Includes the KidZania birthday prices its own birthday page never shows, the full Kiztopia outlet-by-outlet ladder where the same party costs double, SuperPark's switch to per-guest pricing, and Mandai's newly published Wild Birthday rates from S$850+.
Singapore's published kids party packages start at about S$598 all-in and climb past S$16,000 for a flagship buyout, and the cheapest headline is not the cheapest bill.

Themed indoor playground built around the Korean cartoon Pororo, reopened in October 2024 after a refresh that added a theatre for the Pororo & Friends shows, a revamped Loopy's Café and a campsite play area. Two published party packages, both covering 20 guests (10 children + 10 adults) with two hours' exclusive use of the birthday room, an hour of complimentary playtime, goodie bags, grip socks, priority access to the Pororo meet-and-greet and Pororo Express train, a gift for the birthday child and digital e-invites. The Petite Party is S$688; the Power Party at S$1,088 adds a private meet-and-greet with Pororo, a kids' meal and a dessert table. Outside food, drinks and cake are allowed but only inside the party room, the two-hour slot cannot be extended, and no-shows are not refunded, so book slots online at least two weeks ahead and send the full guest list seven days out. Best for the 6-and-under crowd, where the mascots do the heavy lifting.
September Party Special (code PARTYUP26): unlimited playtime on all bookings; Power Party adds complimentary balloon sculpting, a private bubbles party and party photo-taking. A large snow-and-ice-themed indoor adventure playground at Great World, with climbing structures, an interactive ball pool, impact-wall games and its signature 8m four-wave slides. The Super Birthday Package is S$1,188 and covers up to 25 guests with two hours' exclusive use of a themed party room (the boys' and girls' rooms each seat 25), a five-item kids' meal, party games, water bubble mania, unlimited playtime, a Polar Bear Punch drink and a personalised e-invite. A full-venue option runs three hours for up to 60 guests with food for up to 30 children, priced on enquiry, but note it is only available weekdays all day and at 9.30am or 4.30pm on weekends. Add-ons (face painting, airbrush and glitter tattoos, henna, a magic show, a ventriloquist with balloon sculpting, photography and videography) are quoted separately. Suits little kids up to around nine.

Parties are bookable at eight locations: Marina Square, Punggol Town Square (safari theme), The Woodleigh Mall (under-the-sea), Jewel Changi Airport (aviation), Bouncetopia at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang, SkyPark at Orchard Cineleisure, River Valley and Tengah Plantation Plaza, with a ninth outlet at Parkway Parade listed as coming soon on the party page (no brochure or price yet). Kiztopia doesn't list prices on the party page itself, but each outlet publishes a downloadable e-brochure, and the same 10-child, 11-adult format ranges from S$499++ to S$999++ depending on branch, exactly double. Jewel Changi is cheapest at MARKKIZ S$499++ and HAPPYKIZ S$699++; SAFRA CCK and Tengah Plantation Plaza both run S$589++/S$859++; Punggol is S$649++/S$949++ with a 20-child BELLKIZ at S$1,599++. Marina Square has three tiers (TIGERKIZ S$799++, HONEYKIZ S$1,099++ and ELIKIZ S$1,899++ for 20 children), and SkyPark mirrors them as SKY PRO, SKY PLUS and SKY PLATINUM at the same prices. River Valley, the Prestige outlet, is the dearest: Lite S$999++, Signature S$1,299++ and Elite S$2,399++. All four include a private party room for two hours, 12 grip socks, a personalised e-invite and two complimentary adult admissions for the celebrant's parents; every other adult counts against your guest total. None include food: bring your own or add a Celebration Combo (hotdog and wedges with a drink for 12 at S$102, nuggets and fries or pizza at S$113.90). Sentosa is where you go when the party needs a proper outing rather than a room. Three options worth pricing: the Royal Albatross, the tall ship berthed at Resorts World Sentosa next to Adventure Cove, whose kid-friendly Pirates Ahoy sail is published at S$150++ an adult and S$95++ a child for a 2-hour sail out at sea, running every Sunday at 9am from 8 Sentosa Gateway, with a minimum of one adult per child and a maximum of two children per adult (the ship also sells Group Birthday dinner-cruise packages at S$1,060 for 5 adults, S$2,050 for 10 and S$3,950 for 20, but those are adult sit-down dinners rather than a kids party); Adventure Cove Waterpark, for a swim-based celebration; and KidZania Singapore, the role-play city that reopened under Sim Leisure across two levels and 41 branded establishments, with additions including a YouTube entrepreneur studio, animation studio and makers space. KidZania's birthday page says to enquire, but its booking engine publishes everything once you select Birthday as the ticket type: a Birthday Room is S$500 for a two-hour slot (11am-1pm or 2pm-4pm) holding up to 50 people, a Birthday Parade is S$400, and birthday-category admission is 15% off: S$102 a child (U.P. S$120), S$62.05 an adult (U.P. S$73), S$49.30 for toddlers. Catering starts at S$9.90 a child. That makes the room plus ten children roughly S$1,520. The birthday child's free ticket is one per 10 paying guests, but only if the birthday falls within seven days of the visit and photo ID is shown on arrival. Each operator quotes its own party or group rates and terms, so enquire directly rather than assuming a single Sentosa package covers them all.

