Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) Singapore is turning five, and it is thanking the guests who have filled its pink rooms since 2021 with two things: a free ticket for eligible past visitors, and an all-day birthday party open to everyone.
Since opening in 2021, MOIC has welcomed over half a million guests, picked up Klook's Best in Experience Award 2023 and a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award, and drawn famous faces from JJ Lin to Drew Barrymore and Sandara Park.
1. Free General Admission for eligible past visitors
Here is exactly how it works, because the conditions matter:
- Who: guests who visited MOIC Singapore between 1 August 2021 and 30 June 2026 and bought their tickets through the official site, tickets.museumoficecream.sg.
- What: one complimentary General Admission ticket per verified booking email.
- How: submit the email address used for your original booking through MOIC's official Google form. Once verified, you receive a unique promo code to book your free ticket.
- By when: use the code to book by 27 August 2026. The complimentary ticket is then valid until 30 September 2026.
- The fine print: one redemption per booking email, regardless of how many tickets were bought under it. Submitting the form does not automatically confirm eligibility — all entries are checked.
It is MOIC's way of inviting past guests back to revisit their favourite installations, enjoy the unlimited ice cream again, and make new memories.
2. An all-day birthday bash on 29 August
On Saturday, 29 August 2026, from 10am to 6pm, MOIC's Dempsey home turns into a full birthday celebration — the nostalgic, childhood-party kind.
Across the pink play spaces you will find complimentary face painting, glitter tattoos, and a roaming balloon sculptor. And to mark five years of learning through play, there is a free children's storytelling session by a local author from 4pm to 5pm in the museum's private events room.
3. Win big with #MOICTURNS5
From 17 to 28 August 2026, there is a social giveaway too. Share your MOIC visit on Instagram, follow and tag @museumoficecreamsg, and include the official anniversary hashtag. Five winners will each walk away with either a complimentary birthday party package for up to 15 guests, or 10 VIP tickets — worth up to $900 each.
