If the question is simply 'where is the cheapest karaoke in Singapore', this is still the answer, and it has been since 1989. Teo Heng charges by the room, not by the head, so a room split between eight or ten people gets absurdly cheap, and every rate on its price list already includes GST, so there is no '++' waiting at the counter. The one thing to get right is WHICH outlet you go to. Teo Heng's pricing page has extended its PROMO rooms till 31 October 2026, pricing a small room (4 pax) at $8/hour during happy hours (12pm–7pm) and $14 after 7pm, a medium room (6 pax) at $11/$17 and a large room (10 pax) at $14/$20.
