TYR Singapore is leaving Kewalram House, and it is clearing its shelves on the way out. The Relocation Clearance Sale runs 1 September to 31 October 2026 at the TYR showroom in Bukit Merah, with up to 80% off selected swimwear, apparel and accessories, fixed bundle prices on each, and free gifts from a $120 spend.

The offer
TYR Singapore announced the sale on its own Facebook page: the brand is relocating to a new space and wants to clear its shelves before it packs up. The poster headline is up to 80% off, across three categories, each with an "Exclusive Bundle Offers" price and a stamp promising weekly special clearance prices.
The email newsletter from Sportz and Fitness Team, the company behind TYR's Singapore showroom, fills in the rest. It covers swimwear, apparel, equipment and accessories, special prices on selected products will change every week, and everything is selected items, while stocks last. It also says plainly that not everything is making the move, which is the point of the sale.

The posters show what sits in each tier. Swimwear: long-sleeve and short-sleeve zip suits, one-pieces, a rash guard, a legsuit, jammers and square-leg trunks. Apparel: polos, a tee, a half-zip jacket, running shorts and board shorts. Accessories: a roll-top backpack, kickboards, a pull buoy, silicone swim caps and water bottles.
The five-piece price only pays if you need five. Apparel is where it bites hardest: five tees or shorts at $10 each is a third off the single price.

Five swimsuits ($100) plus two apparel pieces ($30) is $130, enough for the shoe bag. TYR has not said whether the thresholds count the bundle prices you actually pay (they almost certainly do, since that is the bill), whether you get one gift or every tier you pass, or whether the gifts are limited. Ask at the counter before you top up a basket to reach $300.
Where and when
- TYR showroom: 8 Jalan Kilang Timor, Kewalram House #03-01, Singapore 159305, in the Bukit Merah industrial estate. Redhill MRT is the nearest station, about 1km away as the crow flies, so allow 15 minutes on foot.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm. There are no Sunday hours, and the last day, Saturday 31 October, closes at 3pm.
- Payment: cash, Visa/Mastercard, PayNow, WeChat Pay and Alipay. American Express and NETS are not on the list.
- Unit number: TYR's Facebook page still gives the showroom as #03-13, but the sale poster and the newsletter both say #03-01. Go by the poster.
Where TYR is moving
The newsletter gives the new address as Richfield Industrial Centre, 122 Eunos Avenue 7 #01-01, Singapore 409575, with the opening date to be announced. TYR does not say why it is moving. Kewalram House itself was sold en bloc in March 2026, when Soon Hock Enterprise Holding won the collective sale tender at $120.51 million, as EdgeProp reported on 25 March.
The fine print
- All sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or returns, so check sizes before you pay.
- Exclusions apply, and the poster does not list them.
- Selected items, while stocks last. Clearance stock does not get restocked, so popular sizes go first.
- Weekly specials change. A price you saw one week may be gone the next, and new items may drop.
- In person only, as far as we can tell. TYR's website, tyr.com.sg, was returning an error page when we checked on 11 September, and the sale materials only mention the showroom.
Tips
- Go early in the run for sizes, then go back once more for the weekly specials if something you wanted was missing.
- Buy one before you buy five if you have never worn TYR's cut. With no exchanges, a wrong size in a five-pack is $100 of swimwear you cannot swap.
- Split a bundle with a swim buddy or the family. Five swimsuits at $20 each is easier to justify across two or three swimmers.
- Plan around the hours. Weekday visits end at 5pm, so for most office workers it is a lunch-hour dash or a Saturday morning, and Saturday closes at 3pm.
