Mandai Wildlife Reserve is running a Children's Day Kids Enter Free bundle at Singapore Zoo and Rainforest Wild Adventure: one child enters free with every paying adult. You have six days to buy (29 Sep-4 Oct 2026), and the visit can be any day from 2 to 18 October.

The offer
Mandai's booking pages list two bundles, each described as one child entering free with every paying adult:

Look at the weekend column and the trick is plain: the bundle costs exactly what one local adult pays on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. On those days the child is genuinely free, and you save $30 at the Zoo or $35 at Rainforest Wild Adventure. On a weekday, local adult tickets are cheaper, so the child effectively costs $5, but the bundle still saves $22 or $27 against buying both tickets.
Mandai's sale runs from 9am on 29 September to 11.59pm on 4 October 2026, and visits run from 2 to 18 October 2026. Prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST.
What each ticket covers
- Singapore Zoo: park admission and the in-park tram ride, plus the free keeper talks, animal presentations and KidzWorld, home of the Ranger Buddies. Animal feeding, the Houbii Rope Course, the Wild Animal Carousel, the Zoo Adventure Tour, Backstage Pass tours, Zookeeper For A Day and Hello From The Wild are listed as highlights but are charged separately.
- Rainforest Wild Adventure: access to both the East and West zones, ranger talks and up to 5 Adventure+ activities (Mandai values them at $10 each).
The fine print
- One free child per paying adult. Children must be 3 to 12 to need a ticket at all; under-3s already enter free. A second child with one adult needs a regular child ticket.
- WildPass pricing. The S$44 and S$50 sit under Mandai's WildPass local pricing on the booking page. WildPass is free, but it needs Singpass verification, so it is for Singapore residents.
- Online only, date fixed at checkout. You choose your visit date when you buy, so pick it before 4 October even if the trip is on 18 October.
- Penguins are off the list. Singapore Zoo's African Penguin exhibit is closed for upgrading from 31 August to 30 November 2026.
- Two busy days. Mandai asks visitors on Fri 2 Oct and Sun 11 Oct to come by public transport or its shuttle.
Tips
- Go at the weekend if you can. That is when the child is truly free and the saving is largest ($30 at the Zoo, $35 at Rainforest Wild Adventure).
- Book both parks for two days out. The two bundles are separate, so a family can do the Zoo one weekend and Rainforest Wild Adventure the next for $94 per adult-and-child pair.
- Older kids have a better option. A secondary or tertiary student is not a "child" here; Mandai's Local Student rate is the cheaper ticket for them.
- Children's Day stacks. IKEA gives kids a free oat vanilla cone on Fri 2 Oct, and KidZania is 50% off for one day on Sat 3 Oct.
