The biggest name in Singapore home cleaning by scale, and the cheapest short weekly session here once you read the rate card instead of the homepage. Helpling's Pricing page charges home cleaning at S$21/hour weekly or fortnightly and S$24/hour for a one-off, so a 3-hour weekly clean is S$63. Its homepage service cards still advertise the older "Between $23 – $30 / hr" band, and they also still say post-renovation cleaning from S$250 when the rate table starts it at S$300. Two fees are easy to miss: every booking carries a S$3.90 platform fee, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday appointments add S$10, though evening slots are discounted instead. Flat-rate jobs are priced by floor area. Move-in/move-out and post-renovation cleaning both run S$300 (under 500 sqft), S$350, S$400, S$450, S$550, S$730 and S$830 up to 2,500 sqft, topping out at S$1,650 at 4,501–5,000 sqft; spring cleaning starts at S$340 and follows the same shape to S$865 at 2,001–2,500 sqft. Sofa cleaning from S$50, mattress cleaning from S$65 and carpet cleaning from S$50 each carry a S$150 minimum order, so those entry prices cannot be booked alone. Pricing is published, but read the table rather than the hourly rate. Recurring weekly or fortnightly cleaning is from S$22/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and Sureclean's own weekly rate table starts a 3-hour HDB session at S$72, a 4-hour condo session at S$88 and a 5-hour landed session at S$110. A 4-week contract cuts 5% for HDB, 7% for condo and 10% for landed, which takes that 3-hour session to about S$68 and is the only compounding discount on this list. One-off booking is S$114 for 3 hours or S$140 for 4. Recurring sessions include ironing, laundry, dishes and bedsheet changes at no surcharge, which is not standard across the market. Nimbus shows 4.8 stars on its own service pages and states 12,000+ households served, 120,000+ completed bookings and 400,000+ hours of service since launching in 2019, and The Straits Times ranked it among Singapore's fastest-growing companies in 2024. Its advertised "from S$16/hour" is real but narrow: it is the same-day or next-day 4-hour slot at S$64, alongside S$40 for 2 hours and S$54 for 3. A schedulable standard session is S$56 for 2 hours, S$81 for 3, S$108 for 4 and S$135 for 5, a flat S$27/hour, which is the dearest recurring rate on this list. Deep cleaning is priced by flat size, from S$330 for 3 hours under 500 sqft to S$470 at 751–1,000 sqft, S$625 at 1,301–1,600 sqft and S$750 at 1,601–2,000 sqft, with a S$50 site inspection required above 2,000 sqft; if the home is empty of furniture, Nimbus tells you to book move-in/move-out cleaning instead. Where it genuinely leads is on changes: free cancellation and rescheduling up to 24 hours before a session, then a S$10 penalty inside 24 hours and S$20 for a no-show, which compares well with Sureclean's S$54 same-day fee. Supplies are shared: Nimbus brings professional-grade chemicals and a basic kit, but asks you to provide the vacuum cleaner and mop. Homes in Sentosa pay S$12 extra, and card payments run through Stripe with processing fees unless you pre-buy Nimbus Points by PayNow. The eco-conscious pick, and no longer the one you cannot price. Whissh focuses on green cleaning with EU Ecolabel certified solutions, which matters if you have young children, pets, or anyone sensitive to cleaning fumes. It also carries the largest insurance cover here at S$2,000,000 for property damage or crew injury, double Sureclean's S$1m, and runs background and health checks on all crew. Google rating around 4.2/5, the lowest of the five. The change since our last check is pricing: its Rates page, which loaded empty in August, now publishes weekly cleaning from S$80 per 4-hour session, deep cleaning from S$378 for a two-bedder of about 1,000 sqft and S$510 for a four-bedder of about 1,600 sqft, and aircon general servicing at S$60 for 2 fan coil units, S$75 for 3 and S$90 for 4. That S$80 makes it the cheapest published 4-hour weekly session on this list, under Sureclean's S$88, Luce's S$87.20 and Nimbus Homes' S$108. The site's own caveat is that rates vary with the size of your home, the number of hours and the number of crew required, so treat them as a floor. It quotes no 3-hour rate, so a short weekly slot still needs an enquiry. Customer reviews note the team works hard through long sessions ("5 hours of work, moved fast and wiped everything unreachable for me"). Best for: longer weekly sessions, and households prioritising environmental safety and insurance cover.

