Starbucks is marking 30 years in Singapore with its most local menu yet: the new "Shiok" range reimagines kopitiam and breakfast-table favourites through Starbucks coffee — headlined by a brand-new Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai ($4.90) and a Singapore-exclusive Kaya Toast Latte ($7.90) — from 15 July 2026, islandwide.
> Quick view: Kopi Siew Dai $4.90 (hot/iced) · Kaya Toast Latte $7.90 (hot & iced) · Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino $8.50 · The Reset Set $6.90 (kopi + mini croissant + butter) · from 15 Jul · in-store, Starbucks app & delivery · limited time, no end date announced.
The drinks
- Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai — $4.90 (Tall) — 100% Arabica pulled into a local, less-sweet kopi style ("siew dai" = less sugar): bold, full-bodied, familiar. Hot or iced, and the hot cup carries a Nutri-Grade B.
- Kaya Toast Latte — $7.90 (Tall), hot & iced — Starbucks Signature Espresso layered with velvety milk and rich kaya notes, finished with buttery croutons that mimic the crisp, golden crunch of toasted bread. The iced version is Nutri-Grade C.
- Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino® — $8.50 (Tall) — the blended take on the same idea, croutons on top. It's on Starbucks Delivers & GrabFood from 15 Jul, and reaches foodpanda from 22 Jul.
The value pick: The Reset Set — $6.90
The cheapest way in is The Reset Set at $6.90 — a Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai plus a Mini Kaya Butter or Peanut Butter Croissant and a butter slab. That's a drink-and-a-bite for less than the Kaya Toast Latte costs on its own. Available in-store and via the Starbucks app (Mobile Order & Pay).
The local bites
- Mini Kaya Butter / Peanut Butter Croissant — $3.90
- XL Chicken Char Siew Puff — $6.50
- Cempedak Tart — $6.50
- Kaya Pistachio Cake — $8.50
- Back by request: Nonya Curry Chicken Prata Pie — $7.90 and Kueh Salat Cheesecake — $8.50
The fine print
- Prices are for Tall — a Grande or Venti costs more.
- The Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino only hits foodpanda from 22 Jul (a week after in-store and the other delivery apps).
- No official end date — Starbucks calls it limited-time, tied to its 30th-anniversary/National Day season, so popular local items can sell out or be pulled. Order early if there's one you want.
Also new for the 30th: 'Slowdown Hours'
Alongside the menu, Starbucks Singapore has rolled out a weekly "Slowdown Hours" ritual at participating stores as part of the anniversary — a nudge to actually sit, sip and slow down. Check your local outlet's timing.