Singapore's flagship bird park, successor to the old Jurong Bird Park, and the pick for parents who want the party outdoors and around real animals rather than in a ball pit. Mandai has stopped hiding these behind an enquiry form. Its Wild Birthday page now prints three packages, though none of them actually runs inside Bird Paradise. The Birthday Buggy Tour at Singapore Zoo is the cheapest at S$850+ for up to 7 people: a private guided buggy with a giant tortoise interaction and giraffe feeding, exclusive use of Ah Meng Hut for a set lunch, a 6R photo for every guest and a plush toy for the birthday child, running 10.30am to 1pm. The Curiosity Cove Birthday Package is S$1,300+ (Basic) or S$1,600+ (Premium) and covers 20 guests (10 adults + 10 children) with a Ranger Buddies theme, an hour of free play, grip socks, an e-invitation, light bites, goodie bags and a party coordinator; Premium adds a Birthday Mission with the Birthday Jeep and a party host. Extra guests are S$65+ each on Basic and S$80+ on Premium, the minimum is 20 people and the ceiling is 50, and the room slots are 10am-12pm, 12.30-2.30pm and 3-5pm. The biggest is the KidzWorld Birthday at Singapore Zoo, from S$4,000+ for a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 50, aimed squarely at 3 to 6 year-olds: private guides, a chartered tram, a buffet lunch with a Junior Chef at Work DIY station, reserved seating at the animal presentation and an exclusive Meet the Stars encounter. Friends of Mandai members and WildPass holders get special rates on both Singapore Zoo packages. Bird Paradise itself is still enquiry-only, handled by the venues-for-hire team, so ask early and get that quote in writing. General admission starts at S$27, and the park is open daily 9am-6pm with last entry at 5pm. One diary note: on 19 and 20 September 2026 Mandai is asking visitors to arrive by public transport or its shuttle rather than drive. Best for 5s and up, who'll actually sit through a bird presentation; note there's no indoor wet-weather fallback the way an indoor playground has.

Four things moved, and three of them change the maths.
On the 16 September re-check nothing had moved again: all eight Kiztopia brochures, the four SuperPark per-guest tiers, KidZania's Birthday ticket prices, Mandai's Wild Birthday rates and the Royal Albatross sail price are as above, and both September party offers still run to 30 September.
Prices marked `++` exclude GST and service charge; the nett column assumes the usual 10% service charge and 9% GST (a ×1.199 uplift).

Whole-venue buyouts, for the parties that need the run of the place: Kiztopia Woodleigh's MINI DRAGOKIZ at S$1,999++ (25 children + 26 adults, 3 hours) is the cheapest; DRAGOKIZ is S$3,699++ at Jewel, SAFRA CCK, Tengah and Punggol (50 children + 51 adults); SkyPark's SKY PINNACLE is S$4,899++; River Valley's LUXE is S$4,999++; and the Marina Square flagship DRAGOKIZ is S$13,999++ (≈S$16,785 nett).
This is the single biggest saving available on this list, and almost nobody checks it. The same brand, the same 10-children-plus-11-adults format, across all eight outlets that take party bookings:

