Jack's Place prices its kids' menu at $3++ against a usual $8.80, all day Monday to Friday, and the useful part is not the number. It is the two conditions printed on the brand's own poster that the deal listings have dropped.

What $3++ actually costs
The two plus signs do real work here. Add the 10% service charge and 9% GST and $3 becomes about $3.60. Run the usual price through the same arithmetic and $8.80++ becomes about $10.55, so the saving is roughly $6.95 a child a visit.
There is a second tier at $5++ (U.P. $10.80), a Minute Striploin Steak with Chicken Chipolata Sausages, which lands at about $6.00 against $12.95. Same $6.95 off, a considerably bigger plate.
For comparison, the chain's Student Set Meal is $8 nett, dine-in Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm. Nett means nothing goes on top, so the two prices are closer than they look on paper. If your child is under 10, the kids' menu is still less than half the price.
What is on it
Three dishes sit at $3++:
- Spaghetti Beef Bolognese
- Chicken Nuggets & Fries
- Kids' Fish & Chips
Every kids' meal includes apple juice and a single scoop of ice cream, which is the part that makes the number stand up. A drink and a dessert bundled into a $3.60 plate is not something the fast-food weekday deals match.
The condition nobody prints
This is the line that matters, and it is on the poster in plain sight: the $3++ applies "with order of any a la carte or promotional main course". It is an add-on price, not a standalone one. One adult at the table has to buy a main.
Then the terms narrow it: the promotion is not valid with an order of Set Lunch, or with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and the JP Pepperdine rewards programme. Read those two lines together and the trap is obvious. The Set Lunch is the cheapest adult main Jack's Place sells, so the instinctive budget order is precisely the one that pushes the child's plate back to $8.80++. A promotional main course does still qualify, so the September Striploin & Ribeye Fest mains are fair game.
The calendar, and why this week matters
It runs all day, Monday to Friday, with no end date published. For most of the year that is a deal school-going families cannot reach, because the qualifying days are exactly the days their children are in class.
The 5 to 13 September school holidays are the exception. They contain five weekdays, Monday 7 to Friday 11 September, and none of them is a public holiday, so all five qualify. That is the practical window.
Looking further ahead, note what the terms exclude: eves of and public holidays, plus special occasions, and the poster names Children's Day as its example. For MOE kindergartens and primary schools that is Friday 2 October 2026, a weekday that would otherwise have been perfect. Plan around it.
Where
Dine-in only, at the 12 outlets on the brand's own locations page: Anchorpoint, Ang Mo Kio, Bras Basah Complex, City Square Mall, Compass One, JEM, Jewel Changi Airport, NEX at Serangoon Central, Toa Payoh at the OrangeTee Building, Parkway Parade, SAFRA Jurong and SAFRA Punggol.
Eleven run 11am to 10pm daily, last order 9.30pm. Jewel Changi Airport opens at 10am but pours beverages only until 11am, so its kitchen window matches the rest.
One inconsistency worth knowing: the outlet filter on Jack's Place's promotions page still lists 321 Clementi and Woodlands Civic Centre, and neither appears on the locations page. Treat the locations page as the live list, and call ahead if you had either in mind.
