Circles.Life is running a "Spin & Get Up to $99.90" campaign from 9 September to 31 October 2026. Switch to one of four qualifying SIM-only plans, activate it, and the app hands you one spin of a sure-win wheel. There is no losing outcome. There is also a 0.5% slice.

What is actually on the wheel
The odds are published in Circles.Life's own campaign terms, which is unusually transparent for a Singapore telco promo. Here is the full table, exactly as the operator prints it:

Read down that column and the headline number reframes itself. 68% of spins pay in local data, not money. Only 32% pay cash at all, and within that, $0.99 is the single most likely cash outcome. The $99.90 is 1 in 200.
Run the expected value and the picture gets blunter. Weighting each cash prize by its own probability gives an average of about $1.80 in Zerofy Cash per spin across everybody who plays. The data side averages about 8.9GB. If you are switching telcos anyway, that is a decent extra. If you are switching *because* of the $99.90, you are paying for a 0.5% ticket.
For scale: $99.90 is about five and a half months of the $18 Circles Plus rate, or more than twelve months of an $8 plan. That is a real prize. It is just a rare one.
The four plans that qualify
Circles.Life names exactly four Participating Products in the campaign terms. Every one of them carries free CirclesAI access, which the operator lists as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity Sonar Pro, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek and Qwen.
- Circles Plus, 300GB 5G at $10.99 for the first month, then $18 (code CLMC18300GB5GPLUSSEPT). Adds 8GB Asia roaming and unlimited local calls.
- Circles Pro, 600GB 5G at $12.99 for the first month, then $22 (code CLMC18100GBMY5GPROSEPT). Adds 100GB Malaysia roaming, 12GB Asia roaming and 1GB global roaming.
- CirclesAI Plan, 500GB 4G at $8 (code CLMC1500GB4GAISEPT). Unlimited talktime, CirclesAI access, no roaming bundled.
- Circles Core, 500GB 5G at $8 (code CLMC1500GBFREE5G6MSEPT). Unlimited talktime, and the 5G is a six-month promotion that reverts to 4G afterwards.
The Asia roaming on the first two covers Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The global roaming on Circles Pro adds Australia, China, Japan, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Korea, the USA and Vietnam.
Note what is not on the list: Circles Ultra, the $32-first-month (then $40) plan sitting on the same page with 2TB local, 800GB Malaysia and 50GB global roaming, is not named as a Participating Product in the campaign terms. Neither is the 4G Core 350GB plan at $10.80.
Two dates, not one
This is the part most coverage flattens into a single deadline, and it matters.
The campaign period in the terms is 9 September to 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive. But every one of the four qualifying plans carries its own promotional end stamp of 30 September 2026, 11.59pm, in the data behind Circles.Life's plans page. The $10.99 and $12.99 first-month prices, and the two $8 rates, are dated to close then.
So the practical read is: the cheap sign-up prices are a September thing, the spin runs a month longer. If the plan prices are what is drawing you, the working deadline is 30 September, not 31 October. Circles.Life also reserves the right to "shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate" the campaign at its sole discretion, without notice, so neither date is a promise.
The fine print that decides whether you ever see the money
The spin reveals your reward. It does not give it to you. Five conditions sit between the wheel and your account:
- You have to transact on Zerofy. The reward only unlocks once you complete a qualifying purchase through Circles Zerofy during the campaign period. And a Zerofy wallet top-up does not count as a transaction, which is the trap most people would walk straight into.
- There is a monthly cutoff, and it is the 25th. You have until the 25th of each calendar month inside the campaign to complete that qualifying transaction. Transactions after the 25th roll into the next month's allocation cycle. Rewards not unlocked by the applicable cutoff lapse and are forfeited.
- One reward per person, for the entire campaign. One spin per eligible sign-up or activation, and one reward for the whole promotion period.
- Zerofy Cash is not cash. It offsets your Circles.Life bill, or you activate the Zerofy Cashback Card in the app and spend it on eligible purchases. It is non-encashable, not transferable, not withdrawable, and has no resale value.
- Your account has to stay in good standing. Cashback is forfeited if the account is terminated, suspended or otherwise not in good standing at the time of crediting, and any unused cashback is automatically forfeited if you close the account.
You must also be 18 or above and resident in Singapore, and sign up through a new number purchase or a port-over. Existing-line changes are not what the terms describe. Circles.Life sends a push notification on activation prompting the spin, and a reminder roughly 45 days later if the reward is still locked.
One number on the website that the plans do not support
Circles.Life's own plans page carries an FAQ claiming its "cheapest 5G SIM-only plan starts from as low as $6.70/month for 670GB". No such plan appears anywhere in the live line-up. The cheapest 5G on the page is Circles Core at $8 for 500GB, and that one drops to 4G after six months. Treat the $6.70 as a leftover from an older campaign rather than something you can buy today, and check the plan card itself before you commit.
What we would do
If you were already going to switch, take the plan on its own merits and treat the spin as a bonus: the $8 Circles Core and the $8 CirclesAI plan are genuinely cheap for 500GB, and the free CirclesAI access is worth something if you were otherwise paying for an AI subscription. Sign up before 30 September while the promotional prices hold.
If the $99.90 is the reason you are switching, the published odds say do not. Four in five cash outcomes are under $10, and the most common single cash result is 99 cents.
And whichever you land, put a reminder in your calendar for the 25th. A reward you never unlocked is worth exactly nothing.
