Audio House Hub 6th Anniversary Sale (23 Oct-4 Nov 2026): 12% Off With Code AHHUBIS6 on Every $2,000, 60% eCashback per $200
Audio House is marking six years of its Ubi flagship, Audio House Hub, with a 13-day 6th Anniversary Sale from Friday 23 October to Wednesday 4 November 2026. The official event page stacks the headline offers on top of the sale prices: an extra 12% off storewide with every $2,000 spent using promo code AHHUBIS6, plus 60% eCashback with every $200 spent. Climate Voucher users get dollar-for-dollar matching up to $400 eCashback, Kris+ payments earn 1 KrisFlyer mile per $1, and there are up to $500 in grocery vouchers. Category top-ups take up to $500 more off TVs, up to $200 off fridges and aircons, up to $100 off dishwashers and washer dryers, $150 off sofas with a $1,800 spend and $200 off mattresses with a $2,200 spend. Everything is limited to participating brands and models, and none of it applies if you pay with eCashback. The venue is the Audio House Building at 23 Ubi Road 4, two minutes from Ubi MRT. We worked out what the eCashback is really worth, since it is store credit and not cash.

Audio House 10.10 Perfect Sale to 14 Oct 2026: 10% Off Storewide With Code 101026, but Several Sale Prices Are Higher Than at 9.9
Audio House is running its first-ever 10.10 Perfect Sale from 9 to 14 October 2026, online and at its Ubi showroom, and the countdown on its own homepage closes it at 11.59pm on Wednesday 14 October. The poster stacks three offers: 10% off storewide with promo code 101026 and no minimum spend, a separate uncapped 10% off furniture and bedding, and 100% eCashback with every $1,500 spent, plus $400 eCashback when you pay with $400 of NEA Climate Vouchers. The 10% is real money. The base prices underneath it need a second look, because we compared the sale rail against the prices Audio House itself printed during its 9.9 sale a month ago. The LG OLED65G6PSA was $3,999 then and is $4,999 now, the Samsung WW90DG6U34LESP washer was $799 and is $1,149, and the LG OLED55C6PSA was $2,597 and is $3,199, so even after 10% off all three cost more than in September. Other lines genuinely dropped: the LG OLED77B5PSA is unchanged at $4,499, so the code takes it to $4,049.10, and the deepest cuts on the rail run past 40% on a Philips Mini LED TV, a Hisense ULED and a Samsung soundbar.

Audio House 9.9 Sale Runs to 20 Sept 2026: "Free 99% eCashback" Pays $495 for Every $500 You Spend, but Its Own FAQ Lets You Spend Only $20 of It per $100
Audio House's 9.9 Electronics and Furniture Sale is live at 23 Ubi Road 4 and on audiohouse.com.sg, and the countdown script on its own homepage dates it precisely: it opened at midnight on 8 September 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 20 September. The poster stacks three offers: an extra 9.9% off storewide with every $1,000 spent, a free 99% eCashback with every $500 spent, and a free $990 book of cash vouchers to use before purchase. The middle one is the number every listing has repeated, and it is the one worth understanding, because we worked out the formula from the site itself. The eCashback shown on each product is exactly 99% of the largest $500 multiple at or below its price, which is why an $799 washer shows $495, a $1,199 fridge shows $990 and an $6,999 OLED shows $6,435. What it is not is cash. Audio House's terms put eCashback on its own website and showroom only, and its FAQ sets the spending rate at $20 per $100, so that $6,435 needs $32,175 of further Audio House spending to use up, and the FAQ also states you may either earn eCashback or spend it on a given purchase, never both. The price cuts underneath all of that are real but ordinary: across the 19 featured 9.9 items we priced on 9 September they run from 7.9% to 43.2% off, and the deepest cut we could find anywhere on the site was 58.4%, not the 90% on the poster.