Over a decade in the business, NEA-certified and bizSAFE3-certified, trading as Auntie Cleaner Pte Ltd (UEN 201524788N) within the @bsolute group, with a clear specialisation in one-off jobs. Its published table, now labelled the updated 2026 rates, covers spring cleaning and end-of-lease cleaning on the same prices, which is the detail most roundups miss: S$198 buys 4 hours with one cleaner for homes under 600 sqft, and the table runs S$226 (650–890 sqft, 5 hours, 1 cleaner), S$348 (890–1,199 sqft, 4 hours, 2 cleaners), S$408 (1,199–1,399 sqft), S$478 (1,399–1,799 sqft), S$578 (1,799–2,199 sqft) and S$668 (2,199–2,799 sqft). Because that S$198 is a spring clean as well as a move-out clean, it undercuts Helpling's S$340 spring cleaning and EasyClean SG's S$320 for a comparable small flat by a wide margin. Weekly cleaning packages start at S$478 a month (once weekly, 4 hours, suited to homes under 1,000 sqft); twice weekly is S$958 and thrice weekly S$1,426, each with the same helper assigned weekly subject to availability. One catch on those monthly packages that the reviews do not mention: Auntie Cleaner states that all cleaning tools are provided by the client, so budget for a vacuum, mop and chemicals. Its eco-friendly, biodegradable products are supplied on request rather than by default. Its site lists code AUNTIE10 for S$10 off as at 4 September 2026, though the same page also quotes the code as AUNTIE10OFF in one place, so mention both when you WhatsApp +65 8609 3601. Best for: tenancy handovers, spring cleaning, and anyone moving house.

Every rating and price below was re-read from each provider's own website on 4 September 2026, not from other roundups. That matters more than usual in this category, because most of the numbers that circulate are either arithmetic or promotional rates.
The single biggest correction this month is the hourly headline. Nimbus Homes advertises housekeeping "from $16/hour", and until this check we reported that as its rate. Its own booking page shows the ladder: same-day or next-day sessions are $40 for 2 hours, $54 for 3 and $64 for 4, and it is only that last one that divides down to $16. A schedulable standard session is $56 for 2 hours, $81 for 3, $108 for 4 and $135 for 5, a flat $27 an hour. Luce runs the same structure, and says so: its "from $16/hr" is the online-only same-day or next-day rate against $22 for a normal 3-hour weekly slot. Read any cleaning company's hourly floor as a slot, not a rate.
The second is the fee layer. Helpling's Pricing page states that all bookings are subject to a $3.90 platform fee, and that Friday, Saturday and Sunday appointments carry a $10 surcharge, with evening slots discounted instead. Those are exactly the two numbers Luce advertises against on its own comparison panel, which is now confirmed to be describing Helpling. Sureclean discounts a 4-week contract by 5% for HDB flats, 7% for condos and 10% for landed homes, and includes ironing, laundry, dishes and bedsheet changes in a recurring session at no surcharge. Nimbus Homes charges $12 extra for homes in Sentosa and takes card payment through Stripe, with card processing fees unless you pre-buy Nimbus Points by PayNow.
Two caveats we have to keep. Sureclean's rates all carry an asterisk and its site still does not state anywhere whether they include GST; the only GST figure published is the $54 same-day change fee. And several of these sites disagree with themselves. Helpling's homepage cards still say $23 to $30 an hour and post-renovation from $250 while its Pricing page says $21 and $300. Sureclean's homepage hero now reads "from $35/hour" directly above a card reading "From $22*/Hour", and its spring cleaning is quoted at $600 on the service card, $370 in the page introduction, $350 on a table headed "Spring Cleaning Price Guide — Singapore 2024" and $250 in the FAQ, with that table pricing a 1 to 2 room HDB at $600 and a larger 3 to 4 room at $350. Ask for the figure in writing.
All five main picks sit between roughly 4.2 and 4.9 stars, so the rating alone won't separate them. The size of the review base behind it, and what reviewers consistently bring up, tell you more.
One caveat when comparing any of these: a 4.9 from 1,500 reviews is a far stronger signal than a 4.9 from 129, and cleaning reviews skew positive because dissatisfied customers tend to quietly cancel rather than post. Weight recent reviews and the one- and two-star ones more heavily than the headline average.
The cheapest name changes completely depending on what you are booking, which is why a single ranking is misleading.
These didn't make the main five, but they come up often enough to deserve a straight answer. All four were confirmed operating on 4 September 2026.
Price the session, not the hour. As at 4 September 2026 a standard 3-hour weekly clean costs S$63 at Helpling (S$21/hour, plus a S$3.90 platform fee and S$10 more on Friday to Sunday), S$71.94 at Luce (S$23.98/hour including GST), from S$72 at Sureclean and S$81 at Nimbus Homes. Whissh quotes only a 4-hour session, from S$80, which is the cheapest 4-hour weekly slot on this list against Sureclean's S$88, Luce's S$87.20 and Nimbus Homes' S$108. Auntie Cleaner sells recurring help as a package instead, from S$478 a month for one 4-hour session a week. The advertised hourly floors are mostly promotional: Nimbus Homes' S$16/hour is its same-day 4-hour slot at S$64, and Luce's S$16 (S$17.44 with GST) is its online-only same-day or next-day rate. For bigger jobs, post-renovation cleaning starts at S$300 for under 500 sqft (Helpling), S$320 at EasyClean SG, S$350 for a 1 to 2 bedroom HDB on Sureclean's own table and S$350 at Home Clean Home. Deep cleaning is S$330 for 3 hours in a flat under 500 sqft at Nimbus Homes and from S$378 for a 1,000 sqft two-bedder at Whissh. Spring cleaning is S$198 for under 600 sqft at Auntie Cleaner or S$340 under 500 sqft at Helpling. Always confirm supplies, GST and platform fees, and get a written quote.
This is the biggest unadvertised difference on the list, and it splits four ways. Sureclean includes supplies and equipment, and its weekly rate table specifies eco-friendly products plus a senior supervisor's quality check. Whissh always brings its own EU Ecolabel certified solutions. Nimbus Homes is in between and says so plainly on its housekeeping page: it provides professional-grade chemicals and a basic kit of sponges, cloths, spray bottles, degreaser and glass cleaner, but asks you to supply the vacuum cleaner and mop. Auntie Cleaner's monthly part-time maid packages state that all cleaning tools are provided by the client, so the reviews praising cleaners who arrive fully equipped describe its one-off jobs rather than the recurring plans. SparkCleanz splits it by job type: for housekeeping and spring cleaning its own pages say the customer is expected to provide all cleaning materials and equipment, while for move-in, move-out, end-of-tenancy and post-renovation work it provides everything. Helpling's housekeepers arrive with standard supplies. Ask at booking, because a vacuum and a set of chemicals is a real cost the hourly rate hides.
Providers differ far more here than on price. Nimbus Homes is the most forgiving: free up to 24 hours before the session, S$10 if you change it inside 24 hours, and S$20 for a no-show, which includes the crew arriving and being unable to get in. Sureclean's FAQ states that same-day notice attracts a last-minute fee of S$54 including GST, most of a 3-hour session. Helpling's platform model is built around easy rescheduling and replacement cleaners, which is part of what the platform fee buys. EasyClean SG is the strictest: it takes a minimum S$50 deposit within 24 hours of booking, asks for at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule on its website FAQ (its own service deck says 48), forfeits the deposit for a last-minute cancellation or a no-show, and reserves the right to reschedule and keep the deposit if you are more than 15 minutes late. Auntie Cleaner, SparkCleanz and Whissh handle changes through their booking teams rather than a published policy, so ask before signing up. If your week moves around, these terms will cost you more over a year than a S$1 or S$2 gap in the hourly rate.

