> Quick view: Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS) 2026 runs 2 to 11 October, and it is the off-track half of race week. Three headliners: adidas Motorsport Popups at Funan and Raffles City (28 Sep to 12 Oct), Orchard Paddock 2026 at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza (8 to 10 Oct, new this year), and Ray-Ban presents: Beyond the Track at CQ @ Clarke Quay (1 to 14 Oct). Two things in the line-up are stated as free in STB's own annex: INNERDRIVE® The Performance Circuit at Plaza Singapura and Funan, and the F-LUX Art's Fluid Space exhibition at The Arts House.

The Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026 runs 9 to 11 October at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, and a three-day ticket is not cheap. GPSS is the part you can do without one. This is the 17th edition, and the Singapore Tourism Board published the 2026 line-up on 2 September 2026.

Ms Lilian Chee, Director, Sports, at the Singapore Tourism Board, framed it as building anticipation in the lead-up to race weekend and bringing fans together across the city.

The three headliners

adidas Motorsport Popups, Funan and Raffles City Shopping Centre, 28 September to 12 October. Two separate popups, one team each: the adidas x Audi Revolut F1 Team popup sits at Funan, and the adidas x Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team popup at Raffles City. Both carry showcar displays, exclusive collections with customisation, racing simulators and motorsport-inspired retail. Note the dates: these open 28 September, more than a week before race weekend, and run to 12 October, a day after the race. That is the longest window of the three and the easiest one to do on a quiet weekday.

Orchard Paddock 2026, Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza, 8 to 10 October. New to GPSS this year, and the one built for late nights. The centrepiece is Refuel Station, an open-air supper spot designed for people to sit and stay after the track action ends, wrapped with live music, car-themed challenges, interactive games and open-air movie nights, running from early evening through to close.

The 8 October music line-up is headlined by ALYPH, the Singapore-born rapper, songwriter and producer behind the viral hit 'SWIPE', and YAØ, a Singaporean singer-songwriter known for genre-blending contemporary pop. They are joined by 53A, the band behind Singapore's 2016 National Day song 'Tomorrow's Here Today', plus Reverie and the Dreamsound collective.

Ray-Ban presents: Beyond the Track, CQ @ Clarke Quay, 1 to 14 October. The returning headliner, and the longest-running of the three at a full fortnight. Ray-Ban brings the Scuderia Ferrari Collection to the riverside, alongside race-themed challenges: Race Simulators, a Pit Stop Challenge and a Reflex Test, with exclusive merchandise to be won. STB's release also promises a special appearance by a Scuderia Ferrari HP Formula 1 driver, and live sets from international acts as part of Music Matters Live.

What STB actually calls free

This matters, because "popup" does not always mean walk-in. The annex states admission terms for only a handful of entries, so treat these two as the confirmed free ones and check the rest before you travel:

  • INNERDRIVE®: The Performance Circuit 2026, Plaza Singapura (main venue) and Funan, 28 September to 11 October. The annex says free for all ages. It blends sports, wellness and gamification with a digital race-week city quest, athlete stories and a six-sector circuit challenge, which makes it the most family-workable item on the list.
  • F-LUX Art's Fluid Space, The Arts House at the Old Parliament, 7 to 13 October. The annex says admission is complimentary. It is an art exhibition built on fluid dynamics, mirroring the precision and speed of motorsport.

And the one the annex flags in the other direction: at Marina Bay Sands, the Marquee afterparties on 9 to 11 October are ticketed experiences, even though the wider "At the Home of Champions" takeover at MBS (28 September to 11 October, race-themed light-ups, Scuderia Ferrari HP car showcases, retail popups and F&B) is presented as a precinct activation.

The rest of the line-up, with dates

Straight from STB's annex and release, so you can plan around the road closures rather than into them:

  • PlayStation Gran Turismo World Series Round 3, Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands, 3 October. Singapore becomes the first GTWS championship stop in Southeast Asia, and it is the penultimate round before the Tokyo finals, covering both the Manufacturers Cup and the Nations Cup.
  • Porsche Raceborn Fest, Guoco Midtown, 9 to 11 October. A GPSS debut. Classic racing cars on display plus the Southeast Asian unveiling of the new 911 Challenge race car, professional racing simulators, and a preview of the Porsche Experience Centre Singapore opening in Changi next year.
  • The Formula 1 Exhibition Singapore, Gardens by the Bay, ongoing to 18 October. Iconic cars and rare artefacts across more than 75 years of F1. It outlasts the race itself by a week, which makes it the fallback if race weekend is too busy.
  • Festival of Thrills, WEAVE at Resorts World Sentosa, ongoing to 1 November. The longest runway of anything here, with F1 driver appearances, the Lenovo Gaming Zone and Heineken's Adrenaline Bar.
  • McLaren Racing Live, In Conversation, Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands, 7 October. McLaren driver Oscar Piastri and CEO Zak Brown on stage with a guest host.
  • Amber Lounge Singapore, Clifford Pier at The Fullerton Bay Hotel, 10 and 11 October. The long-running post-race afterparty, premium drinks and headline DJs.
  • Pole Position, multiple locations, 2 to 11 October. 1-Group runs racetrack-inspired menus across 13 dining concepts: Kaarla, Oumi, Sol and Luna, Sol and Ora, Fire, UNA, Monti, FLNT, Zorba, Mimi, 1-Alfaro, Il Giardino and Botanico.
  • Sago Festival of Speed, Duxton Hill, 10 October only. Sago House hosts a one-day family-friendly block party with classic cars and bikes, sim racing, food, drinks and play areas for children.
  • Super-billboard Me @ Ten Square, 2 to 11 October. Pick a racing persona and get yourself onto the Ten Square billboard.
  • LEGO® at Suntec City. A VCARB F1 LEGO Big Build race car and Singapore's largest LEGO race-themed mosaic, with hands-on challenges for LEGO rewards.
  • Zouk Presents: The Circuit, at the fully reopened Zouk, with DJs Argy and Mustard.
  • TRIFECTA, Somerset: Backyard Sessions Vol. 6, plus a Sports Car Charity Drive on 3 October with the Sports Car Club Singapore.

What this means for you

If you are not buying a race ticket, the useful shape of the ten days looks like this.

Go early. The adidas popups, INNERDRIVE and the MBS takeover all open 28 September, and the F1 Exhibition and RWS Festival of Thrills are already running. The week of 28 September to 5 October gives you most of the same content with none of the race-weekend crowd and none of the road closures.

8 October is the free-night peak. Orchard Paddock opens that evening with the ALYPH and YAØ line-up at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza. That is also the night of the separate free pit lane walk, which is a different event on a ballot that closes 18 September.

Two items run past the race. Ray-Ban's Beyond the Track goes to 14 October, the F1 Exhibition to 18 October, and RWS Festival of Thrills to 1 November. If race weekend is unmanageable, those three are your make-up dates.

Fine print worth knowing

STB's release carries the standard line that information is correct at time of publishing and may be subject to change, and several entries in the annex give a venue and a date range but no admission price, no opening hours and no booking link. Only INNERDRIVE and F-LUX are stated as free, and only the MBS Marquee afterparties are stated as ticketed. Everything else you should confirm on the individual venue's own page before making the trip, especially the ticketed-looking items at Sands Theatre and Amber Lounge.

One more thing that is already past: the adidas Orchard Ignition event, with the live race car demo and the BABYMONSTER appearance, ran in August 2026. It was the lead-in to the adidas popups, not part of the October programme.
