The Cantonese restaurant at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium returns with its 2026 'Never Just a Mooncake' collection: signature handcrafted baked and snow-skin favourites, plus two new mini snow-skin flavours worth trying, Lotus Seed Paste with Orange Whiskey and Lotus Seed Paste with Elderflower Apple Praline (floral, fruity and lightly boozy), presented in a blush-toned keepsake box with a crystal-clear cover. Its two long-standing bestsellers are still the reason regulars come back: the Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste Baked Mooncake with Double Yolk, and the Peranakan Durian Mini Snow-Skin (6 per box). PRICE (per box): mini snow-skins $84, Assorted Mini Snow-Skins and Peranakan Durian $90, baked low-sugar white lotus $86 with no yolk, $92 single yolk, $96 double yolk.BEST FOR: the best price per mooncake on this list, and the most relaxed deadline.WHY IT TOPS THE LIST: there are two offers and they are not equal. One is a flat 30% off pre-orders to 21 September 2026, applied automatically at checkout. The other is 1-FOR-1, and the store's own product terms spell out the mechanic: 'both boxes must have the same box design and mooncake flavour. 1 quantity equals 2 boxes.' So $84 buys two boxes of six mini snow-skins, about $42 a box, which is roughly half price and far deeper than the 30%. Re-checked on the e-store on 1 September: 9 of the 11 1-for-1 lines are in stock, across both the Blush Pink and Sandy Beige box designs; the two exceptions are Sesame Negroni and Passion Fruit ($82, older Green and Red boxes), both sold out. Collection or delivery from 25 August, with at least 3 days' advance order. This is the fallback if you have already missed everyone else's cut-off, and on price it is also the winner.

Fairmont's 2026 mooncake campaign is one of the most striking in Singapore, and it is the pick with the widest snow-skin range: EIGHT handcrafted snow-skin varieties sit alongside the baked classics, including the of-the-moment Dubai Chocolate, a local-leaning Pandan Bliss, Whisky Orange and a Champagne snow-skin. The collection marks the hotel's 40th anniversary and comes in a Bordeaux-hued Heritage Keepsake Box with gold floral motifs. It carried the biggest headline discount here, up to 35% off; that early bird closed on 22 August 2026, and the tiered discount that followed it closed with orders by 11 September.IMPORTANT IF YOU NEED HALAL: Fairmont's baked mooncakes are HALAL-CERTIFIED, which makes this one of the two most straightforward boxes on this list for mixed-faith offices and family gatherings. The boozy snow-skins (whisky, champagne) obviously are not.BEST FOR: corporate gifting in volume and halal-friendly gifting.NO DISCOUNT LEFT, RE-CHECKED 14 SEPTEMBER: the tier that replaced the early bird gave 30% off to Accor+ Explorer members and AMEX Platinum cardholders, 20% to OCBC, 15% to eight other banks' cardholders and 15% to everyone else with code MC26PB15, but only for orders by 11 September 2026. Fairmont's offer page and its Fairmont at Home collection page still carry that 11 September wording with nothing after it, and MC26PB15 is no longer accepted at the shop's checkout, so plan on paying list price. PRICE (list, before any discount): baked 4-piece assorted $99, 2-piece $65, premium box with tea set $152; snow-skins $98 for the 6-piece minis (alcoholic or alcohol-free) and from $128 for the 8-piece assorted. Andaz brings a younger, design-led energy: the 2026 collection features tropical-leaning snow-skins like Cempedak Coconut Bliss and a Signature Tea flavour, in colourful contemporary gift boxes. The new Cempedak Coconut Bliss pairs cempedak, coconut and pandan with macadamia nuts, about as Southeast Asian as a snow-skin gets.ALSO HALAL: Andaz's baked mooncakes are HALAL-CERTIFIED (produced by Wu Yue Ting, also known as 5 ON 25), which makes this the second genuinely halal-friendly box on this list alongside Fairmont, and the cheaper of the two, starting at $60. There is also a Collector's Edition with a LEGLE teapot-and-cup set at $368 (or $373 for Silver Lotus Double Yolk) if you need one serious gift.BEST FOR: younger giftees, halal-friendly gifting on a smaller budget, and anyone who wants a modern, local-tropical flavour set.THE BUNDLE HAS ENDED: the $99 nett Assorted Mooncake Bundle, which paired a box of four with a box of two against a $157 list, ran 1 to 9 September only and came off the shop on schedule. Re-checked on 10 September, it is gone and no replacement bundle has taken its place. Pan Pacific's celebrated Cantonese restaurant does one of the most sought-after durian mooncakes in town. The 2026 line-up leads with the Mao Shan Wang Durian Snow-Skin and the Hai Tien Lo No. 1 Tea baked mooncake, alongside classic double-yolk white lotus and a new Roselle with Wolfberries. PRICE, re-read off the store's own menu data on 1 September: the Mao Shan Wang Durian Snow-Skin box of 4 is $108, the Double Yolk White Lotus baked box of 4 is $99 and the Single Yolk is $95, all before prevailing government taxes.BEST FOR: durian lovers and traditionalists who want restaurant-grade baked mooncakes.CURRENT DEAL: the 30% early bird closed on 27 July 2026, the earliest cut-off on this list. The good news is that the discount shrank rather than disappeared, and up to 25% off runs to 25 September. Read the fine print, because the percentage depends on which box you buy and you must enter the matching code on the hotel's Oddle order