Châteraisé has brought back its Ice Cream Mix & Match: pick any 8 ice bars for S$12$1.50 a stick — or S$9 if you bring your own Châteraisé cooler bag, from 21 to 31 August 2026.

> Quick view: any 8 ice bars for S$12 ($1.50 each, includes an S-size cooler bag + dry ice) · or S$9 with your own Châteraisé bag ($1.125 each) · U.P. $13.30–$15.70 for eight · 21–31 Aug 2026, eleven days · in-store at Châteraisé stores only · no minimum spend, no cap printed · the $3 gap between the tiers is the bag — buy at $12 once, then come back at $9.

The two prices, and what actually separates them

Châteraisé's poster prints both tiers and, unusually, prints the usual price too:

You payU.P. (8 bars)You save
With S-size cooler bag + dry iceS$12.00 ($1.50/stick)$13.30 – $15.70$1.30 – $3.70 (9.8% – 23.6%)
Bring your own Châteraisé cooler bagS$9.00 ($1.125/stick)$13.30 – $15.70$4.30 – $6.70 (32.3% – 42.7%)

Read the top row honestly and it is barely a discount — on the cheapest possible basket, $12 is $1.30 off, under 10%. That is because the $12 tier isn't really an ice-cream markdown at all. The $3 between the two tiers is the cooler bag, which the $12 price includes along with dry ice. So $12 buys you eight bars at close to shelf price *plus a $3 insulated bag*; $9 is the real discount, and at up to 42.7% off it is a substantial one.

The move most people will miss

The two tiers look like a choice. They aren't — they're a sequence.

The promo runs eleven days, and Châteraisé's poster prints no per-customer cap and no minimum spend. So:

  1. First trip: pay $12. You get eight bars, the S-size cooler bag and dry ice.
  2. Every trip after that, to 31 August: pay $9. You already own the bag.

The bag pays for itself on the second visit — and it keeps paying, because this promotion comes back. Châteraisé's own announcement opens with "Ice Cream Mix & Match is BACK!", and deal trackers logged a shorter run over the National Day weekend earlier this month. Buying the bag once is a standing $3 discount on every future run.

The nine flavours — four more than are being reported

Most of the reposts show five bars, because they crop the bottom half of Châteraisé's poster. The full artwork carries nine:

Fruit ice bars

  • Juicy White Peach Ice Bar
  • Juicy Mango Ice Bar
  • Juicy Strawberry Ice Bar

Chocolate

  • Chocolate Mint Bar
  • Chocolate Bucky Vanilla
  • Chocolate Bucky Chocolate
  • Chocolate Bucky Dry Mint

Milk

  • YATSUGATAKE Contracted Farmer Freshly Milked Bar
  • YATSUGATAKE Strawberry Milk Bar

Nothing on the poster caps how many of one flavour you take, so eight of the same bar reads as permitted — but the real constraint is freezer stock at your outlet on the day, not the rules.

Is it cheap? Against everything else running this week, yes

At $1.50 a stick — $1.125 with the bag — this is the cheapest branded ice cream per unit on the island right now. The honest caveat is that it isn't like for like: these are Japanese-style ice bars and milk bars, not premium tubs, and you have to commit to exactly eight.

The fine print

  1. Exactly 8 bars — the price is for the set of eight, not per stick.
  2. In-store only. Châteraisé's announcement says to visit your nearest Châteraisé store, and the offer appears nowhere on the brand's own online-ordering store. Treat it as a counter deal.
  3. 21–31 August 2026 inclusive — eleven days, ending on a Monday.
  4. The $9 tier needs a Châteraisé cooler bag. Both the poster and the Facebook post name the brand. A customer asked under the official post whether any cooler bag qualifies; as of 24 August the brand had not replied publicly.
  5. Dry ice is printed against the $12 tier only. The poster doesn't say whether the $9 tier still includes it — worth asking if you're carrying it across the island.
  6. No minimum spend, no per-customer cap and no outlet exclusions are printed on the artwork.
  7. While freezer stock lasts — the nine flavours are what the campaign covers, not what every shop has that day.

Where

Châteraisé's two official outlet lists don't agree with each other, so it's worth checking before you travel. The Châteraisé group's Singapore shop list carries 37 shops, three of which trade under the premium YATSUDOKI name (Guoco Tower, Millenia Walk, One Holland Village). The brand's own Singapore online-ordering store lists 34 Châteraisé pickup shops — and the two sets aren't identical: the group list has Scotts/Shaw House, Compass One, Le Quest and NTU that the ordering list doesn't, while the ordering list has ION Orchard, VivoCity, Wisteria Mall and Poiz Centre that the group list doesn't.

Put both together and there are 38 Châteraisé-branded stores islandwide: AMK Hub, Bedok Mall, Causeway Point, Chinatown Point, City Square Mall, The Clementi Mall, Compass One, Funan, HDB Hub Toa Payoh, Hillion Mall, Hougang Mall, ION Orchard, Jurong Point, Junction 8, Kampung Admiralty, Le Quest, Lot 1, Northpoint City, Novena Square 2, NTU, Oasis Terrace, Parkway Parade, Pasir Ris, Poiz Centre, Scotts/Shaw House, Seletar Mall, Sengkang Grand Mall, Serangoon NEX, SingPost Centre, Sun Plaza, Tampines 1, Thomson Plaza, Tiong Bahru, VivoCity, Waterway Point, West Mall, Westgate and Wisteria Mall.

The three YATSUDOKI shops are the open question: the wording says "Châteraisé store", and YATSUDOKI is a separate premium format. If that's your nearest one, call first.