The entry tier runs from S$499++ at Jewel Changi to S$999++ at River Valley, exactly double for the same headcount. BELLKIZ, ELIKIZ, SKY PLATINUM and Elite are the 20-children-plus-21-adults tiers; everything else in the first three columns is 10 children + 11 adults. Woodleigh only sells the whole-venue package, so there is no small-party option there at all.
Every Kiztopia package includes themed decoration, a goodie bag per child, a guided activity, the Kiztopia Party Meal for kids and free-and-easy play time. Sessions are three-hour blocks (10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm, 4pm–7pm) but the party room is yours for the first hour only. Extra meals are S$15, cake is a top-up (6-inch S$188 for 10 pax, 8-inch S$268 for 20 pax), and a VIP or annual pass takes 10% off.
KidZania Singapore's birthday page says to enquire, which is why every roundup calls it "price on request". It isn't: pick Birthday as the ticket type in its own booking engine, choose a date, and the whole price list appears.
So a realistic KidZania party (the room plus ten children) is about S$1,520 before food and before any adults, which places it above Amazonia and below a Kiztopia buyout. It is not a fixed package: you assemble it.
One condition that trips people up. The free ticket for the birthday child is one per 10 paying guests, the tickets must be bought under the Birthday Parties category, and the birthday has to fall within seven days of the visit date, with photo ID checked on arrival. Book the visit outside that window and the free ticket is gone.
This is the change worth knowing if you had written Mandai off as "price on request". Its Wild Birthday page now lists three packages outright, and the catch is that none of them runs inside Bird Paradise.

The Buggy Tour is the odd one out and the sleeper value on this whole list: S$850+ buys a private guided buggy around the zoo with a giant tortoise interaction and giraffe feeding, exclusive use of Ah Meng Hut for a set lunch, a 6R photo for every guest and a plush toy for the birthday child, but only for seven people, so it suits a grandparents-and-cousins party rather than a class invite. Friends of Mandai members and WildPass holders get special rates on both Singapore Zoo packages, so ask before you quote yourself the list price. Bird Paradise stays enquiry-only through the venues-for-hire team.
Kiztopia is the only venue here that quotes with a double plus: its prices exclude GST and service charge, while Pororo Park, Amazonia and SuperPark advertise flat figures. That gap is about 20%, so a S$499++ package settles closer to S$598 once the bill arrives, and the S$3,699++ buyout lands nearer S$4,435. Ask for the GST-inclusive total before you commit.
Once you fix the basis, though, Kiztopia keeps the crown rather than losing it. S$598 nett at Jewel Changi includes a kids' party meal; SuperPark's S$599 does not include food at all, and the cheapest way to feed twelve there is a S$102 Celebration Combo, which pushes the real floor to about S$701. On a like-for-like, everyone-gets-fed basis, Kiztopia Jewel is roughly S$100 cheaper than SuperPark, not level with it.
This is the change most likely to blow a budget, because the headline number did not move but the model underneath it did. SuperPark's four tiers are all priced per guest with a minimum headcount:

Only two complimentary adult admissions are included, for the celebrant's parents; every other adult counts as a guest, which is a very different arithmetic from Pororo Park, where the S$688 covers 10 adults. No tier includes food; you bring your own or buy a Celebration Combo (hotdog and wedges with a drink for 12 at S$102, or nuggets and fries or pizza at S$113.90). Party slots are 10am–12pm, 12.30–2.30pm, 3–5pm and 5.30–7.30pm.
The advertised package is rarely the final bill, and the gaps are consistent enough to plan around:
The single biggest cause of a flat party is an age mismatch. Under-2s need soft play and somewhere for parents to sit. Threes to sixes are the sweet spot for character-led venues like Pororo Park, where the mascot meet-and-greet does most of the entertainment work. From about seven, themed toddler play reads as babyish and you want the activity-park format (trampolines, climbing, obstacle courses) or an outing with a genuine hook, like a boat or a bird show. SkyPark draws the line explicitly, counting anyone under 16 as an "adventurer" and 16-and-over as an adult.
Four to eight weeks ahead for Saturday and Sunday afternoon slots, which are the first to go at Pororo Park, Amazonia and Kiztopia. Pororo Park asks for bookings at least two weeks in advance and the full guest list seven days out; SuperPark also wants two weeks, and recommends three to four. Weekday parties are easier and sometimes cheaper. School-holiday weekends and the run-up to year-end need the longest lead time, and anything at Sentosa or Bird Paradise that involves a boat, a show or an outdoor space should be booked earlier still.

