How to choose

  • New to Timezone? Use the $10 pack first. Ten games worth up to $80 is the cheapest start on this list, but it only works at the venue where you buy it and expires in two weeks, so buy it at the outlet you actually visit.
  • Claw machines: go to a Claw-losseum. Cow Play Cow Moo's Suntec City Level 3 hall has the widest choice (300+ cranes) and lists its per-play cost ($0.84 per 100-yen medal) up front, which makes it easier to set a budget.
  • VR budget versus VR quality. Overworld starts at $15 a head and suits groups of kids. Sandbox VR costs three to four times more but gives you full-body tracking in a story-driven game.
  • Going late? Cow Play Cow Moo Suntec runs to 1am every night and Level Up to 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. Most mall arcades close at 10pm or 11pm.
  • Set a cap before you start. Arcades sell in credits, tokens or medals, not dollars, so decide the dollar amount first and stop when the card is empty.

How we checked

Outlets, hours, prices and promotions were read on 23 October 2026 from each brand's own website: Timezone's locations, Pause & Play and PEANUTS Journey pages; Cow Play Cow Moo's store locator, Claw-losseum page and membership tiers (the Thomson Plaza outlet is hidden on its locator, so it is not counted); Zone X's homepage and promo artwork; Overworld's outlet and promotion pages; Sandbox VR's Orchard Central page; and Level Up's homepage and banners. The Wonderful World of Whimsy was left out because its website no longer works.
