> Quick view: Sheng Siong put its Baby Fair advertisement on its own corporate site on 10 September 2026, and the fair runs from Friday 11 to Thursday 24 September 2026 at all Sheng Siong outlets. The one deal that covers the whole sheet is a free $5 Sheng Siong voucher when you spend at least $50 on Baby Fair participating products. The cheapest diaper on it is Sheng Siong's own Softess Classic Baby Pants at $25.80 for 2, about 23 cents a piece in size L. The catch: unlike most Sheng Siong ads, this poster prints no usual prices at all, so none of its prices can be checked against a discount.

Read this first: there are no usual prices on this poster
Sheng Siong's fortnightly and 4 Days ads normally print a usual price beside each deal, so you can see what you save. The Baby Fair sheet does not. Every line is a flat price ("$49.00 / Tin", "$25.80 For 2") with nothing to measure it against.
So this article does two things the poster doesn't. It prices the diapers per piece and the growing-up milk per kilo, so you can compare lines against each other. And it lists every spend threshold printed on the sheet, because that is where the real money sits.
The fair-wide deal: a free $5 voucher at $50
The pink panel at the top right reads: FREE $5 SHENG SIONG VOUCHER with min $50 on all BABY FAIR participating products. It is the only offer that works across every brand on the sheet.
What $50 looks like on this poster:
- Softess Classic Baby Pants, 2 packs ($25.80), plus a tin of HiPP Combiotic Organic Stage 3 or 4 ($49.00): $74.80
- MamyPoko Standard Pants, 3 packs ($45.00), plus a box of Want Want Baby Bites ($2.80) and a bottle of Gerber Graduate Puffs ($5.00): $52.80
The poster does not say whether the $50 has to be on one receipt, or whether spend that already earns a brand's own discount or voucher (listed below) also counts toward it. Keep it to one receipt and ask at the counter before you split a basket.
Diapers, priced per piece
Size L and XL are where most toddlers sit, so here is every diaper line on the sheet at those sizes. Price per piece is the pack price divided by the piece count printed on the poster.
| Line | Poster price | Per pack | Size L | Size XL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Softess Classic Baby Pants (Sheng Siong housebrand) | $25.80 for 2 | $12.90 | 23.0c (L56) | 28.0c (XL46) |
| MamyPoko Standard Pants | $45.00 for 3 | $15.00 | 31.3c (L48) | 37.5c (XL40) |
| Drypers Superdry Premium Diapers (tape) | $17.20 / pack | $17.20 | 34.4c (L50) | 39.1c (XL44) |
| Huggies Platinum Nature Made Pants | $39.90 for 2 | $19.95 | 45.3c (L44) | 52.5c (XL38) |
| Merries Pants | $46.70 for 2 | $23.35 | 53.1c (L44) | 61.4c (XL38) |
Softess is less than half the per-piece price of Huggies or Merries at the same size. It sits in the green "SHENG SIONG HOUSEBRANDS: EXCLUSIVE" box, so you will not find it at another chain. It comes in L56, XL46 and XXL36 only; there is no M on this poster.
Three of the branded lines carry their own red flash:
- Drypers: buy 3 packs of Drypers Superdry, Drypantz or Skinature participating products and get $3 off. Three packs of Superdry at $17.20 is $51.60, so $48.60 after the $3, or $16.20 a pack (32.4c a piece in L50). Three packs is also exactly the poster's per-product cap.
- Merries: buy 2 packs of Merries Pants and get $5.50 off. If that comes off the printed $46.70, the pair costs $41.20, or 46.8c a piece in L44.
- Huggies: spend $50 on Huggies participating products and get $5 off. One pair of Platinum Nature Made at $39.90 falls $10.10 short, and the poster prints no single-pack price, so the $5 needs more Huggies in the same basket.
The Merries and Drypers flashes sit beside the price without saying whether they are already inside it. Check the receipt.
The biggest size is priced separately on two lines: Huggies XXL26 is 2 for $34.80 (66.9c a piece) and Merries XXL24 is 2 for $40.10 (83.5c a piece). For comparison, Softess XXL36 works out to 35.8c and MamyPoko XXL32+2 to 44.1c.
Growing-up milk, priced per kilo
Every milk powder on this sheet is Stage 3 or older. Abbott's panel says outright that its promotion does not apply to Stage 1 and 2 infant formula milk powder or promotional packs, and no Stage 1 or 2 tin appears anywhere else on the poster either.
| Line | Poster price | Per kg |
|---|---|---|
| GROW Toddler Stage 3, 900g | $57.40 for 2 | $31.89 |
| Nature One Dairy Stage 3 Premium Toddler, 900g | $58.00 for 2 | $32.22 |
| GROW Preschool Stage 4, 1.8kg | $69.05 each | $38.36 |
| Aptamil Gold+ Stage 3, 2 x 900g | $89.80 / set | $49.89 |
| S-26 Progress Gold Stage 3, 900g | $93.70 for 2 | $52.06 |
| Enfagrow A+ Pro Stage 3 value pack, 2 x 1.65kg | $174.35 / set | $52.83 |
| Bellamy's Organic Toddler Milk Stage 3, 800g | $88.00 for 2 | $55.00 |
| Similac Gain 5MO Stage 4, 800g | $89.90 for 2 | $56.19 |
| Karihome Goat Milk (Growing-Up / Pre-School), 900g | $104.00 for 2 | $57.78 |
| Friso Gold LockNutri 2'FL Stage 3, 1.8kg | $105.00 / tin | $58.33 |
| HiPP Combiotic Organic Stage 3 / 4, 800g | $49.00 / tin | $61.25 |
| Kendamil Organic Stage 3, 800g | $49.90 / tin | $62.38 |
| Similac Gain 5MO Stage 3, 800g | $99.90 for 2 | $62.44 |
| PediaSure Gold 1-10 Years / PediaSure 10+, 800g | $52.90 each | $66.13 |
The table is for comparing tins, not for choosing a milk. Formulas differ in more than price, and a switch is worth a word with your child's doctor first.
