Expedia and DBS/POSB run a weekly hotel code called Travel Tuesdays: 50% off a hotel booking, capped at S$100, with a fresh code every Tuesday until the end of 2026. Three Tuesdays are left in October.
> Quick view: 50% off prepaid hotel-only bookings, max S$100 · codes DBS2650OCT2 (Tue 13 Oct), DBS2650OCT3 (Tue 20 Oct), DBS2650OCT4 (Tue 27 Oct) · book on expedia.com.sg/dbs with a DBS or POSB credit or debit card · stays to 30 Jun 2027 · campaign runs every Tuesday to 29 Dec 2026 · limited quota, first come, first served.
The offer
DBS's card privileges page calls it "50% off selected hotels worldwide, capped at S$100", every Tuesday from 6 January to 29 December 2026. Expedia's DBS landing page publishes each month's codes in advance:
| Booking date | Code |
|---|---|
| Tue 6 Oct 2026 | DBS2650OCT1 (passed) |
| Tue 13 Oct 2026 | DBS2650OCT2 |
| Tue 20 Oct 2026 | DBS2650OCT3 |
| Tue 27 Oct 2026 | DBS2650OCT4 |
The travel period is now to 30 June 2027, so an October Tuesday booking can cover a year-end trip, Chinese New Year or the March and June school holidays.
How to use it: search on expedia.com.sg (the /dbs page is the safest entry point), pick a prepaid rate, and on the payment page click "Enter voucher code", type the day's code and pay with your DBS or POSB card.
The fine print
From Expedia's Travel Tuesdays terms and conditions:
- Hotel only, prepaid only. It works on stand-alone hotel bookings paid upfront on expedia.com.sg. Pay-at-property rates, packages and flight + hotel bookings are excluded.
- The S$100 cap is on the room price. The 50% comes off before taxes, tax recovery charges and fees, and none of those are discounted.
- One room per booking. If you book several rooms in one transaction, only the lowest-priced room gets the discount.
- Excluded properties. Expedia keeps a hotel exclusion list that can change without notice. If the code is rejected at checkout, the property is probably on it.
- Quota, not a guarantee. Each Tuesday's code is first come, first served and stops working once the allocation is used up. Codes go live at midnight Singapore time.
- One use per customer, no stacking. No other coupon or promotion can be added, and bookings that use it may not earn cashback or miles through third-party affiliate programmes.
- No refund of the code. If you cancel or change the booking, the coupon is spent and cannot be reused.
- Who can use it. DBS or POSB cardholders who are legal residents of Singapore and at least 21 years old.
One oddity: the top banner on Expedia's DBS page still advertises S$65 and S$60 hotel discounts "valid till 30 June 2026". That offer has ended. The Travel Tuesday codes further down the page are the live ones.
Is it worth it?
The sweet spot is a S$200 room subtotal, which takes the full S$100 off. Two nights at a S$100-a-night hotel in Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur works out to half price. Above S$200, the saving stays at S$100, so on a S$600 Tokyo stay it is closer to 17%.
Compare it with the other DBS/POSB hotel code. Agoda's Shiok Sundays deal takes a flat S$100 off with a S$200 minimum, so below S$200 Expedia's 50% is the only one that pays out, and above it the two are level. Check the same hotel on both sites before you book, because the base room prices often differ by more than the coupon.
Tips
- Shortlist on Monday night. Have the hotel, dates and a prepaid rate in your cart before midnight, then apply the code at 12am. Quotas on these bank codes tend to go fast.
- Split big trips. Since only one room per booking is discounted, two couples travelling together get more from two separate bookings, made by two different cardholders.
- Missed Tuesday? The year-round code DBSSG8 gives 8% off selected hotels and DBSSG5 5% off selected activities, any day to 31 December 2026, for stays to 30 June 2027.
- Check the cancellation rule. Cheaper prepaid rates are often non-refundable, and the coupon is lost if you cancel, so pick a refundable rate if your dates may move.
