New bubble tea stop in Tampines: itea (Taste of Tropical Asia) has opened an outlet inside Giant Tampines and is running a grand-opening Buy-2-Get-1-FREE on all drinks for one week only, 22–28 July 2026. Buy any three drinks and the cheapest is free — itea's own opening poster states 'free drink applies to the lowest priced item' — so a round of three lands at roughly a third off, with featured pours like the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, Peach Green Tea White Pearl and Coco Shiok with Chestnut Popping Pearl.
