The maths: each meal includes 2 pieces of Popeyes Signature Chicken + regular mashed potatoes + buttermilk biscuit with jam + a regular drink. So for S$11.10 you're getting 4 pieces of chicken + 2 sides + 2 biscuits + 2 drinks. Per-piece chicken cost: ~S$1.40 — the cheapest per-piece Popeyes pricing of any 2026 promo so far.
