What is on sale
The Sephora 11.11 page leads with clearance markdowns of up to 50% off. The sale grid we read on 8 November already had a few lines past that headline:

Buy 2, Save More: the brand list
Sephora's rule is simple: buy two items from the same participating brand and that brand's discount applies.
- Makeup: NARS 25% off; Benefit, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Givenchy, Gucci Beauty and Nudestix 20% off; Fenty Beauty up to 50% off. The makeup bundle page lists every eligible item.
- Skincare: Clinique 20% off; Fenty Skin and Supergoop up to 50% off.
- Haircare: Kérastase and Coco & Eve 20% off.
Selected Sephora Collection shades are separately Buy 3 Get 1 Free, and some brands (Benefit, for one) give a gift with purchase instead of a discount.
The fine print
- Online only. The campaign banner says so, which means sephora.sg and the Sephora app. Do not expect these prices at the counter.
- Discounts cannot be combined. A clearance item will not take a buy-2 discount on top, and you cannot stack a promo code on sale prices.
- Two from the same brand. One NARS and one Benefit does not qualify. Each brand's discount needs its own pair.
- Selected shades and sizes only. Popular shades can drop out of the deal or sell out before Thursday.
- Delivery. Free on orders above $35.
Tips
- Pair a restock with a gift. The buy-2 deals work best on things you finish anyway: two NARS concealers or two Supergoop sunscreens.
- Sort the sale grid by price. The "Under $30" tab is where the 60% off Sephora Collection lines sit.
- Shop by Wednesday night. The sale ends on 12 Nov, but sizes and shades thin out on the last day.
