IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened Stay 3 Nights, Pay 2 on suites and premium rooms across Asia Pacific, under the campaign name Dream A Little Longer. Every third consecutive night at the same hotel is free, and the rate comes with daily breakfast for up to two guests.

> Quick view: every 3rd consecutive night free · suites and premium rooms only · breakfast for 2 included · IHG One Rewards members only, free to join · book 1 to 30 Sep 2026 · stay 4 Sep 2026 to 30 Jun 2027 · only 2 Singapore hotels participate.

Two dates, and they are nine months apart

The part worth acting on is the booking window: 1 to 30 September 2026, and that is the whole of it. The stay window runs 4 September 2026 to 30 June 2027, so a reservation made this month can sit on a trip in December, over Chinese New Year, or in next June's school holidays. Anything booked in October is too late, whatever the travel dates.

The free night comes in blocks of three

The complimentary night is cumulative, but strictly per complete block of three consecutive nights at the same hotel:

Nights bookedNights paidEffective cut on the room
3233%
4325%
5420%
6433%
9633%

So the offer is at its best on three, six or nine nights, and a four-night or five-night trip quietly gives up a third of the discount. Maximum stay is 30 nights, though individual hotels can cap it lower.

Only two Singapore hotels are in it

IHG's participating list for South East Asia and South Korea names 55 hotels, and exactly two of them sit in Singapore:

  • InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, 1 Nanson Road
  • Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, 86 East Coast Road

Neither is a Holiday Inn, so the campaign's clause about kids 12 and under staying free in the parents' room and eating free from the all-day dining restaurant does not apply at either of them. Every other IHG property here should be treated as excluded unless it shows on the list when you check.

The same regional list is much richer close to home: 13 hotels in Bali (including Regent Bali Canggu and three Holiday Inn Resorts), 18 in Thailand, 11 in Vietnam, 6 in Malaysia, and Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach, which is a ferry ride away and the one entry that behaves like a long-weekend option for Singapore.

The fine print worth reading before you book

  1. Members only. IHG One Rewards membership is required, and it is free to join.
  2. Suites and premium rooms only, booked on the "Stay 3 Nights, Pay 2 - Suites & Premium Rooms" rate. Compare the promotional three-night total against three nights of the room you would otherwise have booked, not against three nights of the same suite.
  3. One reservation. The full stay must be booked and consumed on a single booking, and unused nights are not carried over or credited.
  4. Book at least three days before check-in. No last-minute weekends.
  5. Free changes and cancellation to three days before check-in, unless the hotel says otherwise. Inside 72 hours of arrival, or a no-show, costs one night's room rate.
  6. Taxes, service charge and credit card surcharges are excluded, and in-room dining, minibar and private dining are not covered.
  7. Not stackable. It cannot be used with any other offer, discount or promotion, so if the hotel is running a bigger flash sale you have to pick one.
  8. Blackout dates may apply at some hotels, and the offer is not valid for group bookings.
  9. Excluded outright: IHG Army Hotels, InterContinental Alliance Resorts, Six Senses and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts.

How to book

Bookings have to go through the IHG website, the IHG One Rewards app, an IHG reservations centre, or the participating hotel directly, and those channels also earn IHG One Rewards points. IHG does not publish the promotional nightly rates on the campaign page, so the only way to see what a given hotel is charging is to run the dates through the booking engine on that rate.
