Peach Garden is selling its Endless Shiok à la carte buffet at The Metropolis in one-north as a year-end group feast. It is $30++ an adult Monday to Thursday, and tables of 6 or more get a whole Peking duck free with promo code PG88.

An à la carte buffet works like a normal Chinese restaurant meal, except you keep ordering from the buffet menu and pay one price a head. Dishes come to your table instead of you queuing at a counter. Peach Garden's own listing names Sichuan spicy chicken, deep-fried soon hock with superior soya sauce and roasted crispy pork cubes, plus soup, appetiser, vegetable, beancurd, rice and noodle dishes.
The free duck. Book for 6 or more and quote PG88 when you reserve, and the table gets a whole Peking duck. Only The Metropolis poster carries this code. At 6 adults on a weekday the table pays about $215.82 in total, so the duck makes a big group the best value.
Times and seatings
- Weekdays: lunch 11am-3pm (last order 2.30pm), dinner 5.30pm-9.30pm (last order 9pm).
- Weekends and public holidays: two seatings at each meal. Lunch is 11am-1pm or 1.30pm-3.30pm. Dinner is 5pm-7pm or 7.30pm-9.30pm. Last orders are 30 minutes before each seating ends.
- 2-hour dining limit on every seating.
The fine print
- Minimum 4 paying adults per table. Children do not count towards the four.
- Dine-in only, and advance reservation is required. Seats are limited and given first come, first served.
- Prices are before 10% service charge and 9% GST, which add about 20%.
- No stacking. Peach Garden excludes every other promotion, discount, voucher and partner offer, including credit card, payment-platform and membership deals.
- No end date. The poster calls it a year-end celebration but prints no closing date. We have assumed it runs through December. Ask when you book.
Other Peach Garden outlets
The same Endless Shiok buffet, at the same prices, runs at Changi Airport T2 (lunch and dinner daily) and at OCBC Centre and Thomson Plaza (dinner only). Those two dinner-only outlets let you add signature dishes at $5++ a person, such as chilli crab or salted egg crab with fried buns, bamboo clams or roasted Peking duck. Only The Metropolis gives a free whole duck to tables of 6 or more.
Tips
- Go Monday to Thursday. The adult price is $4++ lower than on a weekend, and you are not tied to a fixed seating.
- Make it 6. If you were planning on 4 or 5 people, adding one or two more gets you the free whole duck.
- Book by phone. Call 6334 7833 and say PG88 at that point; the code has to be quoted when you reserve, not at the table.
- Bring the kids. Under-7s eat free, so a family of two adults and two small children still needs two more paying adults to reach the minimum.
