The giveaway runs on four Wednesdays, 8–29 July 2026, one item per week:

  • 8 Jul — Sandwiches (done)
  • 15 Jul — Packed meals (done)
  • 22 Jul — Onigiri — FREE, still to come
  • 29 Jul — 7-Eleven Wraps — FREE, still to come

So if you missed the first two, the onigiri (Wed 22 Jul) and wraps (Wed 29 Jul) are your remaining shots. They're handed out from the morning at participating stores, while stocks last, and it's selected SKUs only.

How to get one — plus the yuu $2-off

  1. Turn up early on the Wednesday at a participating 7-Eleven — no membership, no app and no minimum spend needed for the free item.
  2. It's first-come-first-served: about 10,000 items are split across selected stores islandwide for the whole month, so each outlet's stash is limited.
  3. Bonus all month: get $2 off ALL ready-to-eat items (sandwiches, onigiri, wraps, packed meals and more) via the yuu app — for both new and existing users, while stocks last. Grab your free item first, then stack the yuu $2 off on anything extra you're buying.

The fine print

  1. Selected stores islandwide — 7-Eleven hasn't published a full outlet list; check its official Instagram/Facebook or the app before heading down.
  2. While stocks last — limited quantity per store; when a store's allocation runs out, that's it for the day.
  3. Selected SKUs only — you get the featured item of the week, not your pick of the fridge.
  4. The $2-off deal is a separate perk that needs the free yuu app (the giveaway itself doesn't).
  5. Dates and items are set by 7-Eleven and can change — confirm on official channels.
