All Things Plus is running what it calls its largest $1 Household Fair so far, and it has landed in the Aperia Mall Atrium for six days: Mon 21 to Sat 26 Sep 2026, 11am to 9pm daily.

What actually costs $1
All Things Plus's own campaign artwork names six lines at $1 each:
- Mini wet wipes, in 10-sheet packs
- Pails
- Kids' stools
- Deli glasses
- Mini baskets
- Slippers
For scale: the cheapest price band on Daiso Singapore's own online store today is $2.18. A $1 fair price is under half that, and the other dollar-store chains sit in the same $2-plus territory. That gap is the whole reason these atrium fairs draw a queue.
The organiser also says most of the rest of the fair falls between $1 and $3, so this is a fill-a-basket trip rather than a one-item errand. The brand describes the event on its own channels as a direct factory household items sale, which is worth holding in mind: stock is one-off and there is no chain-store returns counter behind it.
Storage containers from $3
The clear stackable containers are the item the organiser flags as a repeat sell-out. Two things follow from that.
"From $3" is a floor, not a price. The poster photograph shows a wall of boxes in at least four sizes, and $3 buys the smallest of them. The larger boxes cost more, and the poster does not say how much more.
Go early in the week if containers are the reason you are going. All Things Plus has said the small containers sold out at previous editions, and a six-day run with no restock promise means the last day is the thinnest.
The $10 shoes, and the $199 that is not on the poster
The PU leather shoes at $10 each are the fair's odd one out, and they are also where the numbers need care.
Deal sites covering this fair are quoting a usual price of $199 against the $10. That figure is not on All Things Plus's own artwork. The poster reads "PU Leather Shoes $10 EACH" next to two pairs, a taupe casual lace-up and a black formal derby, both sitting on luyao boxes, and it prints no usual price at all.
So the honest position is: $10 is the price, and nobody official has published what these shoes normally sell for. Judge them on the shoe in your hand, not on a $189 saving that no one has stood behind. Check the sizes and the stitching before you pay, as you would at any clearance rail.
Spend $30 and pick one, not both
The bonus mechanic reads generously and is narrower than it looks. Spend $30 and you choose one of:
- A sure-win lucky dip. Genuinely sure-win, but the poster states the range as "from $1 item to $20 item". The floor is therefore a prize worth roughly the cheapest thing on the table.
- A Pokemon booster pack at $4.90, described on the poster as PWP (PB/CR), i.e. purchase-with-purchase. This is not a free gift. It is the right to buy a booster pack at $4.90.
Neither is worth inflating a $22 basket to $30. If you were spending $30 anyway, take the lucky dip and treat the result as a bonus. The poster carries a "terms and conditions may apply" line, so confirm the mechanics at the counter.
Getting there, and when to go
Aperia Mall, 12 Kallang Avenue, S339511, in the Atrium. Nearest MRT is Bendemeer (DT23), with Lavender (EW11) also walkable.
Aperia is an office-park mall, so the weekday lunch hour and the after-work stretch are the busiest windows, and the fair does not open until 11am. Sat 26 Sep is both the last day and the one most likely to be calm, but it is also the day the $1 tables will have been picked over for five days. If a specific item matters to you, earlier is better.
