SAF Day was 1 July, and the appreciation campaign it kicked off closed on 31 August 2026. The headline bundles went with it: Burger King's $10.95 Book Out Bundle, Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza's $15.90 two-pax set, the $72 Universal Studios adult ticket and the $99 JBL. SAFRA's standing catalogue kept going, but it has changed again since our 2 September check. The 1-for-1 hotel buffets and the 40% Furama buffets are no longer on SAFRA's pages; all 11 of those hotel restaurants now give 20% off the total bill, for SAFRA members only. Mandai still takes 30% off all seven parks to 31 March 2027, Cable Car 25% off to the same date, and Jacob's Cafe 10% off to 31 August 2027. The bigger shift is who qualifies: most standing deals now need a SAFRA card, and an 11B on its own opens only a handful. Here is what is live, who can use it, and what closed.
The 1 July to 31 August 2026 campaign has closed. SAFRA's standing catalogue did not, but since 2 September most of it has become SAFRA members only.

The biggest single-ticket saving still standing, and one of the few SAFRA lists for both SAFRA members and 11B holders. Mandai Wildlife Reserve gives 30% off prevailing adult and child admission from 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2027 at Rainforest Wild Adventure (including up to five Adventure+ activities), Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, Bird Paradise, River Wonders, Curiosity Cove and Exploria. The fine print does the damage: weekday visits Monday to Thursday only, not valid on public holidays or their eves, and a maximum of four single-park admission tickets per transaction per day. Book through safra-online.globaltix.com using SAFRA2026 as the Login ID. The listing card is tagged for SAFRA and 11B holders, but the promotion page prices it as member rates and its terms ask SAFRA members to sign up for a Wildpass membership, so confirm your eligibility before paying.

Almost everything else now wants a SAFRA card, so this is the short list for servicemen without one. Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony takes 25% off standard tickets to 31 March 2027, and its terms still read 'applicable to SAFRA & 11B members only', although the page heading now says 'SAFRA Members' Exclusive', so confirm at the counter before relying on an 11B; shows are at 7.40pm and 8.40pm daily, tickets are open-dated and need an advance reservation. Jacob's Cafe at 5 Changi Village Road #01-2049 gives 10% off a la carte food and beverages from 1 July 2026 all the way to 31 August 2027, the longest-dated F&B offer on SAFRA's servicemen page. GetGo Carsharing gives new users $16 off a first drive with no minimum spend on code SAFRA26GG16, for bookings scheduled and completed by 31 January 2027 and not on public holidays or their eves. British Council gives 30% off two or more Professional Skills workshops and 20% off a single one to 31 October 2026: type 'SAFRA' next to your name in the booking form, and the workshops are also NTUC UTAP claimable for up to S$500 of fees. SAFRA has pushed that end date twice: its merchant table still reads 31 August, the card and promotion page said 30 September earlier this month, and both now say 31 October.

This is the correction that matters most, because the buffets were our top pick on 2 September. SAFRA has since rewritten every one of those promotion pages to the same offer: 20% off the total bill, SAFRA members' exclusive, with a valid SAFRA card or e-card shown in person on ordering and payment. It applies at Princess Terrace Authentic Penang Cuisine and Tien Court (Copthorne King's Hotel), The Orchard Cafe, Bar Intermezzo and Hua Ting (Orchard Hotel), Food Capital (Grand Copthorne Waterfront), MEMO Cafe (Studio M Hotel) and Beast & Butterflies (M Social), all to 31 December 2026. Tiffany Cafe & Restaurant (Furama City Centre), Kintamani and Apollo (Furama RiverFront) run to 28 February 2027, and there the 20% also works on Furama food delivery with code SAFRA20. The 1-for-1 lunch and dinner buffets, Bar Intermezzo's 1-for-1 high tea, Hua Ting's free main course, Food Capital's third-adult-free and the 40% Furama buffets no longer appear on SAFRA's pages. Beast & Butterflies excludes alcohol and does not run on public holidays or their eves, and the Millennium hotel outlets ask you to check for blackout dates.

The long end dates hide a change in who qualifies. Singapore Cable Car's terms read 'applicable to SAFRA members only' for 25% off SkyPass, SkyPass Premium and SkyOrb round trips to 31 March 2027, alongside a 35% bundle of SkyPass Premium with Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony and Adventure Cove at $67 adult and $55 child (max six tickets per transaction, same-day use). Majestic Fast Ferry's $6 off round trips to 30 June 2027 asks for a valid SAFRA card in person at purchase, though each member can bring up to four accompanying family members at the same price if they travel together. SneakSurf's 10% off regular-priced items plus a further $15 off min. $300 spend runs on codes SAFRA10 and SAFRA15 to 30 June 2027, in store at Suntec City, Tampines Mall and Bugis Junction or online. Wild Wild Wet takes 20% off off-peak and peak day passes with a minimum of two passes on code WWWSAFRA, online only, to 31 December 2026. SAFRA's listing cards tag the Cable Car, ferry and SneakSurf as open to 11B holders, but each promotion page says members only, and the promotion page is the one the counter follows.

