Tecno's annual warehouse sale is on from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 October 2026, 9am to 6pm daily, at 465 Tagore Industrial Avenue off Upper Thomson. The headline is up to 80% off more than 220 SKUs of kitchen and home appliances.

The offer
Tecno's own announcement lists cooker hobs, hoods and built-in ovens, induction stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, wine chillers, water dispensers, fans, air purifiers, table cookers and small appliances. Its campaign price tiles print four starting prices:

Every price carries an asterisk, and Tecno has not published a price list for the other categories. Treat the "from" figures as the cheapest unit in each category, not the typical price.
The extras
- Mystery gift: the first 50 customers each day who spend at least $250 get a chance to win a mystery gift worth over $50. It is a chance, not a guaranteed gift, and only 50 are up for grabs daily.
- Climate Vouchers: accepted on eligible products. The NEA scheme covers specific energy-efficient categories such as fridges and washing machines at qualifying tick ratings, so hoods and gas hobs will not count.
- 0% instalments: for UOB cardholders on purchases of $500 and above. Other cards are not mentioned.
- Free shuttle: hourly from Ang Mo Kio MRT (near the taxi stand) on Saturday and Sunday only, 10am to 5:15pm.
The fine print
- Display and blemished stock is included. Tecno's own footnote says products on discount "are inclusive of display, dented or scratched sets". Check the unit before paying.
- While stocks last. Three days is short, and the best-value units go first.
- T&Cs apply to the up-to-80% headline, which covers selected items only.
- No Friday shuttle. If you go on the first day, you need your own transport or a bus along Upper Thomson.
Tips
- Go Friday if you can. You get first pick of the $78 hoods and $130 hobs, and 50 new mystery-gift slots open every morning anyway.
- Measure your cut-outs first. Built-in hobs and ovens must fit the existing counter and cabinet openings. Bring the dimensions and the model number of the old unit.
- Pair a hob and hood. Two items from the cheapest tiles total $208, short of the $250 mystery-gift threshold, so a third small appliance gets you over it.
- Ask about delivery and installation. Warehouse prices usually exclude installation, and gas hobs need a licensed gas worker. Get both quotes before you commit.
- Compare with retail. Check the same model's price at Tecno's online store or the big chains so you know the markdown is real.
