Nike Singapore's 9.9 Sale is live on nike.com/sg, and the odd thing about it is that the brand is underselling its own markdowns. The site's navigation offers two rails, Up to 40% off and Buy 2, Extra 20% Off, and we read the product data sitting behind both.
> Quick view: Buy 2 rail = 336 products, all at a flat 50% off, plus a further 20% in cart when you take two, so about 60% off · Air Force 1 '07 pair = S$119.20 (U.P. S$298) · Nike's own promo record ends it 2am on 11 Sep, so Thu 10 Sep is the last full day · online at nike.com/sg only.
The label is wrong on Nike's own page
The rail Nike labels Up to 40% off holds 1,586 products. Its front page carries markdowns at 30%, 40% *and* 50%: the Shox TL women's at S$129.50 against a usual S$259, the Dunk Low Premium SE women's at S$99.50 against S$199, the Air Max 95 Big Bubble 'Valentine's Day' at S$134.50 against S$269. Those are half price. The 40% headline is not a ceiling, it is just an inaccurate label.
The rail that actually pays: Buy 2, Extra 20% Off
The second rail holds 336 products, and every single one of them is marked at exactly 50% off before any bundle discount. Take two, and a further 20% comes off in the cart. Because that second cut lands on the already-halved price rather than the original, the effective discount is about 60%.
Verified prices on that rail, straight from Nike's own product data:

The standout is the plainest shoe on the list. Two pairs of Air Force 1 '07 cost S$119.20 where they normally cost S$298, a saving of S$178.80. At the other end, the Alphafly 3 is a S$419 racing shoe going out at S$209.50, and two of them cost less than one pair did in August.
The trap on the sale page
The Air Max Muse women's is listed twice, and the two listings are not the same price. One sits at S$114.50 (50% off) and the other at S$137.40 (40% off), both against the same S$229 usual price. Nothing separates them but the colourway. If you search the model name and click the first result, there is a S$22.90 coin flip riding on which tile you land on. Sort by price, or open both.
The fine print
- Both items must come off the Buy 2 rail at nike.com/sg/w/bundles-372ql. It is a curated 336-item selection, not the whole 1,586-product sale.
- The extra 20% shows in the cart, not on the product page. Nike's product tiles display the 50% price only, so add both items and check the cart total before paying.
- Online only. This is a nike.com/sg promotion. Nike stores are not running the same mechanic.
- Sizes are the real limit. The deepest markdowns are the ones already missing the common sizes, and the rails are re-cut daily, so a price verified today can move tomorrow.
- No end date is published for the wider seasonal rail. Only the Buy 2 offer carries a dated record, and it stops at 2am on 11 September.
Nike or adidas, this week
Both 9.9 sales close on Thursday 10 September, and they work in opposite directions. adidas takes an extra 30% in cart but only on stock already marked down, reaching about 65% off on its 50% Last Sizes rail, and it applies on a single item. Nike's extra is smaller at 20% and needs two items, but it sits on a rail where the base is a guaranteed flat 50%, so any two things you pick land at about 60% with no hunting. Buying one item, adidas wins on maths. Buying two, the gap is about five percentage points and Nike is the easier shop.
