Din Tai Fung has brought back its most local dumpling for National Day: the Steamed Chilli Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao, headlining a 'Singapore's Favourite Catch' campaign that runs 1 July to 31 August 2026 at all its outlets islandwide. Each xiao long bao is filled with succulent crab meat, juicy pork and a flavourful chilli crab broth that bursts with every bite — and at 40% larger than DTF's signature Steamed Pork Xiao Long Bao, it's a proper mouthful of Singapore's favourite crab dish done the Din Tai Fung way. Four pieces are $11.80 (before 9% GST and 10% service charge, so roughly $14 nett). There are two extras worth knowing: spend a minimum of $80 (before GST and service) in a single bill that includes the Chilli Crab XLB and you get a complimentary Singapore-exclusive Bao Zai plush keyring, while redemptions last; and OCBC credit/debit cardmembers get an extra 10% off the Chilli Crab XLB, dine-in only, while servings last. It's a limited-time National Day drop, not a permanent menu item — here till 31 August, then gone.
