Deep cleaning (shampoo plus wet vacuum extraction, the method that lifts food and pet stains) is $60 a seat, so $180 for a 3-seater. An ottoman adds $20 steam or $40 deep, and an L-shaped section $20 or $30. Mattresses are $70 steam or $100 deep for a single or super single, $90 or $120 for a queen and $100 or $130 for a king, with headboards from $40. It says its steam reaches 178 degrees, and it also cleans baby strollers, car seats, office chairs and carpets in the same visit. Mattresses cost a little more than Three Butlers: a single is $80 steam or $110 deep, a queen $100 or $130 and a king $110 or $140. Mattresses: a single is $65 UV-C, $80 steam or $120 extraction, and a queen $75, $100 or $150; UV-C is the dry, no-water option. Fabric and velvet sofas are $50 a seat steam or $75 a seat extraction, so a 2.5-3 seater is $150 or $225; stools and chairs are $30 each, and more than 5 seats is quoted over WhatsApp. That makes Helpling dearer than Three Butlers for sofas but the cheapest place here for a quick dry mattress refresh. Baby car seats are $50 and prams $60, which is handy for parents. Upholstered sofas run $60-$80 for a 1-seater, $120-$160 for a 2-seater, $160-$210 for a 3-seater and $190-$240 for a 3-seater L-shape. All prices are per piece and exclude GST, with no transport charge, but there is a $120 minimum, so a single mattress on its own is billed as $120 plus GST. Its branded vans carry the equipment, and bookings are by phone or WhatsApp on 8788 1788.

The only company in this guide that prints the GST-inclusive figure next to the base price, so what you see is what you pay: a single seat is $74.12 ($68 + GST), a 2-seater $147.15 ($135 + GST), a 3-seater $221.27 ($203 + GST), a 4-seater $294.30 and a 5-seater $367.33, with armchairs at $49.05 and chairs at $74.12. Mattresses are $117.72 for a single ($108 + GST), $147.15 for a queen ($135 + GST), $172.22 for a king and $88.29 for a baby cot. Before GST it is mid-pack, not cheap, but it is a large operator that says it services about 21,000 homes a month, and everything is booked and rescheduled in the Luce app with 48 hours' notice. Where a company prints a range instead of one price (Art of Cleaning and De Hygienique), we quote the range. Where it offers two methods, we list both.
For a 3-seater sofa and a queen mattress together, the cheapest verified combination is Three Butlers at $210 by steam or $300 deep. Sureclean's 10% bundle discount brings its $160 sofa and $100 mattress to $234. The rest run from $220 (Be Mitey Clean, steam) to about $370 (SuperClean deep, before GST, or Luce at $368.42 with GST).
A fabric 3-seater costs $120 to $260 at the eight companies we checked, before any GST. The floor is Three Butlers and Be Mitey Clean at $40 a seat for steam cleaning ($120 for a 3-seater) or $60 a seat for deep wet extraction ($180). Helpling is $150 steam or $225 extraction for a 2.5-3 seater, Sureclean from $160, Art of Cleaning $160-$210, SuperClean $220 for deep extraction, De Hygienique $180-$260 and Luce $221.27 with GST included. Three of these quote before GST, so add 9% at Art of Cleaning, De Hygienique and SuperClean.
Steam is the cheaper, faster option and suits a sofa that is dusty but not stained: Three Butlers describes steam at up to 178 degrees to kill germs and dust mites without chemicals. Deep extraction injects water and shampoo into the fabric and vacuums it back out, which is what lifts food, drink and pet stains, and it costs about 50% more at every company that offers both ($60 against $40 a seat at Three Butlers and Be Mitey Clean). Check the care tag first: Be Mitey Clean notes that an X code means vacuum only, and an S code needs a solvent method rather than water.
De Hygienique has the lowest published mattress rates: $38-$65 for a single and $45-$75 for a queen. Both are before GST, and a $100 minimum charge applies, so one mattress alone costs $100 plus GST. For a single mattress booked on its own, Three Butlers' $70 steam clean and Helpling's $65 UV-C clean are the cheapest figures with no published minimum charge, though neither says whether GST is extra.
Be Mitey Clean recommends every 6 to 12 months for most households, and every 3 to 6 months if you have pets, young children or heavy daily use. Singapore's humidity is the reason cited by several companies here: dust mites breed faster in warm, damp fabric, and Helpling suggests sofas in humid rooms may need attention as often as every 3 months.
