which means it will not combine with the buffet. Sarai's $61++ National Day 3-course set for two ran 1 to 15 August 2026 and has now been taken off the promotions page, although a National Day Set Menu link still sits in the site's menu drop-down, so ignore it if you see it.BEST FOR: a birthday, a date, or anyone who has decided that tonight is not a food-court night and has a good bottle at home worth opening.

The mall option, the third halal name here, and the easiest of the five to get to. Bali Thai does Thai-Indonesian cooking at everyday a la carte prices: pad thai, tom yum seafood fried rice, green curry chicken, XO seafood fried rice.OUTLETS: its own store page lists four Singapore restaurants, at Causeway Point, IMM, Suntec City and Ngee Ann City, all open daily 11.30am to 10pm with last order at 9.30pm. That equals Bangkok Jam, Siam Kitchen, Sarai and Suki-Suki put together, now that each of those is down to one restaurant, though it is well short of the over nine restaurants the Bali Thai homepage still claims, a figure that counts Beijing and has not kept up with the store list.HALAL STATUS: Bali Thai is halal-certified. A MUIS halal logo sits on its own website, its parent Katrina Group lists it alongside So Pho and Streats as one of its halal-certified brands, and CapitaLand's own mall listings state plainly that the restaurant is halal-certified. That makes three of the five here halal, so if you are feeding a mixed group Bali Thai belongs on the shortlist next to Siam Kitchen and Suki-Suki. (Halal certification renews yearly, so check in-store if it is critical for your table.)VALUE SETS: the cheap sets are back. A new Limited Offer Value Set went up on balithai.com.sg/promotion in October at $11.90++ (Set A: black olive fried rice with chicken, or nasi goreng sapi), $12.90++ (Set B: tom yum seafood soup with rice, or jungle noodles) or $13.90++ (Set C: sambal udang petai or green curry chicken, each with rice and egg), all with an iced lemongrass or calamansi. Pandan chicken or chicken satay is +$5 and chendol or Thai tapioca +$3. For two, Classic Set A is $38++ and Premium Set B $48++. All run Monday to Friday, dine-in only, till 15 December 2026, not on public holidays or their eves, and not with other offers except cash vouchers, so they will not combine with the Maybank codes below. Each 1-pax set is a dollar dearer than the May-to-July round that lapsed on 31 July. Thai dining in Singapore splits roughly three ways, and this list covers all of them: cheap-and-cheerful mall Thai (Bali Thai, Siam Kitchen), casual sit-down (Bangkok Jam), and the occasion meal (Sarai Fine Thai), plus Suki-Suki Hot Pot for the Thai-hotpot format that does not map neatly onto any of the three.

Bali Thai is back with weekday value sets: $11.90++, $12.90++ or $13.90++ for one, each with an iced lemongrass or calamansi, or $38++ and $48++ sets for two, Monday to Friday, dine-in, till 15 December 2026, at all four of its malls.
What closed on 30 September: the OCBC 1-for-1 on selected rice and noodle mains at Bangkok Jam and Siam Kitchen (both pages still show the 30 September end date, with nothing replacing them), Bangkok Jam's free kids' waffle, Siam Kitchen's Kaprao Challenge and Suki-Suki's $1.88++ wagyu. The August National Day sets went before them. Bali Thai's May-to-July set menus (1-pax from $10.90++) lapsed on 31 July; the October value sets above replace them at a dollar more. Do not turn up expecting any of the closed deals.
Both are the kind of thing that sends readers to a mall for a restaurant that is not there any more, so they are worth stating plainly.
Siam Kitchen is down to one outlet. That is also where the $19.90++ buffet runs, so the buffet is no longer an outlet-specific perk, it is simply what Bangkok Jam does.
The chain with the most branches on this list is now Bali Thai, with four: Causeway Point, IMM, Suntec City and Ngee Ann City, all open daily 11.30am to 10pm. That equals Bangkok Jam, Siam Kitchen, Sarai and Suki-Suki put together, since each of those is now down to one restaurant. Bali Thai's homepage still claims over nine restaurants, a number that counts Beijing and has not kept up with its own store list.
Three of the five run one, and they are not the same thing.

