Grocery week: Sheng Siong has rolled over to a new CDC Voucher Promotion, running 21 to 27 July 2026 — 12 featured items at up to 68% off, unlocked by spending CDC Supermarket Vouchers rather than cash.

The mechanic is the bit worth reading twice, because it is not a normal minimum spend.
How it works
Sheng Siong's poster states it plainly: for every $20 worth of CDC Supermarket Vouchers spent at Sheng Siong, you can purchase one unit of each featured product at the special price.
Three things follow from that wording:
- It has to be voucher money, not cash. A $20 cash or card spend unlocks nothing. The CDC voucher portion of the transaction is what counts.
- It scales. "For every $20" means a $40 voucher transaction entitles you to two units of each item, and so on.
- It is one unit per item per $20. You cannot walk out with six bottles of the $1.25 oyster sauce on a single $20 transaction.

Sheng Siong puts the total savings at up to $70.18, 43% off. The Softess tissues also carry a 10% extra sheet count on the festive-edition pack.
What's actually worth taking
The deepest cuts are on things that keep. Homeniks 6-in-1 Laundry Capsules save the most in absolute terms — $17.95 off a single item, the biggest dollar saving on the poster. Happy Family Premium Oyster Sauce at $1.25 is the steepest percentage cut at 68%, and an unopened bottle keeps for a long time. Dynamo 2.5kg and Heritage Farm Basmati 5kg save $10.25 and $8.85 respectively on things most households buy at full price eventually.
The softer end of the list is the Heritage Farm noodles (30% off) and the canola oil (35% off) — fine, but not the reason to make the trip.
The fine print
- Terms and conditions apply. While stocks last. The 68% and 66% items are the ones that clear first.
- Every $20 CDC Supermarket Voucher transaction allows the purchase of 1 unit per featured item.
- These do not count towards the $20: ongoing PWP promotional items, infant formula milk powder (Stage 1 & 2), tobacco, alcohol, the disposable carrier bag charge, phone cards and Sheng Siong Vouchers.
- Ends Monday 27 July 2026 — six days including today (Wed 22 Jul).
Tips
Take one of everything and the 12 items come to roughly $63, so a single $20-voucher transaction clears the threshold with plenty of room — do it in one basket rather than splitting the trip, since the entitlement is per transaction. Go midweek: the 26th–27th weekend is when the last-two-days crowd arrives and the deep-discount shelves empty. And if you have not claimed your 2026 vouchers yet, they are at go.gov.sg/cdcv via Singpass — $500 per household, with only the supermarket half usable here.
