7-Eleven Singapore swapped both of its promotions on Wednesday 23 September 2026. A fresh $1 Deals list runs to Tuesday 6 October, and a Grocery Deals poster headed "Super Deals, save up to 50%" runs longer, to Tuesday 20 October. The 21 lines at $1
None of the 19 lines from the 9-22 September round carries over word for word; this is a new list. Here it is as 7-Eleven prints it:

The lines where a dollar does the most work are the 500ml bottles (Kiyo, Ice Lychee Tea and Fuze Tea), the Oatside carton, the Nescafe Gold Latte can and the Nissin Geki Bowl, a full 104g-105g bowl noodle and the most filling thing on the list. Unlike the last round, every line here is priced singly, so there are no pairs to buy.
Two of the drinks carry a Nutri-Grade C on the poster, both marked 10% sugar: Pokka Ice Lychee Tea and Pokka Kiyo Kyoho Grape. The Oatside, HL Milk and yoghurt are the lower-sugar picks.

*The poster's footnote says the 3x yuu points on the Nongshim line apply only to Nongshim Shin Mushroom, and that is not one of the two packs pictured. If the points matter to you, pick that flavour.
The wine is the real headline: two bottles for $30.90 is the only 50% saving on the poster. The rice at 8% off is the thinnest cut, so it is worth checking your usual supermarket before carrying 5kg home from a convenience store.
The fine print
- Dates. $1 Deals: 23 September to 6 October 2026. Grocery Deals: 23 September to 20 October 2026, "unless otherwise stated".
- Selected stores only. Both pages say "Applicable to certain items at selected stores only". The $1 store list 7-Eleven links is a file titled "7-Eleven Only $1 Store List as of 27 October 2025", the same list it used for the last round. We counted 278 outlets on it on 12 September.
- Prices can vary by store. The $1 terms say availability of products and prices may vary from store to store.
- While stocks last, on both promotions.
- Liquor hours. Singapore law only allows retail sales of liquor between 7am and 10.30pm.
- No app needed. Neither page asks for an app, coupon code or minimum spend.
Tips
- For noodles, the $1 list beats the grocery poster. A Nissin Geki Bowl at $1 is cheaper per bowl than Nissin Big Cup at 2 for $4, if you like it spicy.
- Shop the $1 list first. It ends two weeks before the Super Deals, on 6 October.
- Check the shelf tag. Because the range varies by outlet, the tag on the shelf is what confirms the price at the till.