Suki-Suki Hot Pot is the halal one and a steamboat format, with tom yum and herbal broths, all-you-can-eat. Three ways to bring the price down without a card: pick Mala as a soup base and the second diner gets 20% off, all day Monday to Friday; at lunch Monday to Thursday, students and seniors aged 60 and above pay $18.90++ and a fourth diner eats free with three paying adults; and in your birthday month the birthday diner eats free, Monday to Thursday all day, with one paying adult, a 60-minute seating, regular buffet only and valid ID at the table. That one will not combine with the restaurant's own $10 birthday voucher, so use whichever is worth more. Khatib residents can skip all of that and take 30% off the whole bill Monday to Thursday, or 20% off Friday to Sunday, till 30 November. OCBC cardmembers get 30% off the premium top-up Monday to Thursday, but every diner at the table has to take the top-up for it to apply.
Sarai Fine Thai is the upmarket entry, and worth doing the sums on. Walk-up weekend rates are $39++ an adult and $19++ a child at lunch, $49++ and $29++ at dinner, or $69++ and $79++ an adult with the free-flow beverage package. The standing 2-for-$60++ a la carte lunch buffet works out at $30++ a head, so book that instead. Both versions need at least two diners, cap the table at ten, and require every diner to buy a drink, with still and sparkling water excluded.
Siam Kitchen and Bali Thai do not do buffets.
Two of the five, and it is quietly the biggest saving in this guide. Bangkok Jam and Sarai Fine Thai both run the same BYOB offer: the first bottle is free of corkage for every two diners, covering wine, champagne, sake or spirits, and further bottles are 1-for-1 or $20++ each, down from the usual $40++. There is no minimum spend. It runs Monday to Thursday, 7 July to 31 October 2026.
Read the exclusions before you plan around it. The offer applies across Creative Eateries restaurants except Siam Kitchen and Suki-Suki Hot Pot, which are carved out by name, so the group's two halal outlets are deliberately outside it. It is also void on public holidays and their eves, on private events of 15 guests or more, and alongside existing alcohol promotions.
Where it pays off most is Sarai. At a Tanglin Mall restaurant, waiving corkage on the first bottle and halving it after that is usually worth more than any food discount on this page, and it is the reason to book Sarai on a weeknight before 31 October.
If beer is the point rather than wine, Bangkok Jam separately runs a Bucket & Chill deal: 3 bottles for $20 or 6 for $30, all day every day, with a free plate of mid-joint wings (worth $14.90++) when you order a bucket of 6, Monday to Thursday.
If you are feeding a mixed group, you have more options here than this guide once suggested. Siam Kitchen (MUIS-certified, HomeTeamNS Khatib), Suki-Suki Hot Pot (MUIS-certified, HomeTeamNS Khatib) and Bali Thai (four mall outlets) are all halal-certified. For Bali Thai the evidence is a MUIS halal logo on its own website, parent company Katrina Group naming it alongside So Pho and Streats among its halal-certified brands, and CapitaLand's mall store listings saying plainly that the restaurant is halal-certified. Bangkok Jam and Sarai Fine Thai are not halal-certified. Certification renews annually, so confirm in-store if it is critical for your table.
The OCBC 1-for-1 ended on 30 September, but it was not the only card deal on this page, and every one of the five still has one running.
The catch: none of these stack. Both the OCBC and the Citi terms rule the free dish out in conjunction with other offers, discounts, privileges or vouchers, and the OCBC wording names set lunches specifically, so the gai yang will not combine with Siam Kitchen's $11.90++ weekday set lunch. All of them are also void on public holidays and their eves, limited to one redemption per bill per table, with no splitting of bills, and the minimum spends are counted before service charge and GST.