Kiztopia at Jewel Changi Airport, whose MARKKIZ package is S$499++ for 10 children and 11 adults, the lowest published rate of any venue on this list. That figure excludes GST and service charge, so the real outlay is about S$598, which looks level with SuperPark Singapore's S$599 minimum. It isn't, once you compare like for like: the Kiztopia price includes a kids' party meal and SuperPark includes no food at any tier, so feeding twelve at SuperPark adds a S$102 Celebration Combo and pushes its real floor to roughly S$701. Note that the same Kiztopia package costs S$589++ at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang and Tengah, S$649++ at Punggol, S$799++ at Marina Square and SkyPark, and S$999++ at River Valley (double the Jewel rate), so the outlet you pick matters as much as the brand. If you want a flat, no-surprises number, Pororo Park's S$688 Petite Party is the cheapest venue-hosted party quoted GST-inclusive.
Pororo Park is aimed at kids around 6 and under. Amazonia suits little kids up to about 9. Kiztopia caters up to 12, though most of its zones skew younger. SuperPark Singapore's party packages are pitched at kids 7 and up. Bird Paradise and the Sentosa options work best for 5+. For under-2s, a soft-play indoor playground is the safest bet.

KidZania's birthday page only invites you to enquire, but the prices are published inside its own booking engine: choose Birthday as the ticket type, pick a date, and the list appears. The Birthday Room is S$500 for a two-hour slot (11am-1pm or 2pm-4pm) and holds up to 50 people; a Birthday Parade is S$400 at 11.15am or 3.15pm. Admission bought in the Birthday category is 15% off the walk-up rate: S$102 a child aged 4-17 (U.P. S$120), S$62.05 an adult (U.P. S$73), S$49.30 for toddlers aged 2-3, free for babies under 2 and free for seniors accompanied by a paying guest. Catering runs from S$9.90 a child. So the room plus ten children is about S$1,520 before adults and food. The birthday child's free ticket is one per 10 paying guests, and the birthday must fall within seven days of the visit date, with photo ID checked on arrival.
Mandai used to answer this with an enquiry form. It doesn't any more. Its Wild Birthday page publishes three packages, none of which actually runs inside Bird Paradise. The Birthday Buggy Tour at Singapore Zoo is from S$850+ for up to seven people and covers a private guided buggy, a giant tortoise interaction, giraffe feeding, exclusive use of Ah Meng Hut for a set lunch, a 6R photo for every guest and a plush toy for the birthday child. The Curiosity Cove Birthday Package is S$1,300+ Basic or S$1,600+ Premium for 20 guests (10 adults and 10 children), with extra guests at S$65+ or S$80+ each, a 20-person minimum and a 50-person ceiling. The KidzWorld Birthday at Singapore Zoo is from S$4,000+ for 30 to 50 people and is pitched at 3 to 6 year-olds, with private guides, a chartered tram, a buffet lunch and an exclusive animal encounter. Friends of Mandai members and WildPass holders get special rates on the two Singapore Zoo packages. A party at Bird Paradise itself is still quoted only through the venues-for-hire team, and general admission there starts at S$27.
Five things, in the order that actually costs money. First, whether the quoted headcount is bodies or children: Pororo Park's 20 guests means 10 children and 10 adults, while SuperPark gives you only two free adult tickets and charges every other adult as a guest. Second, whether a kids' meal is in the package or an upgrade, because that gap is worth S$100 to S$400. Third, how long the party room is actually yours: Kiztopia sells a three-hour session but the room is exclusive for the first hour only, and SuperPark and Pororo Park give two hours with no extension. Fourth, whether outside cake and food are allowed and where they may be eaten, which at Pororo Park and SuperPark means inside the party room only. Fifth, whether the price carries a '++', because GST and service charge add about 20% and only Kiztopia and Mandai quote that way. Age fit decides whether the party is fun; these five decide what it costs.
Kiztopia does not print prices on its party page, but every outlet publishes a downloadable e-brochure, and the same format costs wildly different amounts by branch. For 10 children plus 11 adults: MARKKIZ is S$499++ at Jewel Changi, S$589++ at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang and Tengah Plantation Plaza, and S$649++ at Punggol Town Square; the entry tier is S$799++ at the Marina Square flagship (TIGERKIZ) and at SkyPark Orchard Cineleisure (SKY PRO), and S$999++ at River Valley (Lite). Jewel Changi is therefore exactly half the price of River Valley for the same headcount. Mid tiers run S$699++ to S$1,299++, and the 20-child tiers are S$1,599++ (Punggol BELLKIZ), S$1,899++ (Marina Square ELIKIZ and SkyPark SKY PLATINUM) and S$2,399++ (River Valley Elite). The Woodleigh Mall sells only a whole-venue MINI DRAGOKIZ at S$1,999++ for 25 children. Every tier includes themed decoration, a goodie bag per child, a guided activity and the kids' party meal, with the party room exclusive for the first hour of a three-hour session. Add about 20% for GST and service charge, and take 10% off with a VIP or annual pass.
