The footnote reads "Only for participating brands and models", and an asterisk says the offers are not eligible for purchases paid for using eCashback. Participating brands on the event page include LG, Samsung, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Sharp, Hisense, Philips, Midea, JBL, King Koil, Four Star and Sleepnight.
What the two headline offers are worth
The 12% code needs a $2,000 spend. On a $2,000 bill it is $240 off; on $4,000 it is $480. The poster says "with every $2,000 spent", which reads as per block, but it does not say whether a $3,000 bill gets 12% on all $3,000 or only on the first $2,000. If you are close to a threshold, check the cart total with the code applied before you pay.
The 60% eCashback is $120 of store credit per full $200 block. A $1,000 purchase earns $600, and a $199 one earns nothing. It is Audio House credit, not cash. Audio House's terms limit eCashback to its own website and showroom, describe redemption at $20 per $100 spent, and say a purchase that uses eCashback earns no further eCashback or promotions. So $600 of eCashback takes about $3,000 of later Audio House spending to clear.
A worked example on a $2,400 TV and soundbar bundle, assuming both are participating models:
| Step | Amount |
|---|---|
| Sale price | $2,400 |
| Less 12% with AHHUBIS6 (one $2,000 block or the whole bill) | $240 to $288 off |
| You pay | about $2,112 to $2,160 |
| eCashback earned | $1,440 if counted on the $2,400 before the code (12 blocks of $200), or $1,200 if counted on the post-code total (10 blocks) |
The real money is the 12%. The eCashback only pays back if you were going to shop at Audio House again anyway.
Climate Vouchers: the most cash-like extra
If you still hold NEA Climate Vouchers, this is where they work hardest. Audio House matches them dollar-for-dollar up to $400 eCashback, so paying with $400 of vouchers on an eligible energy-efficient appliance also hands back $400 of credit. Audio House's product pages flag eligible items as usable "at our showroom", so this part needs a trip to Ubi.
Fine print worth knowing
- Participating brands and models only. Audio House does not publish a full model list, and the category top-ups are "up to" figures.
- No eCashback payments. The asterisk excludes purchases paid using eCashback, so spending old credit on this sale forfeits the code and the new eCashback on that receipt.
- The 12% has a floor. Nothing under $2,000 qualifies for it.
- Sofa and mattress cuts have their own minimums: $1,800 for the $150 sofa saving and $2,200 for the $200 mattress saving.
- Grocery voucher tiers are not on the poster. Ask at the counter what spend unlocks which amount.
- RSVP is optional. The event page invites you to register for the official invitation and sale catalogue; it does not say registration is needed to shop.
Tips
- Compare the base price first. At Audio House's 10.10 sale we found several models priced higher than at its 9.9 sale, so the 12% only helps if the sticker underneath is fair. Check our TV deals guide and System 3 aircon comparison before you go.
- Bundle your list to clear $2,000. A TV plus a fridge, or an aircon plus a washer dryer, usually crosses the line where a single item will not.
- Go early in the run. The sale opens on a Friday, and the first weekend will be the busiest; weekday afternoons from 12.30pm are calmer.
- Ubi MRT is the easy way in. Take Exit B at DT27 and it is a 2-minute walk.