Three of the five: Siam Kitchen, Suki-Suki Hot Pot and Bali Thai. Bali Thai is now the easiest to reach, with four outlets at Causeway Point, IMM, Suntec City and Ngee Ann City. Siam Kitchen has shrunk to a single clubhouse outlet at HomeTeamNS Khatib, so the SAFRA Toa Payoh, Causeway Point, Lot One and Henderson branches that older guides list, ours included until this update, are no longer there. Suki-Suki Hot Pot, also at HomeTeamNS Khatib, is the halal choice for a group hotpot dinner. For Bali Thai the evidence is a MUIS halal logo on its own website, its parent Katrina Group naming it alongside So Pho and Streats as one of its halal-certified brands, and CapitaLand's mall store listings stating outright that the restaurant is halal-certified. Bangkok Jam and Sarai Fine Thai are not halal-certified. Certification renews yearly and can change, so if it matters for your group, confirm with the outlet before booking.
Three. Two are at Suki-Suki Hot Pot. A weekday hotpot set lunch from $10.90++ for chicken, $12.90++ for beef or seafood and $14.90++ for a combo, with soup, staples and free-flow selected drinks, Monday to Thursday 11.30am to 3pm, dine-in; that is now the cheapest plate on this list. And a Khatib Resident Special: 30% off the total bill Monday to Thursday or 20% off Friday to Sunday for anyone with a 760xxx, 762xxx or 768xxx address on their NRIC or Singpass, regular or premium buffet, till 30 November 2026. Siam Kitchen has also added a Build Your Own Thai Ambeng sharing platter for four to five from $79.90++ for dine-in, and Bali Thai has brought back weekday value sets at $11.90++, $12.90++ or $13.90++ for one or $38++ and $48++ for two, Monday to Friday, dine-in, till 15 December 2026. What closed on 30 September: the OCBC 1-for-1 on rice and noodle mains at Bangkok Jam and Siam Kitchen, Bangkok Jam's kids' waffle, Siam Kitchen's Kaprao Challenge and Suki-Suki's $1.88++ wagyu.
No. The OCBC 1-for-1 on mains at Bangkok Jam and Siam Kitchen ended on 30 September 2026, and most of what is left needs no card: Bangkok Jam's $19.90++ anniversary buffet, its BYOB deal and its $16.90 bento; Siam Kitchen's $11.90++ weekday set lunch and its ambeng platter; Suki-Suki's $10.90++ set lunch, its Khatib resident discount, 20% off the second diner with a Mala base, its $18.90++ student and senior lunch buffet and its free birthday-month buffet; Sarai's $60++ weekend lunch buffet for two; and Bali Thai's $11.90++ weekday value sets. The OCBC perks still running to 31 January 2027 are a free green curry at Bangkok Jam (minimum spend $50 Monday to Thursday or $60 Friday to Sunday), a free Gai Yang worth $12.90 at Siam Kitchen, 30% off Suki-Suki's premium top-up and free pandan-wrapped chicken at Sarai, with Citi equivalents to 31 December 2026. Bali Thai is the odd one out: its live offer is a Maybank one (codes MB4 and MB10) that needs a Maybank VISA or Mastercard.

Bangkok Jam keeps its $19.90++ 19-dish anniversary buffet at Great World with no end date stated, and BYOB runs at Bangkok Jam and Sarai to 31 October. On cards, the separate OCBC dining privilege runs to 31 January 2027 at four of the five (a free green curry at Bangkok Jam, a free Gai Yang worth $12.90 at Siam Kitchen, 30% off Suki-Suki's premium top-up and free pandan-wrapped chicken worth $19 at Sarai), with Citi equivalents to 31 December 2026.

Suki-Suki's 20% off the second diner runs Monday to Friday, and its student, senior and fourth-diner-free deals are Monday to Thursday (Friday +$3). The BYOB deal at Bangkok Jam and Sarai is Monday to Thursday. What does work at the weekend: Sarai's a la carte buffet, at $39++ an adult for lunch and $49++ for dinner, or $60++ for two on the standing lunch deal; Suki-Suki's Khatib resident discount, 20% off the bill Friday to Sunday; its Friday-to-Sunday OCBC offer of $25 off with four premium buffets; Sarai's OCBC pandan chicken, where the minimum spend rises from $80++ on Monday to Thursday to $90++ from Friday to Sunday; Bangkok Jam's Bucket & Chill beer deal, which runs all day every day; and Bali Thai's Maybank codes, which carry no day restriction.

