Agoda's October offer for DBS and POSB cardholders is the simple one: an extra 20% off hotels worldwide, capped at S$50, any day of the month. Book by Saturday 31 October 2026 and you can stay as late as 30 June 2027.

It is worldwide, so it works for a Bangkok weekend, a Tokyo year-end trip or a local staycation, as long as the property is tagged eligible on the dedicated page.
Do the math before you book
The cap does most of the work here. Because the 20% is taken off room charges only, it hits S$50 at exactly S$250:

So it is strongest for one- or two-night stays in the S$150-S$250 range. For a longer or pricier booking, compare it with the Sunday and Tuesday deals below.
How to book it
- Open agoda.com/dbs (not the normal Agoda homepage or app search).
- Search your destination and dates, and pick a property marked eligible for the promotion.
- On the booking form, enter your DBS or POSB card number. The 20% should now show in the price breakdown.
- Check the discount is there before you confirm. If it shows 7%, the month's allocation has run out.
The fine print
- First come, first served. Agoda does not publish the allocation size. When it is gone, the rate drops to 7%.
- Room charges only. Taxes, service fees, processing fees and any extras are charged in full.
- No stacking. The terms rule out combining it with other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programmes, vouchers or fixed-price deals.
- Eligible properties only. Not every listing on the dedicated page qualifies, so look for the eligibility tag.
- Pay with the card. The discount is tied to your DBS or POSB card number, so you must settle the booking with that card.
Agoda's other DBS deals this month
DBS lists three Agoda offers on its card privileges page, and they do not stack with each other:
- Shiok Sundays (agoda.com/dbssunday): 50% off capped at S$100 with a S$200 minimum spend, which in practice is S$100 off any booking of S$200 or more. A new code goes up on the booking page header every Sunday from 1am SGT; October's last one is Sunday 25 October. It runs every Sunday to 27 December 2026.
- Mastercard (agoda.com/sgmastercard): 8% off capped at US$25 on a US$150 minimum for DBS/POSB Mastercards, or 12% off capped at US$45 on US$200 for the DBS Woman's World Card, to 31 March 2027.
- This 20% (agoda.com/dbs): the only one that works any day without a code.
Tips
- Under S$200? Use the 20% now. Shiok Sundays needs at least S$200 in room charges, so for a cheaper stay this is the better deal.
- Over S$200? Try Sunday first. If you can wait to Sunday 25 October and catch a code before the weekly quota goes, S$100 off beats S$50.
- Split long trips. Two separate bookings of S$250 each can each get S$50 off, if the property lets you book the nights separately at the same rate.
- Cross-check Expedia. DBS's Expedia Travel Tuesdays codes on 20 and 27 October take 50% off up to S$100, so price the same hotel on both.
- Prefer free cancellation. With stays allowed to June 2027, booking a refundable rate now locks the discount without locking the plan.