These are all SAFRA members' exclusives as of 25 September. Trapped Escape Room gives $5 off tickets with a minimum of four players on code SAFRA5, and Triggered Games SG at Cineleisure gives 15% off with a minimum of four tickets on code SAFRA15, both to 31 December 2026. Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum gives 10% off admission at its ticketing counter, up to five tickets per card per day, to 31 December 2026. Viu takes 20% off a 90-day Premium plan at S$26.35 (U.P. S$32.94) or a 180-day plan at S$52.70 (U.P. S$65.88) to 31 March 2027; the 40% off 365-day plan behind the 'up to 40%' headline was dated 1 July to 31 August. GetGo gives existing users who are SAFRA members 12% off the time charge, capped at $6, once a month on code SAFRA26GG12OFF, for bookings completed by 31 January 2027. STA Inspection Centre gives 10% off vehicle inspection at Sin Ming and Jalan Boon Lay to 31 December 2027. QN Wellness gives 18% off bundle sets online on code SAFQ18P to 30 September 2026. Burger King gives a free treat with any regular-priced meal (not Value Your Way) at 11 outlets including SAFRA Choa Chu Kang, Jurong Point and VivoCity, after breakfast hours, to 31 December 2026.

SAFRA splits its Appreciating NSmen pages into two halves. The 'For National Servicemen (SAF and HomeTeam)' pages say all servicemen present their 11B and that most deals cover SAF and Home Team servicemen alike. The 'For SAFRA Members' pages require a valid SAFRA membership card or e-card. The trap is that most offers sitting on the servicemen pages now carry a 'SAFRA Members Only' tag or members-only terms, including all 11 hotel restaurants. The rule that has held all year: where a listing card and the merchant's own promotion page disagree, believe the promotion page. It has also changed twice in two weeks, so open the individual page and read the terms line on the day you plan to go.
Noted so you are not hunting for them, because summary listings written in July still carry them. Burger King's Book Out Bundle at $10.95 (U.P. $25.40) has ended, as has Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza's two-pax Book Out Bundle at $15.90 (U.P. $29.40) and Springleaf Prata Place's 10% off at SAFRA Jurong, Tampines and Yishun. On attractions, Universal Studios Singapore one-day adult tickets at $72 (U.P. $89) are gone, along with Klook's $30 off min. $400, Dream Cruises, Royal Albatross' 20% off cruises on SAFDAY20, Park Regis and The Fullerton. On retail, Best Denki's JBL Sense Lite at $99 (U.P. $169), Samsung's up to 40% off, Atome and Toys"R"Us $10 off min. $60 have closed, as has Bose's QuietComfort at $389 for members. The F&B table went with them: Carl's Jr, Carnivore, Carousel, Cat & the Fiddle, Delifrance, Haidilao, Mister Donut, PastaMania, Peach Garden, Sushiro, Swensen's, Wingstop, Yum Cha and the rest. Carousel's 50% off the second diner deserves a note, because it is a hotel buffet that several roundups still file with the long-running ones.
MINDEF's OneNS portal (ns.gov.sg) runs the 'We Support NS' merchant directory, and it is widely treated as a year-round backstop for when the SAFRA campaign ends. It is not. Its listings carried the same 1 July to 31 August 2026 window, and the two catalogues overlapped heavily: Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza, Yum Cha, PastaMania, Haidilao, Sushiro, Delifrance, Hua Ting, Tien Court, Bar Intermezzo, The Orchard Cafe, Winestone, Apollo, Tiffany, Kintamani, MEMO Cafe and Royal Albatross all sat on both. The one entry OneNS genuinely added, Genki Sushi's 10% off with a min. spend of $50 nett for dine-in on your 11B or in uniform, ran 1 July to 31 August 2026 and has ended. Two details worth remembering for next year: Genki defined that $50 nett as before prevailing GST and service charge, and the offer needed an 11B specifically, with a SAFRA membership card alone not enough.
SAF Day fell on 1 July, and the thank-you ran the full campaign period, 1 July to 31 August 2026. Every headline number written about SAF Day 2026, the $10.95 Burger King bundle, the $15.90 pizza set, the $72 Universal Studios ticket, the $99 JBL, belonged to that two-month table and went with it.
SAFRA's Appreciating NSmen pages also carry a standing catalogue of year-round deals, with end dates running to 31 December 2027. On 2 September that catalogue was the better half, led by 1-for-1 hotel buffets open to any 11B holder. By 13 September SAFRA had rewritten the hotel dining offers to a flat 20% off for SAFRA members, and tagged most of the rest members only. This update follows each individual promotion page, not the category cards.

Why the buffets matter. Our 2 September update made the 1-for-1 buffets the top reason to keep this guide open, and said no membership was needed. Both are no longer true on SAFRA's own promotion pages. If you planned a 1-for-1 buffet on an 11B, call the restaurant first.

One listing to ignore: McDonald's free McChicken Be-Our-Guest cards still carry a 31 December 2026 end date, but SAFRA's own page says fully redeemed at all seven clubs as at 12 July.

SAF Day falls on 1 July every year, marking the founding of the Singapore Armed Forces. The appreciation campaign it launched ran longer: SAFRA's Appreciating NSmen campaign ran 1 July to 31 August 2026, and MINDEF's OneNS 'We Support NS' listings carried the same window. Both have closed, which most roundups written in July have not caught up with. What is still running is SAFRA's standing catalogue of year-round deals on the same pages, with end dates from 30 September 2026 to 31 December 2027. That catalogue keeps moving, though: between 2 and 13 September SAFRA replaced its 1-for-1 hotel buffets with a flat 20% off for SAFRA members, so check the individual promotion page before you go.

Largely yes. SAFRA's category pages are titled 'For National Servicemen (SAF and HomeTeam)' and state that most deals are available to both SAF and Home Team servicemen, so Home Team personnel showing their identity card qualify wherever an 11B does: Wings of Time, Mandai, Jacob's Cafe, GetGo's new-user code and British Council. The members-only offers need a SAFRA membership whatever service ID you hold. HomeTeamNS also runs its own member deals and clubhouse facilities, worth checking alongside the SAFRA list.
