The deal
| Detail | What Starbucks says |
|---|---|
| Offer | Any 2 Tall drinks for $9.90 |
| Dates | Mon 5 to Thu 8 October 2026 |
| Hours | 2pm to 8pm daily |
| Who | Starbucks Rewards members (free to join) |
| Vouchers | 3 per member, each one = 1 pair |
| Where | Starbucks stores, over the payment counter |
| Excluded | Starbucks Reserve drinks, Starbucks WEAVE exclusive drinks |
You can mix and match, so a Frappuccino and a latte in one pair is fine. Each voucher is one transaction's pair; to buy six drinks you use all three vouchers.
The fine print
- Members only. The vouchers sit in the Rewards section of the Starbucks Singapore app and are locked to your account. They cannot be transferred to a friend.
- Afternoons only. Outside 2pm to 8pm the voucher does not work, so this is not a morning-coffee deal.
- No app ordering or delivery. Mobile Order & Pay and delivery orders are not eligible. You queue and pay at the counter.
- Two named exclusions. Starbucks Reserve drinks, and the drinks made only at Starbucks WEAVE, the Resorts World Sentosa store with its Bearista Sips menu. SingPromos' summary of the voucher terms also lists the Aerocano and the Double Strength series, so read your voucher's terms if you drink those.
- Customisations cost extra. An extra shot, alternative milk or syrup is a top-up on top of $9.90.
- No stacking with other promotions or member privileges.
Is it a good deal?
At $4.95 a cup, the saving depends entirely on what you order. When Starbucks launched its Shiok menu in July, the Kopi Siew Dai was $4.90 a Tall, so using a voucher on it would cost you 5 cents more. The Kaya Toast Latte from the same menu launched at $7.90 a Tall, so two of those on a voucher save $5.90 if your store still has it. Frappuccinos, matcha drinks and the flavoured lattes are where the voucher earns its keep.
It is also a step down from the last two runs. In June and August Starbucks sold any Tall at $4.90 each with a minimum of two, open to anyone and all day, with no cap. This time the pair costs $9.90, you need a Rewards account, and you only get three pairs.
Tips
- Sign up before you go. If you are not a member, download the Starbucks Singapore app and join Rewards first, then check that the 3 vouchers have appeared.
- Spend the vouchers on dearer drinks. Save them for Frappuccinos and specialty lattes rather than brewed coffee.
- Order your usual Venti as a Tall. Two Talls for $9.90 often beat one Venti at full price.
- Plan around 2pm. Lunch-hour queues at office outlets eat into the window; mid-afternoon is quieter.