SparkCleanz is a legitimate NEA-licensed operator, founded in 2016 and based at 55 Serangoon North Avenue 4, and the structured data on its own site publishes a 4.9 rating from 129 reviews, a much smaller base than Sureclean's or Luce's. It publishes no prices at all, so every job is quote-only with a minimum session of 3 hours. Two things in its own terms matter more than the quote. First, for housekeeping and spring cleaning the customer is expected to provide all cleaning materials and equipment, while for move-in, move-out, end-of-tenancy and post-renovation work SparkCleanz supplies them. Second, and more important if you are booking a post-renovation clean, its exclusion list for that exact service says no cement and paint stains removal and no adhesive removal, which is the residue post-renovation cleaning normally exists to lift. All its cleaning is also carried out only at the height of the cleaner. Its site is dated in places, with a footer copyright still reading 2022. It is a reasonable second quote rather than a first choice on published value.
Tipping isn't expected in Singapore but is appreciated for above-and-beyond work. Common practice: S$5–10 per cleaner for a single 2–3 hour visit, S$10–20 for a half-day deep clean, S$20+ for full-day post-renovation jobs. If the same cleaner returns weekly, an annual Chinese New Year angbao (S$30–50) is a nice gesture. Cash to the team lead at the end of service.

The honest answer is that between 4.7 and 4.9 the gap is mostly noise. The more useful comparison is review volume, since a 4.9 from 1,500 reviews is a much stronger signal than a 4.9 from 129, which is what SparkCleanz's own site data reports. On volume nobody here is close to Luce, whose site cites 9,600+ Google reviews. Cleaning ratings skew high across the board because unhappy customers usually cancel quietly rather than post, so weight the recent one- and two-star reviews more heavily than the average.

It depends on why you're switching. If the issue is cleaner-to-cleaner inconsistency, the usual complaint about any large matching platform, go to an operator that sends a settled team.
