Sushi Express has turned its conveyor belt into a Tetris board, and the reward is 10% off your total bill rather than off the plates. The rules are printed on the brand's own campaign poster and there are four of them: stack 10 plates or more, stack the same colours together, use a minimum of 3 plate colours, and show the stack to the service crew when you ask for the bill. The third rule is the one that costs money. Plate colour at Sushi Express is the price tier, so a table of ten of the cheapest plate does not qualify: you have to spend across at least three tiers before the crew will apply the discount.
