Shell Singapore and POP MART have put HACIPUPU in a racing suit. The Shell x HACIPUPU "Little Racer" collection went on sale at Shell stations on Tuesday 15 September 2026 and runs to Saturday 14 November 2026, or until stocks run out. According to Shell's regional announcement, it is POP MART's first collaboration with an energy brand, and Singapore's version works the Merlion and the Marina Bay skyline into the design.

These are purchases, not gifts with purchase. You pay the price above after you have made a qualifying spend. The sticker pack is limited to one per eligible transaction and is redeemed through Shell GO+, while stocks last.
How to unlock the purchase
Shell's terms give three routes. Any one of them works:
- $15 nett at Shell Select, as a valid Shell GO+ member. Tobacco and in-store service items do not count.
- $80 gross on Shell fuels (V-Power, FuelSave 98, FuelSave 95 or FuelSave Diesel), as a valid Shell GO+ member.
- $15 nett on Shell Recharge, the EV charging service.
If you do not drive, route 1 is the cheap way in. Buy $15 of snacks or drinks at Shell Select and the plush charm brings the whole visit to $39.90, of which $15 is shopping you keep. If you were filling up anyway, $80 of fuel is roughly a full tank for a mid-size car at current pump prices.
Two ways to get a free car scent
Fill up on V-Power. Spend at least $100 gross on Shell V-Power in a single transaction, done through the Shell Asia app with payment at the cashier, and you get a HACIPUPU hanging car scent (yellow, white or orange, given at random). It is capped at two redemptions per customer, and transactions paid with Shell SmartPay or a Shell Corporate Card do not qualify.
Finish the stamp hunt. This one needs no minimum spend beyond getting the card. Make a qualifying transaction through the Shell Asia app and you get a stamp card, while stocks last. Then visit all four participating stations:

Hand the completed card to the cashier at any of the four and you receive one HACIPUPU car scent, one magnet sticker pack and one draw chance for a Game Box. The stations split neatly into a west pair (Boon Lay and Choa Chu Kang) and a north-east and east pair (Sengkang and Tampines), so two short trips cover it.
The Game Box draw
There are only 20 limited-edition Game Boxes, each holding the full Shell x HACIPUPU set:
- 15 go to customers who collect all four stamps.
- 5 go to a snap and share contest: take a photo at the HACIPUPU photo spot at a participating station, post it on your Instagram or Facebook feed, tag @shell_singapore and add #ShellxHACIPUPU. Your account must be public at entry, at winner selection and at prize fulfilment, or the entry is void.
Everything must be done by 14 November 2026. Shell says results will be announced on its official social media channels by 15 December 2026, and winners will also be contacted by Shell Customer Service.
Fine print
- Shell GO+ membership matters. The Shell Select and fuel routes both require a valid Shell GO+ membership; only the Shell Recharge route in the terms does not mention it.
- While stocks last, everywhere: the merchandise, the sticker packs, the car scents and the stamp cards. Shell does not publish quantities.
- Car scent limit: two per customer on the V-Power route.
- No SmartPay or Corporate Card for the V-Power car scent.
- Substitutions: Shell may swap any reward for an item of similar value without notice.
What it means for you
If you are a POP MART collector, this is a Shell-only range, so you will not find it in POP MART stores. The cheapest path is a $15 Shell Select basket plus the item you want. The plush charm at $24.90 is the entry piece. The stamp hunt is the best value on the list: it costs one qualifying app transaction and four stops, and pays out a free car scent, a sticker pack and one of only 15 stamp-route chances at a Game Box. Drivers who already buy V-Power should route one $100 fill through the Shell Asia app for the second free scent. Go early in the run if you want a specific item, because nothing here is restocked on a schedule Shell has published.
