The headline steal is $2.50++ freshly-shucked House Oysters, all day every day — but only if you're seated at the 8-seater Oyster Bar at the Quayside Isle (Sentosa) outlet, walk-in only, no reservations, no minimum spend. Prefer to explore? À-la-carte oysters run $4.95++ to $12.95++ (min 2 per variety), or go all-in on the chef-curated Tasting Platter — 16 oysters across 8 varieties for $119.95++.