site. Codes ending MA25 give 25% off the baked mooncakes and the Classic Four Treasures set. Codes ending MSW20 give 20% off the Mao Shan Wang snow-skin, and codes ending PREMIUM20 give 20% off the Premium Four Treasures set. A collaboration with heritage confectionery house Old Seng Choong gives Hilton one of the more characterful 2026 sets, with flavours like Hojicha Pine Nut, Orange Red Bean Taro and Yam with Lotus Seeds, in the modular, reusable 'Orchard Earth Box'. The box itself is the differentiator: it unfolds to reveal lantern riddles, illustrations and notes on Mid-Autumn traditions, which makes it the best pick on this list if there are children in the house. The most iconic name on the list. Raffles' 2026 collection pairs classic baked white-lotus mooncakes with its signature snow-skin truffles, the standout Whisky & Lapsang Souchong Truffle Snow-Skin and Champagne Truffle, presented in a keepsake box modelled on the hotel's colonial facade. This year's boxes carry a commissioned artwork by artist Nicole Koo, made with ART:DIS (Arts and Disability Singapore). PRICE: most individual boxes are $105, covering the Whisky & Lapsang Souchong, Matcha & Raspberry, Yuzu & Osmanthus, Sakura & Raspberry and Pistachio & Apricot truffle snow-skins, and the baked Mother-of-Pearl single-yolk and Double Yolk with Macadamia; the Champagne Truffle and Guojiao 1573 Baijiu Black Sesame snow-skins are $107. Do not confuse those with the separate Raffles Hotel Singapore Premium Baked Mooncake Box at $228, which is the one box every discount below excludes. All prices re-verified on 1 September.BEST FOR: gifting to VIPs and anyone who wants an instantly-recognisable luxury box.WHERE THE DISCOUNT STANDS NOW: the two early-bird tracks ran on different clocks. UOB's 30% off online ran 1 to 31 July and was extended once to 9 August 2026; the 25% for AMEX, Citi, DBS, OCBC and HSBC was July-only and stepped down to 20% on 1 August, so those cardholders lost the deeper rate a week earlier than UOB did. Both have now closed. All six of those cards, AMEX, Citi, DBS, OCBC, HSBC and UOB, now get 20% off selected mooncake collections when you pay online, and that window has been EXTENDED: the promotions page now heads it “Now to 18 September 2026 (Extended until 22 September 2026)”, so 22 SEPTEMBER IS THE LAST DAY TO ORDER ONLINE, four days later than previously published. Usefully, that 20% needs no code: Raffles says the bank savings are applied automatically at checkout once you enter your card details. In-store at the Raffles Mooncake Booth (North Bridge Road Atrium, 328 North Bridge Road, from 3 August, 10am to 8pm daily) it stepped down in three phases: 20% off 3 to 16 August, 15% off 17 to 31 August, and now 10% off from 1 to 25 September, which applies to all forms of payment and is in-store only. One of the prettiest sets of 2026, and the one with the most box choice: Kempinski splits its collection into a Tin Box, a Musical Box and a Lacquer Box range, the latter two very much keepsake territory. Inside are beloved classics plus a trio of new 2026 creations. PRICE: the Tin Box Collection is $61 nett, with a $5 nett upgrade from mini baked to mini snow-skin flavours; the musical and lacquer ranges are dearer, so confirm those on the mooncake page.BEST FOR: aesthetes who want a design-forward box for the display table.THE 31 AUGUST STEP-DOWN LANDED, AND ON BOTH TIERS: re-read on the hotel's own mooncake page on 1 September, the Musical box discount is now 15% off, running from now until 25 September 2026, down from the 20% that ended 31 August. The card tier fell too, from 25% to 20%, and still covers AMEX, Citibank, DBS, OCBC and UOB (the page shows UOB20 as the code). So the deadline we flagged did not kill the offer, it halved the gap.IMPORTANT CATCH, UNCHANGED: the discounts apply to the Musical boxes only. Both the Lacquer range (including the $128 online-exclusive Lacquer Box) and the cheaper Tin Box collection are EXCLUDED, so the headline percentage is not the whole range, and the offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion.PRACTICAL: orders need at least 48 hours' notice, the absolute last day to place an order is 23 September 2026 at 23:59, and delivery and collection run 12 to 25 September. PRICE: the online shop lists the Four Treasures four-piece box at $99 and the Two Treasures two-piece box at $68 BEFORE tax, which is $107.90 and $74.10 respectively once GST is added at checkout. Those are the numbers you actually pay. There is also a premium Moonlit Elegance set, listed at $328 on the shop rather than the $388 we previously carried. Much of the range is made with reduced sugar, and the Low Sugar White Lotus with Pumpkin Seed is the signature, in an elegant baked-classics gift set and a slim 'letterbox' box of 2. THREE NEW FOR 2026, all built on classic Chinese ingredients: Glutinous Rice Pu'er with Melon Seed, Low Sugar White Lotus with Pumpkin Seed, and Black Sesame with Chestnut and Walnut.CHECK STOCK BEFORE YOU SET YOUR HEART ON ONE, AND THE LIST GREW AGAIN ON 10 SEPTEMBER: this range is selling out faster than it is discounting. Already gone at our 1 September check were the Black Sesame with Chestnut and Walnut, the Jade Nostalgic Harvest Mooncake Tingkat ($98) and the Baked Classics Letterbox box of 2, the $54.40 entry price quoted all over this season's round-ups. One line came back the other way: the Glutinous Rice Pu'er with Melon Seed, sold out through August, is in stock again at $73.60.