Bangkok Jam runs the cheapest: a 19th-anniversary a la carte buffet at Great World, 19 Thai dishes at $19.90++ an adult (usual price $22.90++) and $15.90++ for children aged 5 to 10, with a premium tier at $26.90++ (usual $29.90++, children $18.90++) that adds steamed seabass, Thai-style black pepper beef, moo ping and a drink. Children under 5 eat free. It is Monday to Friday only, lunch 11.30am to 3pm and dinner from 5pm, with an 80-minute table limit and a $5-per-100g wastage fee; the premium tier needs at least two diners. Suki-Suki Hot Pot is the halal option and a steamboat rather than a la carte, with tom yum and herbal broths, all-you-can-eat, 20% off the second diner if you pick a Mala base Monday to Friday, and 30% off the premium top-up for OCBC cardmembers Monday to Thursday. Sarai Fine Thai is the upmarket one: its weekend a la carte buffet is $39++ an adult and $19++ a child at lunch, $49++ and $29++ at dinner, but the standing 2-for-$60++ lunch buffet brings that down to $30++ a head, and every diner has to buy a drink. Siam Kitchen and Bali Thai do not run a buffet, and Siam Kitchen's value play is its $11.90++ weekday set lunch instead.
Two of the five do, and it is one of the better BYOB deals running in Singapore right now. Bangkok Jam and Sarai Fine Thai both offer the first bottle free of corkage for every two diners, covering wine, champagne, sake or spirits, with further bottles at 1-for-1 or $20++ each, down from the usual $40++, and no minimum spend. It runs Monday to Thursday, from 7 July to 31 October 2026. The offer is a group-wide one across Creative Eateries restaurants, but the terms explicitly exclude Siam Kitchen and Suki-Suki Hot Pot by name, so the group's two halal outlets are not part of it. It is also not valid on public holidays and their eves, for private events of 15 guests or more, or in conjunction with existing alcohol promotions. Sarai is where the maths works hardest: at a Tanglin Mall restaurant, waiving corkage on the first bottle and halving it thereafter is usually a bigger saving than any of the food discounts here. If beer is more your thing, Bangkok Jam separately runs a Bucket & Chill deal at 3 bottles for $20 or 6 for $30, all day every day, with a free plate of mid-joint wings worth $14.90++ on a bucket of 6 from Monday to Thursday.
One does, and it is the most generous single offer in this guide. At Suki-Suki Hot Pot the birthday diner eats the buffet free for the whole of their birthday month, not just on the day itself. The conditions are a minimum of two diners (the birthday person plus one paying adult), Monday to Thursday all day, a 60-minute seating, the regular buffet only with no premium top-ups, no bill splitting, and valid ID showing the birthday presented at the table. It is at the HomeTeamNS Khatib outlet, and it cannot be stacked with the restaurant's separate $10 birthday voucher, so work out which of the two is worth more on your bill before you go. Suki-Suki also takes $2 off two drinks with a dessert, Monday to Thursday, dine-in. None of the other four run a birthday promotion on their own promotions pages as at 15 October 2026.
Go by deadline first. BYOB at Bangkok Jam and Sarai runs to 31 October 2026, so a weeknight dinner where you bring the wine is the one to book this month, and Suki-Suki's Khatib resident discount runs to 30 November. For the cheapest solo weekday lunch it is Suki-Suki's $10.90++ hotpot set or Siam Kitchen's $11.90++ set, both at HomeTeamNS Khatib, Monday to Thursday. For two people eating hotpot, Suki-Suki's Mala soup base takes 20% off the second diner without any card. For a group who will eat a lot, Suki-Suki's buffet is the best value per person, or Bangkok Jam's $19.90++ anniversary buffet at Great World if you want a la carte Thai rather than steamboat. And if convenience decides it, Bali Thai has four outlets, as many as the other four brands put together, and weekday value sets from $11.90++ till 15 December.
