King Koil has put its annual warehouse sale back up on its own campaign page, and it runs Thursday 3 to Monday 7 September 2026. The headline is the biggest the brand has printed all year: up to 70% off selected items, across more than 3,000 products.

What the page actually says
Off kingkoil.com.sg/promo, read on 28 August 2026: "King Koil Warehouse Sale is BACK and it's going BIG. Only from 3 - 7 Sep. Enjoy exclusive savings on more than 3,000+ products, including luxury mattresses, Italian sofas, dining sets and more… T&Cs apply."
That last line is the whole terms disclosure. There is no linked terms page, no exclusion list, and no note on delivery, old-mattress disposal or whether the deepest cuts are ex-display pieces. For a category where delivery and disposal are real line items, those are the questions to put to the sales floor before you commit.

The same page prints two sets of hours for Sungei Kadut. In the four-showroom list it is 10am to 9pm. In the block above it, the one that tells you to collect the sale catalogue there, the same address is given as 11am to 8pm. Take the narrower window if the trip is a special one, or call ahead.
Alexandra is the one to pick for range, since it runs from level 1 to level 6. Marina Square is the easy one if you are already in town. Sungei Kadut Loop is the outlier: an industrial estate address, best reached by car, and the newest of the four. It is the building photographed on the campaign artwork, NOW OPEN banner and all, and when we queried King Koil's own store locator on 28 August 2026 it returned only three King Koil-run showrooms: Bendemeer, Alexandra and Marina Square. The gallery you are being told to collect the catalogue from is not yet in the brand's own directory.
The prices it publishes, and the ones it does not
Six products are featured under "Top Picks for New Homeowners", and every one of them carries a usual price with no sale price beside it.

So the 70% cannot be attached to anything you can see. If it did land on the $5,129 bedset the price would be $1,538.70, but nothing on the page says it will, and at a clearance event the deepest cuts usually sit on ex-display and end-of-line stock rather than the current hero models.
The sale prices are in a catalogue, and the catalogue is gated. You either register on the campaign page with your full name, email address and phone number, ticking the box that asks King Koil to send you the 2026 King Koil Warehouse Sale Catalogue, or you collect a printed copy at the Sungei Kadut Loop gallery. Request it now rather than on the morning of 3 September: a catalogue that arrives while you are already standing in a showroom is worth very little.
One habit worth keeping for any sale with no published prices: screenshot those six usual prices before the page rotates. The same /promo URL is a campaign microsite that changes with the season, and an archived February 2026 capture of it shows a King Koil Home Carnival Sale in that slot. The reference points you would want to argue from can vanish with the page.
Is 70% unusual for King Koil?
Not as a headline. The annual warehouse sale has run at the same "up to 70%" line in past years, and the dates barely move: local promo archives list 31 Aug to 4 Sep in 2023 and 29 Aug to 2 Sep in 2024. What has changed in 2026 is the frequency of everything around it. The brand has run promotions through most of the year, and deal listings put a grand opening sale at up to 50% off in late June, an up-to-40% sale in July and a National Day sale at up to 30% off storewide in August.
Read that as context rather than as a warning. 70% is the year's high-water mark, so this is the right week of the year to buy if you were going to buy anyway. It also means the floor is unlikely to be empty of a discount in October, which is worth knowing if you are being pushed to decide on the spot.
Before you go
- Know your size and your firmness first. Five days is not long, and a warehouse sale floor is a poor place to work out what you actually want.
- Ask what the price includes. Delivery, installation, old-mattress disposal and whether the piece is new stock or ex-display. None of it is on the campaign page.
- Check the usual price yourself. King Koil's own online shop lists products, so a model you are considering can be priced against its normal listing rather than against the sign next to it.
- Bring the catalogue. Printed or on your phone, it is the only written record of what was advertised.
