The September school holidays just got sweeter. Museum of Ice Cream is bringing back its popular hands-on Ice Cream Making Class for three days only.
> Quick view: 7, 9 and 11 September 2026, sessions at 11am and 2:30pm (45 minutes). The $63 Ticket Bundle covers the workshop, a Scoop Master Certificate and museum entry with unlimited treats after class. Book at tickets.museumoficecream.sg, sessions are limited.
What happens in the class
Guests step behind the counter with MOIC's Scoop Professors to learn how classic flavours are made from scratch: chocolate, strawberry, vanilla or mint. You then personalise your creation with crunchy inclusions and colourful toppings, picking up fun facts about the history and science of ice cream along the way. Every participant finishes with a Scoop Master Certificate.
It is designed for ice cream lovers of all ages, so this is as much a family activity as a kids' one.
The $63 bundle, and the one catch
The Ticket Bundle at $63 includes museum entry after the workshop: the full run of MOIC's multi-sensory installations and unlimited treats across the 60,000 sq ft Dempsey space.
The catch for parents: you are welcome to accompany your child during the workshop itself, but adults who want to explore the museum afterwards need their own museum ticket. Budget accordingly if you are planning a full family visit.
