HarbourFront Centre will cease operations on 27 July 2026 — the date is confirmed on the mall's own website notice — after which the 1 Maritime Square site makes way for a 33-storey office-and-retail redevelopment with an elevated park, due in the first half of 2031. That leaves less than a week of trading, and the stores that are staying open to the end have marked everything down. Moley Apparels — the label's very first shop, open at HarbourFront since 2011 — is doing 30% off storewide plus buy-2-get-1-free, with tees at $15, till 26 July. Vivian & Sean (travel gear, bags, footwear) has up to 70% off with school bags from $15, till 26 July. Vacanza is clearing all accessories at 4 for $10 till 26 July. Refash is selling pre-loved pieces at $6 an item with buy-3-get-1-free till 27 July, and Design & Comfort is running buy-1-get-1-free on all regular-priced bags and shoes (higher-priced item charged) with no firm end date beyond the mall's last day. The Cocoa Trees has clearance tags as low as 2 for $9, while stocks last. Don Don Donki's own closing sale already finished on 19 July. Mall hours are 10am–10pm daily until the shutters come down — go early, because stock is not being replenished.