Four milk brands carry their own threshold:
- Abbott (Similac, PediaSure, GROW): instant $5 off with a minimum $80 spend, 11 to 24 September, at all Sheng Siong supermarkets. Two tins of Similac Gain Stage 3 ($99.90) clear it on their own, so the pair comes to $94.90; the Stage 4 pair ($89.90) comes to $84.90, and two PediaSure tins ($105.80) to $100.80. One GROW Preschool tin ($69.05) or a GROW Toddler pair ($57.40) does not reach $80 alone.
- Friso: spend $70 on Friso participating products and get a $10 Sheng Siong voucher. One 1.8kg tin at $105.00 clears it.
- S-26 Progress or Promise Gold: spend $150 and get $12 off. A pair of Progress Gold Stage 3 ($93.70) is $56.30 short.
- Karihome: buy 2 tins of Growing-Up or Pre-School Goat Milk 900g and get $2 off.
Wipes, snacks and bath
The cheapest line on the whole poster is a new one: Sweety Baby Wet Wipes, 100 + 20 sheets for $1.00 a pack, under 1 cent a sheet. For comparison, Pigeon Aqua Baby Wipes (3 x 70 sheets) are 2 for $14.20, about 3.4 cents a sheet, and Purcotton 100% Pure Cotton Baby Wet Wipes (80 sheets) are 3 for $10.00, about 4.2 cents a sheet.
The rest of the sheet, as printed:
- Kodomo Baby Laundry Detergent (Nature Care) 2L: $16.50 / bottle
- Pureen Liquid Cleanser (Assorted Variants) 750ml: $13.90 for 2 (spend $18 on Pureen participating products for $3 off)
- Bzu Bzu Head to Toe Baby Wash (Assorted Variants) 600ml: $27.00 for 2
- Dettol Disinfectant Liquid (White Peach & Grapefruit / White Tea & Citrus) 1L: $15.80 / bottle
- Drapolene Nappy Rash Cream 55g: $12.05 / tube
- Darlie Jolly Junior Kid's Toothpaste 60g / Toothbrush (2-6 or 6-10 years): $3.70 each
- Jordan Kid's Toothpaste (6-12 years) 75g: $2.70 each
- FAFC Robocar Poli Figurine Kid's Toothbrush: $4.90 each
- Borsch Med MosQUITo Repellent Patch, 18 patches: $10.80 for 2
- Koolfever Children Refreshing Mint, 6 sheets: $6.00 / box
- Want Want Baby Bites (Assorted Flavours) 50g: $2.80 / box
- Gerber Graduate Puffs (Assorted Flavours) 42g: $5.00 / bottle
- Little Blossom Organic Baby Brown Rice Puffs (Assorted Flavours) 40g: $15.00 for 3
- Wel-B Freeze Dried Chips (Assorted Flavours) 6 x 12-16g: $13.00 / pack (spend $15 on Wel-B, Organix or Dddodomam participating products for $1 off)
The 4% and 6% days inside the fair
The strip at the foot of the poster prints two day-gated discounts:
- 4% Seniors Special Discount: every Tuesday and Wednesday, for Singaporeans and PRs aged 60 and above, valid till 31 December 2026.
- 6% CHAS Special Discount: every Thursday for CHAS Blue and every Friday for CHAS Orange, valid till 1 January 2027. Sheng Siong's own CHAS poster caps it at $200 of spending per receipt per day.
| Days in the fair | Who gets it |
|---|---|
| Fri 11 and Fri 18 Sep | CHAS Orange 6% |
| Tue 15, Wed 16, Tue 22 and Wed 23 Sep | Seniors 4% |
| Thu 17 and Thu 24 Sep | CHAS Blue 6% |
Thursday 24 September is the last day of the fair and a CHAS Blue day. The bank rebates have no day gate: 6% with the BOC Sheng Siong Card, 5% with the POSB Everyday Card and 5% with the Citi SMRT Platinum Visa Card. The poster does not say whether a 4% or 6% discount applies on top of a promotional price, so ask before you queue.
The fine print, as printed
> Limited to 3 per customer per transaction, unless otherwise stated! While stocks last! No traders allowed! T&Cs Apply.
The terms box adds that the cap is 3 units per product, that offers are available at all Sheng Siong outlets subject to product and variant availability at each outlet, that promotional offers start from 4am, that exclusions apply, and that only selected items are available for online purchase.
The 3-unit cap matters on the "for 2" lines. A pair of Softess or Huggies uses two of your three units, and the poster prints no price for a third pack.
Running alongside this fair are Sheng Siong's chain-wide Monthly Promotion (4 to 17 September) and its store-only opening sheet at Blk 905 Woodlands Avenue 5 (to 16 September). Prices, items and mechanics are set by Sheng Siong and can change, so confirm in store.
