Starbucks marks 30 years in Singapore with its most local line-up yet: the new 'Shiok' menu reimagines kopitiam favourites through Starbucks coffee, and it lands islandwide from 15 July 2026. The headliners: a brand-new Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai at $4.90 (Tall) — 100% Arabica pulled into a local, less-sweet kopi-style cup, hot or iced — and a Singapore-exclusive Kaya Toast Latte at $7.90 (Tall, hot & iced) that layers Signature Espresso, milk and kaya notes, finished with buttery croutons that mimic crisp toast. There's a blended Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino at $8.50 too (on Starbucks Delivers & GrabFood from 15 Jul, foodpanda from 22 Jul). The value pick is The Reset Set at $6.90 — a Kopi Siew Dai plus a mini kaya-butter or peanut-butter croissant and a butter slab. Rounding it out: an XL Chicken Char Siew Puff ($6.50), Cempedak Tart ($6.50), Kaya Pistachio Cake ($8.50) and the returning Nonya Curry Chicken Prata Pie ($7.90) and Kueh Salat Cheesecake ($8.50). Starbucks calls it limited-time with no end date announced, so treat it as while-it-lasts.
