Jollibee Singapore has a value board running to the end of September, and it is unusually easy to read: three set combos, one price, $9.90 each. What is less easy to read is that the brand's own poster quietly tells you they are not equally good.

Printed in three corners of the same artwork are three different savings — $6.40, $8.45 and $9.25. Same $9.90 out of your wallet, a $2.85 spread in what you get for it.

> Quick view: now till 30 September 2026 · 3 combos, all $9.90 · dine-in and takeaway only, at all 25 Jollibee stores · poster savings: A $6.40, B $8.45, C $9.25 · drink is a pick from the Coca-Cola range, not an open choice · Jollibee's own website Deals page does not list this at all.

Same price, three different discounts

The savings figures are Jollibee's own, and they are more useful than they look. Add each one back to the $9.90 and you recover the a-la-carte total the brand is measuring against — which is the number nobody publishes on a set-meal poster.

Combo$9.90 + saving = a-la-carteActual discount
A$9.90 + $6.40 = $16.3039.3% off
B$9.90 + $8.45 = $18.3546.0% off
C$9.90 + $9.25 = $19.1548.3% off

Combo C is nearly half price. Combo A is not. The gap between them is $2.85 — which, on a $9.90 order, is 29% of what you are handing over. Three items on one poster at one price is the sort of thing you glance at and pick by mood, and the poster is not going to stop you picking the worst one.

The honest caveat: those a-la-carte totals are reconstructed from Jollibee's own savings figures, not read off a menu board — Jollibee Singapore does not publish item prices on its website at all, and its ordering channels sit behind app or delivery menus with their own pricing. But the arithmetic is the brand's, and the ranking it produces is the brand's too.

The one reason to pick Combo B instead

Read Combo C's line again: 2pc Chickenjoy, Spaghetti, Drink. The spaghetti is *instead of* the fries, not as well as. Combo B is the only one of the three that carries both rice and Medium fries — so if the fries are the point of the trip, B is the pick, and it is still a 46% discount, comfortably ahead of Combo A.

Combo A is the odd one out in another way: it is the only combo without Chickenjoy in it. If you came for the fried chicken, A is both the weakest discount and the wrong order.

The catch: dine-in and takeaway, not delivery

Jollibee's announcement is specific about where this works: "for dine-in, takeout in all Jollibee stores". Delivery is not named.

That matters because Jollibee is on foodpanda, GrabFood and Deliveroo, plus its own Oddle store, and those channels carry their own menus at their own prices. Ordering a two-piece Chickenjoy with spaghetti on an app is not going to come to $9.90. If you want the Shiok Savers price, it is a counter transaction — eat in, or take it away.

The drink is not an open choice

At the foot of the poster, under "Participating Brands", Jollibee prints exactly which drinks are in play: Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Sprite, Fanta, Fuze Tea, Minute Maid Refresh and Dasani. There is no coffee, no shake and no float on that list, and no upgrade price is shown. Assume it is one of the seven, and ask at the counter if you want anything else.

Where: 25 stores, and two of them cannot do dine-in

"All Jollibee stores" is 25 locations on Jollibee's own store locator:

  • Central: City Square Mall, Suntec City, Bishan (Jalan Pemimpin), Lucky Plaza, Novena Square 2, Bugis Village
  • East: Pasir Ris Mall, Tampines North Drive 4, Century Square, Bedok Mall, Paya Lebar Square
  • West: NUS (Create Way), Jurong Point, Caltex Jurong Spring Drive Thru, Bukit Batok (Midview Building)
  • North: Woodlands North Coast, Caltex Yishun Drive Thru, Woodlands MRT
  • North-East: Anchorvale Village, Punggol Digital District, Ang Mo Kio Hub, Nex, Waterway Point, Hougang Mall
  • South: VivoCity

Two of those — Caltex Jurong Spring and Caltex Yishun — are drive-thru sites with no dining room, so the dine-in half of the offer does not exist there. Takeaway does.

Jollibee Singapore is halal-certified by MUIS; the certification mark sits in the footer of its own website.

Do not check the website to confirm this

Here is the part that will trip people up. As of 23 August 2026, Jollibee's own Deals page at jollibee.com.sg/our-deals lists four things — OK Laksa, the Kaya Toast Sundae, Spicy Chicken Tenders, and a Drive Thru VIP decal promo giving 10% off a minimum $30 spend at drive-thru stores. Shiok Savers is not on it.

That is not evidence the deal has ended; it is evidence the website is behind. The campaign is live on Jollibee's official Facebook and Instagram and on in-store artwork. It is a good general rule for deal-hunting here: a brand's offers page is reliable about what has expired, and unreliable about what is running, because campaign artwork goes to social first and the site catches up on its own schedule.

How to play it

  • Default to Combo C. Best discount on the board by the brand's own numbers, and the only one that clears $9 of stated savings.
  • Pick Combo B if you want fries with your chicken. It is the only combo carrying rice *and* Medium fries, at a 46% discount.
  • Skip Combo A unless you specifically want the chicken sandwich. It is the weakest saving and the only combo with no Chickenjoy.
  • Go to the counter, not the app. Dine-in and takeaway only.
  • Do not wait for the website to list it. It has not, and it may not.
