King Koil is back at the Marina Square Atrium with its 7th Epic Home Fair, six days of up to 60% off selected items from Tuesday 20 to Sunday 25 October 2026. Mattresses, sofas and dining sets are named as the headliners, and there is a free sleep and posture workshop on the Saturday.
> Quick view: Up to 60% off selected items · Tue 20-Sun 25 Oct 2026 · Marina Square Atrium, plus the Alexandra, Bendemeer and Sungei Kadut Loop showrooms · free Sleep Well Workshop on Sat 24 Oct (screening 1pm-6pm, talk 3pm-4.30pm) · no sale prices published, catalogue by registration · T&Cs apply, while stocks last
The offer
King Koil Singapore announced the fair on its official Facebook page on 17 October: "6 days only. Up to 60% off." The post asks whether it is time for that mattress, that sofa "or maybe a whole new dining set", and the campaign artwork shows a World Edition Cool Sensi mattress on a bed frame, a fabric recliner sofa, a leather recliner chair and a rattan dining set.
The discount is not limited to the fair. King Koil says the same up to 60% off selected items runs at three of its showrooms over the same dates:
| Location | Address | What is there |
|---|---|---|
| Marina Square Atrium | 6 Raffles Boulevard, S039594 | The fair itself, plus the Sleep Well Workshop on 24 Oct |
| Alexandra Megastore | 12 Jalan Kilang Barat, L1-L6, S159354 | The biggest range, six floors |
| Bendemeer | 72 Bendemeer Road, Luzerne Building #01-06, S339941 | Showroom |
| Sungei Kadut Loop | King Koil Gallery, 64 Sungei Kadut Loop, Level 1, S729493 | Gallery, best reached by car |
The Sleep Well Workshop (Saturday 24 October)
This part happens only at the Marina Square Atrium, and King Koil lists no fee for it.
- Wellness screening, 1pm-6pm: chiropractic consultation, posture screening and spine guidance
- Expert sharing, 3pm-4.30pm: sleep and wellness talk with One Spine Chiropractic Clinic and Psychology Atelier
- Goodie bags and vouchers for participants
The vouchers are the sweetener. Expect them to work on King Koil purchases rather than as cash, and a posture screening run on a mattress sales floor is not a neutral medical opinion.
The fine print
- No sale price is published anywhere. Not on the Facebook post, not on the poster, and not on the campaign page. The prices are in a catalogue you get by registering at homesanddecor.com.sg/campaign with your full name, email and phone number.
- "Selected items only. T&Cs apply." The poster's footer and the campaign page both say so, and the post adds "while stocks last". No terms page is linked.
- King Koil's own /promo page is out of date. As of 18 October it still shows the Mid-Autumn Sale of 18-27 September. The live fair page sits on the Homes & Décor domain instead, so do not mistake the old page for the current offer.
- No opening hours are printed for the fair. King Koil's September campaign listed its showrooms at 10am-9pm, but call ahead before a long trip to Sungei Kadut.
Is 60% a good number?
It is the second-best headline King Koil has printed this year. Its warehouse sale on 3-7 September went to up to 70%, and the Mid-Autumn Sale after it ran at up to 30%. None of the three published a sale price, so the headline tells you the ceiling, not what the mattress you want will cost.
For reference, King Koil's September campaign printed these usual prices: the Hotel Collection Grand Glamour bedset at $5,129, the World Edition Cool Idyllic bedset at $4,499 and the Monza leather 3-seater at $2,259. At a full 60% off, the Grand Glamour would be about $2,052. Nothing says the hero models get the deepest cut, so ask on the floor.
Tips
- Register before Tuesday. A catalogue that arrives while you are standing in the atrium is worth very little. Get it early and shortlist from home.
- Skip the crowd if you just want the price. The same discount runs at Alexandra, Bendemeer and Sungei Kadut, and Alexandra has the most stock on display.
- Ask what the price includes. Delivery, installation, old-mattress disposal, and whether a floor model is new stock or ex-display.
- Go on Saturday for the extras. If you are buying anyway, the 24 October workshop is the only day with goodie bags and vouchers.
- Marina Square has a closing date. The mall shuts on 31 March 2027 for redevelopment, so this may be the last Epic Home Fair in this atrium.
