Shell has spent the last six weeks quietly loading fuel e-vouchers worth up to $78 into the Shell Asia app, and the promotion closes on Wednesday 30 September 2026. If you hold a Shell GO+ membership and drive a private car, the vouchers are either in your app right now or they never arrived. There is nothing to claim.
> Quick view: up to $78 of Shell FuelSave and Shell V-Power e-vouchers · already loaded into the Shell Asia app, no sign-up and no code · 3 Aug to 30 Sep 2026 · each voucher has its own minimum spend · the amount you get depends on your eligibility, so $78 is a ceiling · private hire, taxi, bus, rider, fleet and corporate-card customers excluded.
What Shell is actually offering
The promotion is exactly what it sounds like and nothing more. From 3 August to 30 September 2026, Shell loads fuel vouchers into the app of eligible Shell GO+ customers. Shell says the vouchers "may include savings on both Shell FuelSave and Shell V-Power", so the two grades are covered, and the redemption is ordinary: pump any Shell fuel, meet the minimum spend stated on the voucher, present your Shell GO+ app at checkout, then select the voucher.
What makes this one worth a careful read is the sentence Shell puts directly under the headline: "The quantity and value of vouchers loaded into the app may differ based on eligibility." Shell publishes no denominations, no eligibility criteria and no minimum spend figures. So $78 is a ceiling handed to whoever Shell's own scoring rates highest, and the only way to learn your own number is to open the app.
Look in two places, because Shell's own instructions disagree
Shell's web page tells you to open the app and "visit the My Card section to view available fuel vouchers". Shell's own campaign artwork for this promotion shows something different: the vouchers sitting under Rewards, on the Offers tab, split into a red "Shell V-Power Vouchers" tile and a green "Shell FuelSave Vouchers" tile.
Both come from Shell, on the same campaign. Check both screens before you decide you were given nothing.
Who is shut out
Shell lists the exclusions plainly, and they are broad: Private Hire Vehicle, Taxi, Bus, Fleet Solutions, Corporate Card and Rider customers are not eligible.
That is not Shell being stingy with professional drivers, though. Its own station price board runs them a parallel offer that is better on both counts: the private hire scheme gets 22% on cash or NETS, 24% with a UOB One card, and up to $80 worth of vouchers. The trade-off is the payment restriction, which is where the professional tiers lose the credit card stack.
The standing discounts this sits on top of
The vouchers are a temporary layer over Shell's permanent scheme rates, which are published in a table on Shell's own GO+ page:
- GO+ for Drivers: 10% upfront on fuels, all payment types.
- GO+ for Riders: 16% on Shell V-Power, 14% on all other Shell fuels, cash or NETS only.
- GO+ for Corporate Employees: 12%, all payment types.
- GO+ for SAFRA Members: 12%, all payment types.
- GO+ for Bus Professionals: 20% on Shell diesel, 16% on other Shell fuels, cash or NETS only.
- GO+ for Taxi Professionals: 22% on all Shell fuels, cash or NETS only.
- GO+ for Private Hire: 24% with a UOB One credit card, 22% with cash, NETS or other UOB cards.
On cards, Shell puts UOB One at 17% upfront plus up to 5% cashback, for up to 21.15% total, UOB Reserve at 17%, and every other UOB credit and debit card at 14%. Shell's price board places Citibank at the same 14%. HSBC is the outlier and not in a good way: Shell states that from 1 January 2026 all HSBC credit card discounts at Shell reverted to 10% on all Shell fuels, which is no better than the plain driver rate. SAFRA and HomeTeamNS members, private hire scheme members excepted, add 2% instant on top, which Shell describes as reaching up to 19% savings.
One line in Shell's card page governs all of it: bank card savings apply only to the amount charged to the bank card. A voucher shrinks the amount you charge, so it also shrinks the base your card discount is worked out on. That is the arithmetic to check on the receipt.
Points, and two stations that do not stock what you want
Separately from the vouchers, GO+ earns 1 point per litre of Shell fuels and 1.2 points per litre of Shell V-Power, plus 1 point per $5 net spend in Shell Select and 1 point per $1 on a Shell car wash. Shell redeems these at $2 off for every 60 points.
Two stations are worth remembering before you drive out of your way: Shell Woodlands Mandai does not retail Shell V-Power, and Shell Sin Ming does not retail Shell FuelSave Diesel.
Worth knowing about pump prices themselves: Shell's own "Station Price Board" page carried a timestamp of 15 September 2026, 1pm when we read it on 18 September, but it publishes no prices on the page at all. It points you to the station locator and a phone line, 6235 3261, instead.
What to do before 30 September
- Open the Shell Asia app and check My Card, then check Rewards on the Offers tab.
- Note the minimum spend on each voucher you were given. A voucher you cannot reach in one fill is worth nothing.
- Plan the fills so the bigger minimum spends get used first, because the window closes on Wednesday 30 September and unused vouchers go with it.
- At the cashier, present the app, select the voucher, then check the receipt before you leave, since Shell does not publish whether the vouchers stack with the card discount.
